So, let's start from the beginning. The phone was working perfectly, and it wasn't rooted but I had the brilliant idea to manually upgrade to android 6.
The version was ALE-L21C432B207 (or very close to that) and I was trying to follow the guide in " Chapter 6: Upgrading to Marshmallow" from the MEGA-THREAD in order to update to the b560 version (dual sim).
Well, the update started, and first it started with the update of EMUI which completed succesfully, but after that it restarted and stuck at the HUAWEI logo screen. From there I can do everything that you see on the photos, but nothing manages to do the job. Neither e-recovery (failure, though it connects to wifi) nor by pressing both volume up and down buttons (update.app is still on the dload folder of internal storage I guess but does not finish the upgrade, it stops at 5%).
So I can do nothing now. My phone is not recognized in HiSuite, so I am not sure if I can do anything with fastboot. Tried everything even the menu that says factory reset (doesn't continue) and wipe cache (nothing changed after that). I don't know if maybe I should unlock the bootloader but how can I do that? I have no number available now (serial, imei etc) and also I have to wait 14 days?
Please help me, I'm desperate...

update
Ok, the fix was simple. I did a manual upgrade with an sd card to a newer version (B616). It installed with no problems.

I don't know what happened to my phone. From what I've read, I think its boot loop? I had recently edited my build.prop file. However, I found this was completely unnecessary and was going to overwrite the build.prop file with one that I had backed up to a micro sd card previously. After I did this, I was stuck on the screen(see image). I tried using android recovery mode. I tried "wipe cache partition" and wipe data/factory reset. Afterwards, I tried to reboot from recovery mode, and I saw the word error and the screen was stuck again. I've removed the battery and nothing works. Is something like adb the solution and if so, can someone link me a guide that's really noob friendly. My phone is rooted and this happened after I overwrite the build.prop file and restarted the phone. I have never flashed a rom. Thx in advance.

Similare problem here
I have a similar problem, but a little different...
Rooted the phone and then tried to flash TWRP using their official app., It stated that everything was successful and asked if I wanted to reboot into recovery. I tapped yes so I could make my first backup., Now the phone starts and shows the logo in your image then goes to a blank screen and thats it... Cant boot into recovery or bootloader or anything...
Any advice out there, or do I now won a brick?
I also have this problem and I can not do anything, neither recovery nor odin ...
Hello,
I followed the guide at http://https://forum.xda-developers.com/moto-g4-plus/how-to/stock-rom-npjs25-93-14-4-march-1-t3608138.
I went from having TWRP installed and just having blinking white LED to now booting into Android recovery screen (shown here)

Now that I'm at the Android Recovery screen, someone mentioned I should just be able to hit wipe data/factory reset option and it should boot me into the OS. However, what actually happens is the unit reboots, shows the motorola sign, buzzes, goes black, shows the motorola sign again, goes black, then boots back into Android recovery screen shown.
I'm not sure how to continue troubleshooting.
The one thing that stuck out to me is it said "Flash signed images after reboot if needed"
Is that what I'm missing? If so, what does that entail?
Any help is much appreciated. Concerned I may have fully bricked the phone.
Thanks from your frustrated friend,
Connor J.
P.s. Model # is XT1625-SS
I realized I forgot to add the model number which is XT1625-SS.
I've bought another moto g4 in the meantime that I'm using.
I originally went wrong by installing the SuperSU in a link from a youtube video that was a link to an older version of SuperSU.
So I know I messed up there.
But I'd like to know if there's a way to remedy it because other than my failed tinkering the hardware on the phone is perfectly ok.
Hi Mods and DEVS, Please help!!
Yesterday i updated to the latest over the air update for my asus max Pro m1. The file got downloaded successfully and I clicked on the dropdown icon to install the update.
Then it started installing and the bar was also being displayed as in progress. But after that it immediately showed error as in the 1st attachment.

Then, to resolve it, I manually downloaded Version WW-15.2016.1902.340 zip file from Asus to my external sd card.
1. Inserted the card into my phone, now on the screen, I clicked on "Apply update from external storage" and then went to the storage location and clicked on the .340 zip file.
The message shown is as below in the 2nd attachment.
After this nothing happened - it stayed on the same page and did not even restart. I manually clicked on "Reboot system now"
But after I did that , still the 1st error is there. I cannot even switch on the phone to go to the home screen.
If i insert an usb cable and connect to a computer, internal memory/sd card of the phone is not accessible. It does not show at all in the computer.
My work data is in the phone and i cannot risk it deleting it as i have not taken a backup. I am a newbie as well to this field of modifying/manually installing updates to the phone.
Please, I request yours' help here!!
Please!!
Specify every details of your phone. Build, root or non root etc. Also mention the tweaks that you've fine if any. Do this for better chances of getting proper fix.
I don't know the fix anyway
Hi all,
My Wife's tablet seem to be stuck in somesort of system update loop.
I can't seem to put it into recovery mode using
HOME + Volume up + POWER
I can put the tablet in DOWNLOAD mode using HOME + Volume down + POWER, but my PC does not seem to detect the tablet
Using OdinV3 3,14 with the Samsung USB drivers installed.
Is the tablet a lost cause or can i try something else to fix it?
Here is a screenshot what i see on the screen for a brief moment before it reboots.

=========== EDIT1:
So i was able to hook the tab to the PC using another cable i had lying arround, and i wanted to flash TWRP:
But reading the manual, it instruct me to enable OEM unluck in developer options. But this is something i cannot do because the device won't boot
https://forum.xda-developers.com/ga...overy-official-twrp-gtaxlwifi-galaxy-t3437666
What should i do?

====Edit2
So I found me some firmware for my device from sammobile, I hope I can use Odin to flash this on the tablet

======EDIT3
So the flash process was stuck in hthe initialization phase for to long and I decided to unplug the device and try again. Now don't ask me why but this time the device automatically booted up in recovery mode and I was able to factory reset the device. It now boots up fine... Can someone explain what is going on? All seems fine now.
Kind regards,
Maniak
Hey fellas,
I've done some flashing on android before, but only on smartphones, instead of a car multimedia. My model is ZED AN817DK.
It looks like this:
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",

"lightbox_thumbnails": "Thumbnails",
"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",

"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
The launcher it came with is kinda disgusting, so I installed Nova Launcher instead.
Regardless, the system barely works, even on the stock settings / factory reset status.
Apps are crashing, changing the audio option in Waze takes a whole 2 minutes to even open up the menu for the option
(the app works but the input is unresponsive for 2 minutes until the menu appears).
I've tried contacting the shop I bought it in and they sent me a "firmware" update in the form of an APK file that will not launch in the device. I don't think I saw an option in it's administrator settings or anywhere else to update firmware via file (only check for firmware update - and it's always "up to date").
So I think I'll resort to flash a custom rom on this. I'm a bit worried since in the scenario where things go wrong I rely only on a pen hole style reset button which I don't fully trust to reset successfully if a custom rom is installed.
Is there a general flashing guide for these devices? How safe is it, as in what are the chances of completely bricking the device?
Are there general or common roms that work well on these devices?
