Cannot make / receive calls

I am unable to make or receive calls.
Whenever I try to make a call it says Mobile network not available. I get no signal from my carrier and I have to put *#*#4643#*#* change it back to GSM because for some reason it changes it to CDMA.
Whenever I receive a call same thing, lose all my signal and it aparanetly changes froim GSM to CDMA.
When I change it back to GSM I am able to browse and text with no problems but as stated above I cannot call.
If anyone has a solution or suggestion it would be greatly appreciated if you posted it here.
Thanks.
You should be asking your carrier.

Note 3 - Not connecting to my network

I have a Galaxy Note 3 with a problem. When i put my sim card in, it asks for SIM PIN and I type it. Then I get "Emergency Calls Only" or "No service. It wont connect to my SIM CARD NETWORK.*
I have tried/Things I know
-Checking Network Operator and select network from there. Tried also "Select Automatically" still nothing happend. It pops out " Registred on network" but it is not.
- I have changed Network Mode from "LTE/WCDMA/GSM" to "WCDMA/GSM", then!! My network comes up in 5 seconds and go to normal again "Emergency Calls only"*
- My IMEI is not blacklisted! It comes up on screen when typing *#06#.
- MY PHONE connects to the 4G perfectly! I get internet to surf from my SIM CARD! It means the phone is actually connected to the phone. BUT why dont it connect to the operator so I can call?
- Also I have saved contacts on my sim card and then sync to the phone, that means that the SIM is connected to the phone.
This is not a hardware problem, I changed the antenna, but still the same problem happend. I believe this is a software problem.
Everything I change between Network Modes, my NetworkOperator came up in the top corner left in 5 seconds and then went to "No service/Emergency calls only"
I have also factory reseted and installed stock firmware from my country.

Oneplus 2 Chinese version question!

Can someone of you with Chinese version test dual SIM functionality in case
while you are actively using the internet traffic (3G mobile data) on the SIM1
are you able to receive calls on SIM2?

Yep, can work whichever Sim has mobile data active. When you receive a call, the mobile data switches off, and turns automatically on after call ended. If you have issues, it could be your network operator. In China the dual Sim is switching properly (after calling, both Sims connect to network). In EU and USA its different. If I'm calling from sim1, Sim2 will be disconnected, and after sim1 call finished, sometimes Sim2 won't reconnect. Also, OP 2001 has one IMEI, while 2003 and 2005 has 2 IMEI's.

xt1641 can't connect to Cellular Network

I have a stock Moto G4+ xt1641 from TELUS (Canada) and it refuses to connect to any cellular network (LTE, WCDMA or GSM).
It's not blacklisted by the carrier.
It was working fine last night and all of a sudden as I was on a call, the call disconnected and went "No Service" / "Emergency Calls Only".
I power cycled and I even a factory reset.
I tried a FIDO (Rogers) LTE SIM and it appears INTERMITTENTLY to register on the network, but refuses to make/receive calls, SMS or data. At this moment, it has gone back to no service.
Clearly it's some sort or radio issue. Any suggestions to try to fix it?

Yupp, that the issue.
Are you using airtel sim?
Aside from possible cell band incompatability, have you checked apn settings?
Sometimes the phone will set itself up ok, other times you need to either edit the apn or make a new one.
