Hello again,
I tried all the "bypass technics" found on the web but with this lastest update, I don't know where to find...
I tried the bluetooth technics / realterm with the command to go to chrome with a contact, I tried also to flash the lastest firmware.. nothing
If anyone have an idea to help me...
Do a factory reset, then enable developer settings (tapping 7 times on build number in settings, phone info) and from there click on OEM Unlock.

Hi , i have Galaxy S5 (SM-G900F).
i tryed to reflash rom (beacause the fingerprint lock dont work) and encountered in problem of reactiovation lock that avoid me to acces to recovery mode.
tryed to find any solution and allready tryed everything i found.
android version.......5.0
Baseband version.....G900FXXU1BOD3
Bootloader version.....G900FXXU1BOD3
Build Number.... XtreStoLite INTL v2.2 - XXU1BOD3
here is what i tryed and it didnt work for me.
1.
Download Kies
Connect your phone to Kies
Select the option to emergency/reset your phone.
You will be prompted to first enter your phone ID, then your serial number.
Then Kies will prompt you to boot up into dowloadmode.
Kies will then dowload and flash your phone.
When Starting up, you will have to log in to your Samsung acc to remove the lock.
MAKE SURE YOU GET IT UNTICKED. If not possible, try to remove Samsung acc from your phone and try again.
in this solution i had problems with : cant connect to kies (even with samsung cable, and tryed all usb ports in few comps).
2.
Go to Settings > Security > Uncheck Reactivation Lock
in this solution i had problems with : Settings> Security < Dont Have "Find My Phone" options (that have the reactivation option)
3.
tryed to flash CF Root Via Odin ... or anything via odin (other kernel,other rom...)

4.
i noticed that i didnt had Samsung Account in account options , and when ill tryed to add it havnt shown in the list.

tnx ill try...
do you have a link for this thread/download , i cant find it...
Links to that site are banned here, because the owner didn't adhere to the rules of XDA
You'll need to click on the firmware section and type in your S5 model number, if it's G900F, type that in
Site is sammobile . com

I got the unlock code and everything. Installed drivers, got everything in place but when I use the command " fastboot oem unlock "key"
It fails and shows me a remote error along with this
Enable OEM unlock in dev option .
But I can't see that option in dev options and iam fed up with this. I tried searching Google but no luck. I checked the cid to see if it is unlockable and the string was endling with " 007 " means unlockable.
Iam running marshmello ota. All factory. No root nothing..
Any help would be really appreciated. I just want to install cyanogen

Take a look at this thread in Lenovo/Motorola forums (currently 74 pages long), it seems you're not the only one that has this issue (e.g. post #10 [last post in page 1], post #14 [4th post in page 2] and post #15).
Go to settings/apps/all/settings and clear data only , then go back to about phone/ build number 7 times ,enable developer options oem unlock may be present. Try this.
had the same issue
SOLVED
I was fiddeling with my moto X 2nd and stuck on the same issue.
Running a OTA 6.0 stock unbranded FW Moto X 2nd
Same problem, no OEM UNLOCK under Dev options.
then gave up on the phone and started playing around with fastboot mode and went into recovery to have a peek, and solved the issue.
detailed info for other googelers:
(VOL DOWN while pressing POWER, release POWER after a few seconds still holding VOL DOWN for a few more extra seconds takes you to FASTBOOT, from there select RECOVERY, and when the broken android appears, press POWER to get into RECOVERY)
Cleared my CACHE partition and after that made a FACTORY RESET under RECOVERY and then REBOOT
Restarted phone and did the initial setup, selected not to enable REMOTE PROTECTION (this might also be the reason the allow oem unlock button was enabled, as said, have no clue what made it work)
And Voila! the "allow oem unlock" button was there after enabeling DEVELOPER OPTIONS and I could enable it and unlock the bootloader.
maybe the formatting of cache partition did the trick since it was OTA updated, i have no clue, but it is now there.
this helped me clean kingroot

I was messing with my pos alcatel pixi phone trying to root and unlock and installed kingroot, big mistake it was very hard to get rid of. I finally got it to uninstall but it left behind a com.kingroot. Doing this procedure enabled me to uninstall it when previously I was unable. THANKS
Hey -
So I got my redmi 4 prime today, and I want to unlock the bootloader. (I have made sure it is indeed locked with the "fastboot oem device-info")
While trying the official method, I got the 50% error "Can't verify device". I tried everything suggested to
fix it - Made sure my "OEM unlock", "USB Debugging" are enabled, added my device and account under "MI Unlock Status", that fastboot and adb recognize the device,
tried disabling driver signatures, logging into my account using account id... nothing helped.
Then I tried flashing the chinese developer rom. Using the "Updater" app, I got an error saying "Can't verify update - You're allowed to flash the newest develop version published by MIUI forum from stable version only".
Now, according to the settings menu, I DO run the stable version - I run Miui global stable 8.2.4.0. I tried flashing the chinese stable version, but got a similar error.
I tried flashing using Mi Flash and fastboot mode, but I get some "Flash tz error" message. I tried using MiFlash and edl mode, but it seems that edl has been disabled - Trying to enter into it simply reboots the phone.
My recovery is also very stripped down - It has no update/wipe options, but only some hardware tests, device info, and the option to boot back into sideload/fastboot/normal.
Using sideload doesn't seem to work as well - no matter what I try to install, I get an "failed to read command" error.
I'm really running out of ideas, and I wan't to get this phone running and start using it daily with some non-MIUI rom.
Thank you for your help
As for me I had kinda the same issue that I couldn't get past 50% so what I did was Delete my Device from my Mi account and did a factory reset then after the factory reset you'll be asked to sign in with your Google,Xiaomi account DO NOT sign in with any account, don't even connect to the wifi,just boot up the phone straight without any Google,Xiaomi account, then in the settings activate your wifi,find the bootloader unlocking thingy which will tell you sign in with your Mi Account, sign in,reboot your phone after signing in then unlock your phone and you're done.

This 50% stuck, i think 99% of Xiaomi users who try to unlock bootloader for the first time always experience this, i'm the same as you before, i try everything as i'm desperate to unlock the bootloader, you try this first..

Try doing this and let me know if this works:
1. Factory reset the phone
2. Don't set up the Wireless network and Mi Account on first boot
3. After initial setup turn on Developer options, then turn on USB debugging and OEM unlocking
4. Reboot the phone
5. Set up the wireless network
6. Go to Developer options > Mi Unlock status and click on Add account and device then set up Mi Account using account Id (accept every pop-up)
7. Reboot into fastboot and try to unlock your phone

If this didn't work for you, sadly you just have to wait to try again next week. It worked for me, i didn't do any attempt to unlock the bootloader, then suddenly after a week i did this and now my bootloader is unlocked. Just be patient.
Downgrading to Android 7.0 with March 2018 security patch doesn't work: bootloader check fail;
The trick to open YouTube and go to About doesn't work. The about page is blank;
Samsung is using a popup browser now that doesn't allow JavaScript (I managed to reach it by tap on the Android help links, then I tapped in the Google logo at the bottom at the page and search for the Google Account Manager APK, but it didn't work);
Connecting the phone through MTP and using tools to open the browser doesn't work;
Flashing TRWP doesn't work: FRP lock;
Can use tools to bypass FRP using ADB because the device was reseted, so USB debugging got disabled;
Combination files doesn't work anymore.
What else can I do?
The bootloader version is BL_G935FXXS8ETCM_CL13895453_QB29823004_REV00_user_low_ship.tar.md5 and OEM Unlock is turned on

I think you should be able to get it reset at the Samsung Service Center if you can provide proof of ownership like a receipt.
Hello,
I have a Verizon Galaxy Tab A SM-T597V.
The device allows me to factory reset and even used Odin to flash the factory ROM onto the device. I’ve even successfully been able to rush through the set up and access settings and enable USB debugging.
But no matter what if I go through the set up menus it eventually pops up and says “Managed by your IT department” and installs an app called “Hub.” The KG state says Prenormal and FRP Lock says OFF. OEM unlocking has never shown as an option.
Has anyone encountered this or know of an option to keep the device installing these programs during the set up screen?
Any advice pointing in right direction would be great!
