I was using resurrection remix 5.8.5. Then i saw some new oreo roms and tried them .......when i reverted back to resurrection remix 5.8.5 ......i cannot train google to recognise my voice......the "listening to your voice" keeps on loading...and is not at all recognising my voice... but i can acess google assistant by long pressing home button...and by doing this i'm even able to communicate with google assistant ..and my microphone is also working fine..
Any solution folks? Please let me know if you have some solution ..Thanks in advance

Not yet I clean flashed the rom since it was working previously on the same rom version and suddenly stopped but that didn't work either

The same issue, It keeps loading before testing some oreo roms. Im using multirom.
Confirmed on mine, too. I'm on Wolfsomething Oreo

Just check your APN settings again and save them again
Disable data on other sim card
Lenovo A6000 too has this issue we solved it this way
Reselect the Apn
Use LTE discovery APP

I tried that app too but only for some moment I started to get slow internet speed.. I had to start the cycle again and again.. With Mokee 7.1 you can get fast internet.. I am using this ROM and everything is working fine except the battery backup...you can use powersav e governor for good battery backup..Just give it a try and see for yourself if your data is working or not..Because I faced this too with some ROMs

I am using RR official ROM latest build and not getting fingerprint option in settings and also u touch is not working when I Fashed the ROM it was working but suddenly yesterday night it stopped. Please help me to find its hardware issue or software.

I'd try using ZUI and checking out if it works or not. This happened to me and it was a hardware issue so best of luck.

I haven't sent it, and I haven't talked with them either so I can't really tell.
I have used resurrection remix for several months & it was perfect, now using Lineage OS & finger print is working fine in it too. Issue is not with nougat based roms, you should troubleshoot in other ways.

OK I think its hardware issue.
I recently decided to root this device with the help of my friend. He used Resurrection remix as the custom ROM and is now Android 7.1.2. Everything was fine until I discovered my video camera isn't working at all. Camera on the other hand works as it's supposed to. Facebook messenger's video call crashes, video recording crashes, - everything related to video recording crashes. I tried to download camera apps on play store, same results. I tried clearing data on camera, restarting device, or turning off device doesn't help either. What could the problem possibly be? I need answers! Thank you!

Its a bug of rom
So should what should we do next? Reinstall another custom ROM? The ROM actually came here at XDA (Resurrection Remix Android 7.1.2). But there are also other ROMs (CyanogenMod).
Stick to this rom , i am also having the same problem I'm sure they will resolve the issue

There is another rom in the lenovo russian forums and that is Resurrection Remix too but compiled from different sources. That rom is pretty stable without any major issues. You can install that one.
Video recording is working fine in that rom...

I can't say right now, but I guess they will.

It is not only with facebook, many applications that the phone reboots and I had to install the peak gapps for me to work also install facebook lite and only a few app because then I reboot just every time. I have cm12.1

Hi fellas, I need some help, I was looking for a nice nougat custom rom because the stock rom it's so boring, but all the roms I flashed had the same problem, when I use my bluetooth headphones and the wifi connect, the bluetooth turn off and on, so the music stops.. It happend everytime my phone connect or diconnect to wifi and I'm using bluetooth. I want to know why that happen and if there's a solution or if you know a rom without this problem.

aex it's very nice and customizable but lineage barebones has better battery life, like stock mm
I solved the problem! I installed open gapps and nothing change, same problem, but once I flashed stock nougat via fastboot, make a full wipe and then flash lineage, the problem was solved.
