Lgup v20 h918

Hello i have the LG V20 64GB H918 10t I see lots of links to patches some to the tool but with the wrong .dll
I must be an idiot because i can get this working so i can update via KDZ and then use lafspot. I set up what i think is the right version of LGUP and patch.
I get DLL for H91810t is not properly installed. Any link to the uncracked and cracked h928 10t.

I hear ya man. I'm trying to find dll for 10p but no luck.

I have a question about H870's kdz file

Can i install the H870's Oreo kdz file using LGUP to my H870TR? The update is not available to me with OTA or LG Bridge. If i can install it, is there a guide to it? I looked through this forum and couldn't find anything.

yes you can, nothing will go wrong. Go ahead...
i did that with LG V10 about a year ago when i have H960A and flash a H960TR kdz so, will work for sure.

I advice you to wait because no one know if it works and how to restore in case of brick.

Need some help for rooting H990

Hello everyone, I try not to ask these kind of questions since people have already asked similar questions.
But I decided to verify some of the steps to follow rooting V20 on internet and I got confused a little bit.
Information about phone:
V20 Variant: H990 TR Single Sim
Android Version: Oreo (8.0.0)
Security patch: November 1,2018
Now from internet, it is as easy as rooting any other phone. ADB and TWRP, then proceed to your favourite ROM.
But when I look at DirtySanta it tells another story. (Also I have no idea if I will ever need KDZ writer)
So can anyone with H990 tell me how they have rooted their phone? After rooting I think it won't be a problem to go for Lineage 16.0

Just follow the dirty santa thread for the H990, almost certain you'll have to flash a kdz to an earlier version to take advantage of the dirty santa exploit

lg g6 h873 32gb firmware

I just got an lg g6 canadian version h873, im in north africa (tunisia) and i want to know if i can flash it using another stock rom since there is no OTA update to oreo
ex : can i flash it using a h870 ?

Hi @ jimrfraser my problem not with network to unlock it, im just wondering if i can upgrade it to oreo, other version supports oreo but mine nooo,
i can see the same hardware (chipset, GPU .. etc) why cant flash it with h870 firmware ?

No , you can't
I have the same variant, there are KDZ files for it
go to lg-firmwares . com and look for your device , and choose the latest open CA file

Hello and good day, I have a question, Just bought a LS993, im from Mexico so I flash H87320i and phone works flawlessly but I was wondering if it's possible to flash a H873 nougat kdz, lets say downgrade from Oreo to Nougat.
It is possible or I will get a brik?

I reply to myself , Yes its POssible to downgrade from Oreo H87320i to Nougat H87315c using LGUP.

How did you force flash and what partitions did u use? I know the modem partition you are not supposed to flash other wise itll brick the phone

Sorry I was out of the city,
In order to flash to downgrade I use the Patched LGUP, and I selected all the partitions, then the software ask me that some partitions will change and I click Yes, the phone runs incredible fine.

Lg 6 h873 to h 870

I would like your help tengonun lg g6 h873 had version 8 and I updated version 9 and now it raises lte and 2 g but in h + it gives me only emergency calls and the data is dropped, it is not reported, it was after making the software, how can I fix it? from Venezuela will be a failure in the modem base band, I installed the Canadian version

Lg h873 refurbished update

I bought a lg g6 here in bangladesh , it was refurbished , however the imei is massed up , imei.info says its a galaxy grand. In about phone it says h873 and if try to update my phone it wouldn't let me update saying phone is not registered yet, my question is can i update to oreo using lg up and be safe ? Or would it brick the device.. Current os version is 7.0

I have the same phone and it wouldn't update automatically so I did it manually
but I did not have the Galaxy problem
so flash at your own risk

Yeah gathered some courage and flashed it, and it went flawlessly ..

I have thesame issue guys refurbish H783 but IMEI says VS998, I tried almost very IMEI look service ou t there.. Am currently running Nougat How do I get to Oreo pls

Install ADB drivers
Download Oreo H873 KDZ
Download LGUP and Uppercut
Activate developper options in setting
Activate USB Debugging
Flash KDZ files with LGUP

Personnaly I used Open Canada, it must works for all canadian variant ( if desimlocked)

And by desimlocked you mean am SIM unlocked?
