Hey guy's. It seems Motorola released a new update for moto x play ( Marshmallow Stock ROM) a while ago. But since i'm rooted and using TWRP, i have a newbie question: I know i have to remove root and flash stock recovery to update, but i have to flash the marshmallow one or i'm fine flashing the lollipop stock recovery?
Lollipop stock recovery. If you change system with custom rom ,flash lollipop firmware to get mm ota .

I'm alredy at Marshmallow. The update i'm talking about is a security patch and "system improvements". A OTA with about 254mb. That is the one i need to know what recovery to use. Also, sorry for not being specifc.

Does anyone have the stock recovery for the Lg Leon H-345 T-Mobile Variant . I currently have twrp installed but I cannot install any OTA updates. Help will be appreciate
Hi all,
My phone is unlocked and flashed custom twrp with root
My current build of stock rom is NPN25.137-15
Now i got a notification for the system update NPN25.137-67
How should i update my stock rom with *-15 to *-67
please help with this
There is flashable zip by @GtrCraft for *67 update in below thread you can use this

My Moto G4 came with Marshmallow installed and I performed an OTA update to Nougat. I then unlocked my bootloader and flashed some custom Nougat ROMs (7.1.2, so newer than the newest official available version). Now I want to get back to stock Nougat so I can relock the bootloader and all that jazz.
As far as I can tell, only Marshmallow firmware images are available so can I safely flash that (I'm thinking "ATHENE_MPJ24.139-23.4_cid50_subsidy-DEFAULT_CFC.zip") and then OTA to Nougat from there or will that cause problems because I already (presumably) have the Nougat bootloader version? I don't want to brick my phone!
Note I'm using a retail United Kingdom XT1622 Moto G4.
Cheers all in advance,
treela
Ah ha! Found this:

Got back to stock Marshmallow all OK
flashing back to marshmallow and being able to relock the bootloader after doing the ota wont really work. best bet is to try and find the stock nougat image and flash it.
Hi,
I see that almost every custom rom will break retEU modem, I's there any twrp package to fix this?
