Hello; I am from Argentina; I bought the Lg K8 2017 double sim; the x240 and does not get a 4g signal in Argentina; it may be a problem of frequency bands; Could you change the baseband of this model?

Maybe you don't have 4G(LTE) SIM card? Also try to put SIM card in other SIM slot. Keep in mind that if you have 2 SIM cards only one can get 4G other one can get 2G and sometimes 3G. However baseband of phone can't be changed because it depends on hardware. Did you tried SIM card from other carrier to see if it gets 4G?

If already tried with another sim; in the two slots and it does not work; look for and it is problem of frequency bands; if I can not change it, I will have a team only for 3g

where are you from? im from argentina and i bought the s3 neo from germany and when i put my sim card the region lock appear so i contact samsung on chat and phone and they ask me for some data and a month later they game the code to unlock it for free

Hi! I'm from italy, my s3 neo (GT-i9301l) haven't ask me for my sim region, what version of android are booting? KK (4.4.2) or JB (4.3)?

On whether the phone will work with any sim in Europe, no matter what country as long as in Europe. happens I am from Argentina and the phone forgot to activate it before bringing it.

Have you tried to install stock ROM of your country? You can do this from sammobile.com and odin, goodbye.

Hola, estoy en la misma, recibi un s3 neo i9301i de italia con android 4.4.2 y me pide el codigo de desbloqueo por lo que creo q es unbloqueo regional, a vos te funciono?

Ídem. Intenté flashear con un PIT una ROM de España y nada. No me deja pegar los links, pero el PIT está en forum.gsmhosting.com y la ROM en romkingz.net.

S7 Spain
Hi.
I've been with the ELEPHONE S7 for two days. The first day, after putting the SIM card was working 24 hours perfectly. On the second day, he suddenly stopped picking up coverage and did not get the mobile data. I tested my SIM on another phone and it works perfectly. Another SIM that works on another phone in my NO. I tried resetting it from the factory and nothing. I do not know what else I can try but it looks bad.

You probably should have started a new thread for this issue as it is probably not related to the discussion above.
I would suggest starting with the basics and:
1) Ensure you have the latest firmware 20161219
2) Perform a factory reset
3) Does the issue occur in both SIM slots with a known good SIM? Remember that the S7 is a dual SIM handset. If you are only using one, I believe that you should be using slot 1.

Question for the DEVS

Hello guys I'm here to ask for the advice of the devs, I live in Mexico and currently using this lovely and amazing phone, but I only have one not so amazing issue and thats where my question comes from, I'm with the company Movistar but its only running with the 3G band, I read that the band for LTE is 1900 and the phone does not support this band, is there any kind of way to force, patch this band on the phone, but I'm not aware if this is software or hardware, anyway please help .
It's a hardware issue, the phone only has the bands that support Tlecel and AT&T, I'm from México too.

You could try change company, Movistar is cheaper, but Telcel has better signal.

Deberías considerar cambiarte de compañia, Movistar es barato pero telcel tiene mejor cobertura.

I have a sprint galaxy s10 + (SM-G975U) RELEASED BY THE COMPANY. The thing is that where I live, the signal from my current telephony does not pick up well (at & t) The sprint customization layer does not leave me with good signal connectivity
I saw on the internet that the SM-G975U version of cell phone IS THE SAME FOR ANY COMPANY
My question is:
If I flash the system and put SO of the T-mobile company, do you think I can solve my problem with the signal and data network?

Vi en la internet que la version SM-G975U de celular ES LA MISMA PARA CUALQUIER COMPAÑIA

I don't think Sprint or T-Mobile firmware changes the bands your phone can connect to. Do you get better AT&T reception on another phone? Where I live the AT&T signal is bad no matter what phone you use--and I live in a large city. When I had AT&T I couldn't make or receive calls in half the rooms in my apartment--but I never had similar signal issues on Sprint, T-Mobile or Verizon.

I have the sprint SM-G975U,
free company (I don't know what method they used to free company)
It hangs the network and the data sometimes no signal grabs, I have to put on and take off airplane mode so that it grabs signal again and the same thing happens again all day

Is your service with Sprint or do you just have an unlocked Sprint phone?
If you have a GSM carrier like AT&T or T-Mobile or from an MVNO that uses those networks I would look up the correct APN settings for your carrier and verify that they match the network settings on your S10+.
If you have a CDMA carrier like Verizon, Sprint or one of the MVNOs that use their network the APN settings on your phone might be locked where you can't alter them yourself. If that's the case you need to contact tech support for your carrier--they can send APN settings to your phone if the ones currently enabled aren't correct.
You can also power down your phone and remove your SIM card. Turn your phone on with no SIM inserted and let it boot up. After your phone has completely booted insert the SIM. This might force the S10+ to update its network settings. If it does you will see a message.
