Hi guys! I have the LEX 727 from Amazon US with 21s update but no working lte bands 2 or 4, any ideas to help me?
Root and flash something? changing the rom to the chinese version? something in the modem, baseband?
Check the APN. Make sure it's there for your carrier. Bands 2 and 4 work fine on T-Mobile, Band 12 too.

Hi, guys.
I have ls980 on stock ZVA, rooted and GSM unlocked. 3g works fine, but there is no LTE. I live in Russia, and our LTE bands are 7,20,38.
So, is there any way to enable other LTE bands than Sprint's 25,26,41? To flash proper radio or baseband may be?
Thanks!
the same question. Any solve?
No I don't believe you can just flash different modem and enable bands because the phone has different models... Chances are it is a difference in hw and flashing an incompatible modem may cause a brick

Hello this is herna from XDA Assist.
I cannot tell you how to activate or enable LTE Band 3 (1800 MHz) on the Note 3, but I can tell you where you should ask about if you want the best answer and guide about it.
For all the future issues you could have on Galaxy Note 3, you should ask and create a thread in the forum linked below.
NOTE 3 HELP
I´m gonna move the thread to the correct place so you will get a fast answer from people using the same device than you.
Good luck and thank for using XDA Assist!
Has Anyone looked into flashing the AT&T firmware onto the TMobile S7e phone. I switch back to this device from my Note 7 and wanted to see if flashing the AT&T firmware would enable the missing LTE bands on the G935T.
Has anyone flashed the G935U firmware? Did it make the other bands available on your device?
Thanks!
Which bands are you worried about? The latest firmware enables band 12 on top of band 4 when it needs it.

Wanted to see if flashing AT&T firmware would activate Band 29 & 30. Or if I went to the G935U firmware it would activate all LTE bands...
From what I can tell those bands are not available to the T-Mobile variant's modem. I'm seeing it's capable (with firmware support) of using 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 12, 13, & 20.

Hey guys
I want to know one thing
Is there anyway to unlock/enable band 3 (1800 mhz) LTE band in g930p or g935p as I see its specs band 3 is not supported but I think there is any way to unlock it by qxdm or any dev tool
Anyone guide me? Is there any chance?

Had anyone who doesnt have the Global Version tried to change the LTE Band with the Snapdragon software tools? If you haven't heard or tried this just search Unlock LTE Bands in XDA main search. Because I'm think its going to be much cheaper to by the Chinese version that is like only 343USD for 6gb of RAM and 128 ROM and unlock the bands. Any thoughts? Thanks.
Changing the bands with QPST or QXDM can be done but it has no effect on functionality.
Some software will see these bands as unlocked but the phone itself can not make use of them. You might also run into some trouble on MIUI though custom roms seem more flexible with this.
At the moment there is no way to convert a CN (band restricted) model into a Global model (no band restrictions).
Hi, somebody has any news ?
for conversion(activate ) band 20 in Xiaomi Note 2 ?
thank you
This is very important topic I think. What I find really weird that the firmware files (modem) and rom are the same no matter which version you have...
On redmi note 3, kate and kenzo have different rom and different modem files. Its really weird here.
