I replaced the screen in my laptop and now it thinks it is tablet mode when in laptop mode and vice versa. I have no use of the keyboard when it is in laptop mode.

Hello, is there any app where can I switch on my pc between disc drive mode and active sync?? My display and buttons light doesn´t work and last connection to pc was in disc drive mode so now when I connect it can´t flash stock ROM to send to a warranty repair. I think that there is only some problem with contacts - because phone works normally but without display a buttons

go to settings>connections>usb2pc and make sure the box next to active sync is ticked, and untick the box next to ask me everytime i connect, now ur device will always connect in active sync mode till you change the options
Yes naturally, but my display doesn´t work anymore and before it was switched to disc drive - I´d like to know if is there any way to do it without display and buttons - only by pc..
yeah i am having the exact same prob..
my touchscreen is not working and unfortunately I was in disc drive mode when it went out on me
now I can't turn back on activsync to get my data..only hard buttons work and i don't have settings as a tab
is there a hard button way to turn activsync back on?
Whatever I do I cannot get my desktop to recognize my VSGS3, all I get is a message saying USB device not recognized. I have tried everything from installing drivers, to turning my pc on and off, phone on and off, etc. The VSGS3 worked out of box on my W8 laptop, but I need to connect to my desktop!
Try putting in camera mode, I know that on my laptop it does not work in MTP mode, I have to put it in Camera something mode.

Tablet is 16Gb version with 3G, android 4.0.3(rooted). Touchscreen doesn't react to fingers or capacitive stylus pen. "Pen-only" mode is disabled in settings. I have opened the tablet, all wires are on their legit places. I can only use USB mouse from my PC to interact with the tablet.
Anyone able to get Freeform Windows/Desktop mode working? Trying to get something setup an automatic like what Samsung has with the SeX station. Not just screen mirroring when plugged into a usb c multimedia station
And no I don't use or like Andromium.
Does anyone know a way to change to tablet mode automatically when using the Yoga Book in tablet mode?
