Actually i am on custom rom and i want to install one plus file manager app.. When i am installing directly it says "the package conflicts with an existing package by the same name" but here is no package name like that installed.

I want to take a custom rom, extract it, then port it, and then zip it again to install in CWM.
How to do it?
When I try to extract a custom rom, there are several files that get error.. (like files without extension in folder bin/) how to extract them too?
When I am ready porting the rom, how do I zip it again to install in CWM?
I've installed Timur's USB kernel + CM on my N7. Looks like I have to install the Gapps package too to get stuff like the Play! store back. Is there any way to install only certain things from the Gapps package instead of having it install everything?

Use an AROMA Installer or edit the gapps zip folder yourself or install the gapps you want individually.

Yes.
I have changed several png files (icons) in this app, deleted META-INF folder and signed using ZipSigner.
When I try to install this apk I get "Application doesn't install" (Android 2.2.2).
I try to copy apk to data/app folder, but I get "App isn't installed".
I try also one_click_signer.
Original apk worked well.
Why I can't install this app (attached).
as the title says id like to convert a rom or update from block install to regular system folder install.

Why file Manager ? Doesn't it directly boot to recovery to flash ?
And give all permission to file manager sometimes that's problem
