Hello, did you try with the "Lenovo Moto Smart Assistant"? this software has a utility to unlock or recover phone/tablets to the original firmware. You can download from here

It's a TWRP backup, so you'll need TWRP to flash it. Let me know if you need help booting to TWRP (no need to flash it)

Here you go
Know that this won't show up on your TWRP recovery option until you "create" a backup and then erase the files within it and toss these files in.
I suggest using the TWRP made for the x90 with data enabled.
boot into the bootloader
then boot the twrp.img
then format your data and then perform a recovery

Hello guys, I noticed this morning that MM was officially released today. I followed the steps on to update my phone. I downloaded the rom for 551ml put it on my root of my internal storage, after that a pop up showed that there was a system update. I did the update and now my phone wont turn on now. It vibes twice and nothing comes on the screen. I have no idea how to fix it. I was on the latest firmware that system update would give me (184). If someone isn't busy could they possibly help me out. thx..

tyring a guide atm but links seem to be outdated. I managed to get in fastboot or whatever its called when you can boot in to recovery. but from there I cant do anything.
You cant get into recovery after fastboot?

so im from cm 13 lastest build , and then i wipe data from twrp , after that i directly flash MM offical rom and its done without any problem. the problem start after i reboot system. my phone just vibrating twice with no lights led on , no screen on , no asus logo , can't go to recovery nor fastboot just keep restarting i guess because after a couple minute it vibrate again.
when i charge it wont show charging battrey , only stuck at battrey logo with zap with no charging animation.
don't have any clue. can anyone help ?
try to connect to pc but only show "moorefield" with (?).

I think mm system.img boot.img splashcreen.img need mm bootloder to run and at the moment twrp doesnt work with it, if you install mm via twrp you only updating these img and bootloader still lp that causes your phone cant boot. (Correct me if im wrong)
So now you need xfstk downloader to recover your fastboot and then flash .194 raw firmware using asus flash tool then adb sideload mm firmware from stock .194 recovery, theres guide how to do that in here but im forget where

I used XFSTK to upload firmware etc... but after upload firmware, the phone will vibrate twice and download of OS will not start... the soft will try 20 attemps to connect with the phone and the OS part can't be download on the phone... I'm stick at this point.
Hello guys, i'm trying to unbrick my phone, i'm following this guide http://forum.xda-developers.com/zenf...l-usb-t3405840 but when i get to the end of te install of intelSoC my device is detected as Moorefield for like 4-5 seconds and then it disappears. I've been trying to solve this for like 4 hours now, a little help would be much appreciated.

I did this morning and it worked. Im on 6.0.1 now, I guess the cause of my brick was that I had TWRP installed. Now I know next time to remove it before updating lol.

If you don't need to use twrp everyday (maybe just a backup from time to time) you'd better keep stock recovery and whenever you need something from twrp, you just boot into it without flashing with the usual "fastboot boot twrp.img" command. That way if you ever upgrade again you don't have to remember whether you removed twrp before. But that's just an opinion, since if done that way, you'd need to have yor phione hooked to a computer to get into twrp, an that's not always possible.

i flashed my device withe the B052 ROM after i did this i downloaded the P8LiteC432B204 and gone to recovery to install it.
After i done this my Device crash every 20 seconds . I boot it up/ i do nothing / Blackscreen and it boot automaticaly.
I have done everything like Fastboot flash boot/system/cust with many different versions and deleted everything with twrp.
Nothing helped i have yet the version B052 on the Device and it crash every 20 seconds.

flash stock recovery,boot in to recovery,wipe data factory reset wipe cache(this operation it will delete all from your internal memory),once is done,flash firmware Ale-L21C432B132 by fastboot(remember this files:boot,recovery,cust and system),reboot your phone,if you have balong error then do this:

dont work same error again system boots 20 sec crash
Hello guys,i was trying to flash LOS and after many tries i hard bricked my phone.At start,screen wasnt turning on and phone vibrated sholtly every 1 sec.I did EDL and then flashed different roms but still phone just vibrates but for a bit longer.When i do EDL it gets recognised by pc.Also when i flash a rom before i try to boot,if i connect it to power the led is blinking.
I dont want to be this guy who opens a thread that has opened many times,but i couldnt figure out a solution whatsoever.Thanks in advance.
Did you try downgrade from pie to oreo? Can you enter fastboot mode?
I bricked my phone too. Nothing worked for me. I hope you have more luck.

I tried to flash from a video in youtube and didnt work.My system was deleted so i tried flashing different roms,it let me flash stock android and when i rebooted it just vibrated.Looks like the first vibration is the same as when the phone boots and the rest are a bit longer.

Does it let you to boot into twrp now? If yes try to flash the stock rom via twrp there is a version which you flash directly with twrp

Sadly it doesnt,i can flash roms though with edl mode and miflash,maybe i haven't tried the correct one yet?Do you know which rom i need to flash for stock android 7 with mi flash?I've seen that other people have had the same problem but dont know if anyone managed to get through it.

I was one of them. I was lucky though and got a new phone from the dealer. I followed all the threads with the same issue. Never saw one user who was able to solve it.

I recommend you to read a lot about flashing custom ROMs before trying to do it.
LineageOS has a pretty explicit installing tutorial.
If you can get into fastboot mode there is hope.
Remember that you must have the bootloader unlocked.

If you lost the root I suppose you have updated and restarted the phone via OTA. If I am right so you can use the standard guide to root it again:

You can flash magisk patch file.
This method don't need TWRP.

I've never had my phone freeze but a Google search yields a lot of suggestions on how to force restart a 6T.
