Nobody in his right mind will be flashing a CM13.1 ROM when stable Nougat ROMs with Official support from our beloved dev, dev_harsh1998, are available.
Coming to your question, yeah you can flash the latest arm gapps 6.0 apps. I didn't get the next part of updating to b.3.3.

I would take a look at the ROM. Thanks.
Regarding the gapps question, the developer has asked to flash gapps micro, but I want to flash gapps stock, which I want to know if there will be any problems.
By the b3.3 part, I mean that the post says that the ROM is in build 3.3 update 4, but the download file has a UNOFFICIAL in the filename
Edit: I forgot to mention that I want to stick with marshmallow because of xposed framework support.
Just wondering if this was the ROM
Mokeee 7.1.1 Ota update one.
The status says nightly so does that mean ROM has bugs? Cam I use it as daily driver?

Mokee 7.1.1 is Nougat based and since you want to stick with Marshmallow for Xposed, then RR by mshoiab or MIUI8 from miui.su (5.1.1) can be your friend.
Nightly, means the small updates are pushed every day (but now IDK why they are being pushed in a week for some devices), so the nightlies are pretty stable for daily use but some experimental feature might cause some FC or some other issue. The stable builds include these new features once they are completely stable. Anyways, there is nothing in the nightly tag that you need to stay away from it.
Secondly, CM13 by ED300 has not been updated for a long time now, afaik. And it has UNOFFICIAL tag because its just that ED300 had ported CM13 from some other device to our Lenovo A6000.
For a ROM to have OFFICIAL tag, the developer needs to build the ROM from source and provide regular updates in a week or even in less days sometimes and has to stick to the particular guidelines as per the developer team. Like in LineageOS, the dev can't include a hack or work-around to some bug in the ROM. In Redmi Note 3, while there's a mod present to fix the flashlight tile issue, but the dev himself couldn't include it in the ROM as per LineagOS guidelines. Every developer community, for e.g., LineageOS (fromer CM team), RR, DU, OmniRom, Slim, AICP, MOKEE, AOSCP, AOSP Extended, Heaxgon OS, Nitrogen OS,......., has there fixed guidelines. Or you can just download a custom ROM, modify it and upload it for everyone, just once; This is called UNOFFICIAL rom.

Which kernels work on Lineageos?

Which kernels work on Lineageos? I'm interested in flashing vegito but I'm unclear if it works? It says to flash over only stock kernel, which lineageos doesn't have, but would it work if I flash stock kernel of lineageos first, then flash vegito?

ElementalX, vegito and quark kernels should work on Lineage OS without issue (though still check their respective pages!)
By flashing only over the stock kernel, the instructions usually mean only flash over the kernel that originally came with the ROM. I imagine it's a bit confusing given the Motorola ROM kernel is also regarded as the stock kernel, but in this case, the 'stock kernel' refers to whatever kernel the ROM you flashed came with. (As an aside, don't try to flash the Motorola kernels on custom ROMs...)
Lineage OS, as with other custom and stock (Motorola) ROMs come with their own kernel included, which you replace when you flash the custom kernel. A reason for requiring that you flash over the stock (originally coming with the ROM you've flashed) kernel only appears to be because custom kernels modify the ram disk of the kernel, which other custom kernels will be incompatible with and may lead to random issues. The stock (in this case, the original ROM kernel) is clean and has no modified ram disk, so should be stable, and thus suitable for flashing a custom kernel.
If you have the original Lineage OS kernel already, then you can flash vegito in TWRP. I'd recommend taking a TWRP backup of your system and of your boot partition before flashing. The boot partition should contain your kernel as it was, so if it's clean, you can revert back from vegito by flashing the boot partition backup. And the system backup is just in case anything happens!
Alternatively, a dirty flash of your current Lineage OS build may flash an original kernel if you don't have one already.

OP5 Treble ROM + Flashing Process

Is the process the same if I want to flash a custom ROM coming from OOS 5.1.5?
What I mean is, most of the custom ROMs are not treble yet and I will be flashing them coming from a treble ROM. I hope you get my point. Thanks!

I was on PE and dirty flashed MSM-Xtended over it and after that I dirty flashed AICP over it. Worked perfectly, no problems? But you have to be aware that it could cause bugs, that's why the developers always recommend a clean flash.
Btw. I had a problem with big battery drain on MSM and AICP. Maybe it was because of the dirty flashing?* And when I wanted to return to PE afterwards, dirty flash no longer worked and I had to do a clean flash.
Thanks for sharing your experience ?
