Just got mine as well. Funny thing is though, I initiated a return on the last day of my 15 day return window (I wanted the preferred care and they wouldn't add it after the fact, so reordered). I bought a mini assuming I would have forfeited my promo but I just ordered another one using the promo code!

The Project Fi store was chalk only. Probably the same for the regular store. However, they may have decided to not make an issue of it considering how messed up the fulfillment of phone orders was. Or, they'll charge you the full amount and say, hey, you can still use that code if you want for a chalk color.

Got mine about an hour ago, been playing with it. Coming from htc magic it is just pure joy to use. No longer does it have data connection problems in low signal 3g areas. This really bugged me in my htc magic. Everything else about it has pretty much been discussed.
Not sure whats gonna happen with vat though. Havent been invoiced for it yet.

Ordered mine last week - due to be delivered to me the end of next week (29th). The bundle is a nice touch and £499 all in very good. They only have silver, which suits me fine. And it's SIM free...

Got a text from them this morning that said by the 29th. ( I ordered it quite a while ago). As that is Good Friday I suspect the day before... anyway at least it's coming!

I called yesterday to ask and they asked the manager and he said no deliveries on good Friday so earliest will be 30th.
Yeah banner said 8 days to go yesterday which counts down to Good Friday.
Dont matter when you placed order, unless they dispatch it on 27th you wont get it before 30th.

I think it's quite weird since those are based on UK. I don't think HTC would be stocking US or Asian handsets on those stores right? Else that would just mess up their distribution structure.

Ás much as I want that good luck it's highly impossible. As you can see I am not from UK so having a non-UK phone on handtec would greatly benefit me as that would likely give me chances of having a compatible Asian LTE. But I already asked them about that before I made a purchase and as they said they'll be providing EU models only. They even posted on the description the LTE bands it will be supporting. So.... hopefully your words would create a miracle. lol
I sent them a email saying they are false advertising that we will get it delivered on good friday. Thats impossible so they are in fact lying to customers.
Will ask for good will reward or I will go instore to purchase one at Phones4U.

Me too. I talked to five CSRs yesterday, three of them told me it's back ordered, one of them said it would ship yesterday, another one said it would ship today. Worst company I've ever seen.
Ya I am too. I've called multiple times and they keep saying that it "should" go out today and it never does. The shipping date keeps getting pushed back one day at a time.

I ordered a 64 GB developer edition on Saturday 4/20 at around 11 am and it has been in picking since. I selected 2 day shipping and the original expected delivery was today 4/24. Yesterday that was bumped to 4/25. Today it says 4/26.
I've gotten more patient over the years, and my current phone is serviceable so I'm just going to sit tight for now. The worst case seems to be 'end of April' which isn't too far away.
I preordered with them, it shipped on Friday and I got it on Saturday. That said, it did sit in "picking" for a couple days before it shipped, and the order also disappeared from their online tracker right beforehand.

Waiting patiently... meanwhile, this post has me a little concerned. I plan to use the phone with prepaid plans on TMobile and AT&T for now... with other compatible international providers as needed. I use data a lot more than voice and so, value a good/fast data connection. Am concerned that the "generic" radio may be a hindrance. That said, if it is firmware related and not hardware, it should be fixable by flashing the appropriate firmware, ROM or radio. Waiting for the knowledgeable peeps to chime in.

Mine too. Ordered on the 12th, couldn't get an order status until yesterday, still in picking. Trying to decide whether to cancel or wait it out. My G2X is crap and I need something ASAP. It was either an HTC One or a GS4, and I wanted the One, but after this mess, it's probably gonna be whichever I can get first.
I ordered on the 12th but it has been "picking" for 5 days now I'm kind of disappointed that I (promised to!) shell out so much money and now I'm waiting considerably longer than carrier customers. I'm quite patient but I wish let's talk would be a bit more finite with their dates, there is no way they have been "picking" my phone for the better part of a week.
I will only be angry if I get the phone and it has hardware defects. I would imagine the RMA process with these guys would be terrible

So was mine, shipping today for 2 days...i called them and she said oh it's because we ran out of stock (thanks for that heads up). So I cancelled and went to AT&T, which i'm glad i did they gave me $150 off even though i wasn't due for any upgrade for a long time..
Ordered on 4/9 and it still shows picking status as well. This is definitely getting ridiculous.
I ordered two 64gb dev edition handsets on the 10th and I'm on back order. I called HTC and they said there next shipment is on the 29th.

Left my local bestbuy last night and a couple blueshirts there told me that they would be releasing the S7 and S7 Edge this Monday. I was pre-ordering and asked when it came out and they told me I could pick it up on monday.
So if you preordered from bestbuy i'd recommend calling them and seeing if they are also releasing it early.
I don't know how truthful BestBuy is. I got my pre-ordered T-Mobile S7 on the 3rd of March and was told by my local BestBuy store that they had the Otterbox cases in stock for the S7. So I drive over to the store and find out that they have the cases in stock but won't be releasing them until the 11th of March because that's when the phones will be released. I will NOT be going back to BestBuy again!

I bought a surround sound system from them a month ago. He told me i was gonna get a discount and hed hook me up with an hdmi and optical cable. Then he was tryin to talk me into joinin their "rewards program" it was like every $100 you get a dollar or something. I was like, "it'd take me so long, im good" but i bought a tv a couple months before so he said i could get credit for that aswell. So finally i said, "well, your not gonna send me a bunch of emails if i sign up are you". He said, " haha noooooo"!

They had no idea what I was talking about, and reaffirmed the 11th as the release date. This was yesterday, today my GF got a call that our phones have arrived and that we can pick them up tomorrow.

Same thing happened to me. They had a Samsung rep there and I even showed him the phone, still wouldn't sell it. I went to U.S. Cellular, AT&T and even the new T-Mobile store in my town but neither had cases yet. Verizon store had the stuff out on display already so i bought my case and screen protector there.
I wondered who the *#&@ cares if I buy a piece of plastic for a phone that isn't "out yet"? I am giving you money, why do you care?! It was dumb as f.

Just got off the phone with my local BestBuy, they said that it should be no problem. She mentioned it would be FCFS based on available stock, dunno if this means you can get one shipped later, or if you are sol.
Well...that's kind of strange. The Best Buy website now shows the expected release date for the phone on my order as: "Null"?
The other 2 items still show expected release of 3-11-2016.

Yeah. I ordered two actually, got two seperate emails. I tried looking them up, but it says the name and phone number are wrong, didnt say anything about order number being wrong.

Can't say I took a look at the pre-order there...in that case, yaaaa lol
I'm okay with this. By the time the blue is available there should be some decent in-depth reviews to help make my decision to buy.
someone in my country is already selling this as early as early august .. and he have gold blue and black and white i guess.

That's not what's happening at their own site and for me saving $50 upfront is a better deal than getting a $50 coupon/rebate

I ordered mine from newegg.ca and got it this morning.
My order shipped and will arrive on Monday!
