My Nexus 7 was working fine until one day it was stuck on google logo and kept restarting itself.
After contacting the help team at Nexus, I was advised to wipe all data and perform a factory reset from the recovery mode.
The device worked fine and I started using it again, but it broke down 4 hours after the factory reset.
I was putting music on it via usb and all of a sudden it turned off.
when I press power it shows google logo then goes automatically into recovery mode, I have tried to factory reset again and restart but nothing worked !
Any help is greatly appreciated , thank you

Try flashing the stock rom again, then see what happens.

Hi,
Recently, my nexus 7 2012 (wi-fi) has been freezing a lot and I think it is because of the latest lollipop update. I decided to make a factory reset using the recovery mode.
Unfortunately, there was a lot of errors but finally it went to erasing... which took about 25 minutes.
Now, whenever I try to boot up my nexus 7 tablet, it repeats the task to erase everything and I cannot even go into the bootloader via power + volume down.
The only thing I am able to do is to wait for it to finish (about 10-15 min) and then I am seeing the dead android with red exclamation mark.
I can press power button + volume up to access the menu which gives me different kind of options, but whenever I try to remove cache/ data or reboot to recovery mode, it just shows all kind of errrors such as cache not found, unable to mount, and it finally restarts itself and starts the erasing process again.
I was searching for this issue but there was a lot of similarities and could not found the issue with erasing process which repeats itself.
I am looking for any helps as I do not know what I can do in this case .

Hi I tried finding a solution to my problem in the previous posts but they didn’t work.
My p8 lite is stuck on the factory reset screen and I can’t enter into Fastboot mode or anything else. The only thing I can do is by keeping the power button pressed I can restart the factory reset but it gets stuck at 99% every time.
I tried to let the phone power off by draining the battery but after I charge it a little bit it turns back on and it restarts this loop.
If it helps I got into this problem when I tried to relock my Bootloader, everything went fine but the phone got stuck on the reset screen. I hope someone can help me.
My brother attempted to do a factory reset of an unrooted ALE-L21, and now his phone doesn't boot past the Huawei logo. I can still access the EMUI recovery menu by holding vol- and power but resetting the phone again or wiping the cache doesn't fix it.
I'm not sure what's the best course of action here and I'd like help.
ME TOO. cant do nothing. in format menu i put the usb to pc and nothing. no software and windows detec the cell.. tried to format and wipe and infinite loop for 2 days.. nothing i can doo.
About a year ago, I resurrected my nexus 10 with a new battery. After a few oddities, I had to flash the latest available manta (I used Wug's NRT...). I did a factory reset once or twice in the intervening time (after an app backup etc.) Now I'm in trouble....
I'm not sure quite what went wrong but I had just finished charging the device and I knew it was turned on (the notification light was blinking) but I could not get the screen to come to life so I long-pressed it into a reboot... and it started bootlooping on the swirling dots. I re-flashed the OS multiple times... I tried a factory reset multiple times, each time I factory reset the thing would sit on "formatting data" ... at least once I let it sit that way overnight... no dice.
I messed with the NRT several times, tried to do a factory reset or backup after booting into twrp from the NRT (it's all stock allegedly on the device). Not sure what I did but all of a sudden the bootlooping on the swirling dots stopped... I got the "android" logo and then it says: "starting apps"... the circling indiccator goes for about 15-20 seconds then wham... reboots... and that's where I'm stuck...
Factory reset still hangs... and it bootloops just further down the process... starting apps.
What can I do? Does anyone out there have an idea?
