Looks best in black IMO.
most elegant in black. professional and sexy !
Mocha Brown is classy especially if you go with the glitter themed icons and the chess wallpaper.

Really beautiful phone. Made me jump to Android. The stripe is a really nice looking thing.
However I would have loved a moca version with front black, I had to take the black one, that is great, for this reason.
i personally feels that oneplus 2 is better
Do you guys use a case? Isn't it defeating the purpose of the design? And yet it is so fragile..

I really don't like to use a case on my phones and never had before, because part of the price is the aesthetic design.
The mate 10 is really beautiful, but doesn't feel good in the hand because of the glass material. It's slipery, a fingerprint trap, sweating, did I say really slipery? A 10%angle in hand and it slide slowly!
Due to this, I use case, really thin case, not to protect but to have a better feel in hand, without give up the look too much.
I can recommend the Cafele ultra thin PP case (the 0.4mm one) or the cafele hard PC case (bulkier but better looking camera edge). The 0.6 thin PP one is not really good looking.
It's a shame that this eye candy phone is so nice only when you don't touch it.

Oh I'm using Cafele ultra think 0.4mm. it feels naked and nice in hand. But it's a shame that it covers the beautiful design. Nonetheless it does give me greater peace of mind.
What I like about the case more than just protecting the beauty underneath is the fact that it's hiding it and after a few months or a year I'm going to take it of and everyone is going to think I have a new phone looking so sexy and more powerful.

x2 Best case in the WORLD.
I use a screen protector for better haptic feeling while scrolling and better visibility in bright light (reflections) - and no more fingerprint smearing. And I keep the HD2 in it's stock pouch for additional protection. It's still very slim in it's pouch but quite well protected for the thinness of this little bag This way my phone still looks like new although I wear it in my pocket at work everyday.
Nah I don't bother, dropped it several times and not a scratch (touch wood). I don't like the idea of a rubber casing that I have to remove if I need access to the battery / reset button. I'll just claim on the insurance if I damage it
Ive got a tad bit different capdase case found here
http://www.capdase.com/en/product5.php?cid=1&bid=5&mid=321&pid=5156
-quick to put on and take off
-metallic backing that covers the corners for extra protection
-light weight and slim (hardly noticeable)
-rubber liner that surrounds device to snug case on (excellent quality)

theres finally a otterbox for our hd2's
found here
http://www.capdase.com/en/product5.php?cid=1&bid=5&mid=321&pid=5156
-not so quick to put on and take off (two layers have to be put on separately)
-plastic over rubber layers - but corners of device only covered by rubber
-light weight and not so slim - phone feels a tad bulky
-rubber liner that surrounds device also covers the keys (yay) but in doing so, block out the keypad led lights... (NAY)
IMO the capdase case is the way to go.
the otterbox looks awsome but it doesent protect the corners

i didnt use a case since i have my hd2 now (7 months ) only one little scratch wich u dont really notice.
u dont need to use a case, its not only ugly, it is not even necessary
I use a leather case that I got off the bay for £3.99 yes I know it's sad but when my phones last me around 6 months I thought I best protect this one
In the past I have managed to drop a month old phone in a pint of cider, ran one over with a skip lorry, dog has eaten one, lost one in a flood when stuck in my car the list goes on.
Hang on come to think of it a case is not going to save my phone
i use the original one that comes with it ,fro 6 monthes now without an single scratch msa
I am looking for a case for my Galaxy S4. I don't want anything super regged I just want some basic protection. I want something relatively thin that gives me a better grip on the phone and will protect it against light drops. Comfort is my biggest concern.
Any recommendations?

Does that case have a raised bevel on the sides of the screen? I would like a case that has this so if I lay it down on the screen side the screen is not touching the table.
Still amazes me how many people post questions in general when there is obviously a questions sub-forum or even the accessories forum

Yes it does.
I'm using a Casemate Barely There case, and it seems to work well. Very slim, slightly raised on the front, and a kind of rubberized texture. Good fit, no movement or creaking.
I bought the following 2 cases.
1. I've always been a fan of the Case-Mate Barely There Cases, so I wanted something similar and saw a deal on this. It does slightly extend above the screen on the edges, protecting the screen when laying flat (but to be honest I still prefer the flat front like the case-mate offers).

This is a beautiful case and I was also blown away by the look but Do Not buy this case if you are looking for something slim that doesn't make the phone bulkier. There is a significant increase in height and width with this case. I plan on selling mine. Just look at the pictures showing the headphone and charging ports and you can see how much longer it is.
Hey guys, because i am using my TN7 for university i write alot with it.
But i always had problems with the stylus, because it is so thin.. so i improvised:

Feels awesome and feels like you are writing with a normal pen.. i like it, so here how2build your own.
What you need:
- one of these guys (or similiar) (just the cap.)
- the grip from another pen
1. you have to remove the cover / top of the cap, so you get a tube.
2. pull the grip over it
top:
bottom:
3. ofc pull the whole thing over your stylus =) (not too much, you want to be able to remove it later!)
4. have fun

I actually use a pencil with mine most of the time... if the tip isn't too sharp it works almost flawlessly, and it glides over the screen very nicely and doesn't hurt the screen at all. I even bought some FullHB pencils (they're solid graphite, no wood) to use, and they seem to work even better than a standard pencil.
I just dug up the old full graphite pencils from my art school days and I have to agree: they are amazing stylusses (styli?).
Then I decided to go one better: I got a mechanical pencil with some nice fat leads (I went for 3mm HB koh-i-noors). Now I can retract the vulnerable graphite for safer traveling and still have an amazing and precice hard-tip stylus.
I might just take apart the official stylus and replace the rubber with a bit of graphite, but I'm not entirely comfortable storing that inside the tablet.

I had tried just a regular cheap mechanical pencil, and they don't work at all... probably because the lead is too thin and/or the casing is plastic and doesn't carry the conductivity to your hand. Glad you liked the pencil idea, though! Oh, and yes, it is styli
This is cool.

This case is something special. The phone is completely protected, and when I mean completely, that is an understatement as it has 20 feet drop protection!
Everything from the fingerprint sensor, the buttons, the charging port. I have huge hands but I have no problem to get The S-Pen out. I highly suspect others people with larger hands will have a harder time to remove the stylus.
Once you put this case on you'll probably never remove until you get your next phone as the removal process can prove difficult for some. For $20 and prime shipping, I don't see why anyone would spend more for less protection. An easy 5 stars, case closed!
And there is not screen protector comes with it. I think that a glass screen protector is going to be the way to go on this phone due to the stylus. If all other things were the only factor, the case is a solid choice for the money.
All in all, this case is a great alternative to the Otterbox Defender style case. . I am very pleased and for less than half the price of a Defender style case, this is beyond a good bargain.

In what way?
Looks far too plasticy IMO.
I just received my Note 10+ Aura Blue and the black ArmadilloTek case. Pretty awesome case. Good grip, buttons are eat to push but don't stick out too far, easy to install, and good protection all around. I would definitely recommend for the price over OtterBox, it's not as bulky as OtterBox. Case isnt as big as the pictures look and the kick stand is strong. Will definitely be my daily driver case.
Here are some pics on my phone:
I was unable to get wireless charging to work through this case using 5 different wireless chargers so I removed it. Sturdy case though.

All my chargers work fine.
You just need to give it a few seconds to react, or you might need to rotate your phone a little bit.
My complaint is that the powersharing doesn't work at all.
I looks too "loud" for my taste. Been using the OB Symmetry case for a week now and I think it hits the right balance between a thin case but with some good protection. Very mature-looking.

That link does not work
Zizo Bolt has side protection higher than the display. It can soak up repeated drops onto concrete.
After a lot of research I went ahead with this Arctic Silver variant of Neo Hybrid case instead of my standard Spigen Liquid Air and this has been the best decision ever. Complements the phone so well and makes it look damn classy while protecting it as well.

lol? what? how are tire tracks damn classy?! I look at it and think it's another typical phone. No one will ask what phone is that. it doesn't capture the light and reflect the shimmering colors.
Every time I put the phone face down at a party, work, or even out in public, the aura always catches people's eyes and they inquire about it.
It's like buying a pair of Air Jordans and putting a Kroger bag on it when you go outside.
OP: that Spigen case sure looks nice, I preffer somewhat translucent cases, I have a UAG plasma ice, and a Ringke Fusion X black camo, both show the aura color nicely, and as they are not totally clear, the scratches on their polycarbonate back don't show, I also have some other cases, but my favorites are these two, don't pay much attention to those who dislike the type of case you are comenting here, ultimately, if you feel happy and proud of your spigen case, nothing else matters, thanks for your post, I might get one these!
Thanks. I alternate between the Spigen case and the default transparent case depending on where I'm going. Overall the Spigen case provides better grip and makes me feel more secure about the phone thus that is the case i use if I'm going on a ride or going to Gym. Otherwise i use the transparent one to show off the aura glow.
One thing i loved in the design from Spigen is the attention to detail. Look closely on the front side pic, near the top of the screen where the earpiece speaker is, the case is not closed like normal TPU or hard cases. Instead they have created a tiny vent there to let the sound out so that the case do not obstruct the hearing experience. Works great.
Yeah, the UAG and Ringke cases I mentioned also have the tiny recessed part for the speaker, neat!
I think it's weird to get a color like aura glow only to then completely cover it up...

No, not weird, as many users have more than ONE case, by your reasoning, who chooses the aura glow, should leave it nude, because even a clear silicone thin case spoils its stunnig look, I like to change themes, wallpapers and icons very often,
and switch cases accordingly, ultimately it is matter about choices and tastes, and very important, protection

True. I always end up buying way too many cases to use based on my mood. Had 8 cases for my Note 9. Right now I have this spigen case which I use mostly in office since Aura Glow doesn't really go well in a corporate environment and also in gym spigen gives better grip. Rest of the places I use the transparent case that comes in the box.
