Ourtime X01S does not update app. - Other SmartWatches

Hi to everyone, i'm present i am max.
I would like some help because I recently purchased a smartwatch ourtime x01s.
The first week all ok, then I could not upgrade or install the apps.
I tried to restore the smartwatch to the factory settings, but it does not fix the problem.
I would like to understand how to reinstall android 5.1 from recovery that, if not mistaken, is accessed by powering up with the 2 keys pressed simultaneously.
But the menu is Chinese and I do not understand the sequence, however any choice does not execute the command and to exit I have to unplug the battery. Sorry my english.
Thank you all.

Android Head Unit Reboot to Recovery via update.zip file

Hey Guys, I bought this chinese head unit and it was working perfect unless it started lagging and low memory message started appearing on the screen. I have tried factory reset and clearing memory how ever possible without root access but I am unable to clear dalvick cache.
There is not option to reboot to recovery without root, I have tried many hard keys combination so far nothing has worked for me.
There is an option to update ROM via update.zip file. So I was wondering if it is possible to have an update.zip file with instructions to reboot into recovery. if that is possible can someone please share a zip file that I can use for this purpose?
looking forward for support from the community. Cheers!

Did you get anywhere with this?

I have the same problem and was wondering if you got a solution?

Is your HU a Joying? PX5 or Intel Sofia?
If your HU does not have any physical buttons, you could go in to recovery by restarting/rebooting the HU and connecting a keyboard to the HU USB port and pressing Alt + Print Scr + tapping I

Requested help for No name Android HU

Hi everyone,
I'm coming to you because you're the last chance for my HU to survive... and also because I'm a dumb with Android or softwares...
I got a few months ago a chinese HU with no name and Android 7.1 to install in my 2007 grand vitara.
Everything was ok for a while, and then one morning I start the unit and it stuck on the screen below.
I can let it like this for hours, nothing move. Since, I'm just able to turn off/on the screen.
I tried all reset/buttons combination I have been able to find on the net to get in Recovery Mode, nothing. I unplugged it from power, nothing. I put a new rom on the sd card (thinking maybe it would run from the SD) nothing.
So any idea is welcome.
Otherwise, I think this will go straight to trash...
Many thanks for your help

Suzuki Grand Vitara - M779 Head Unit PX5 Octa Core - stuck on Bootlogo

Hey guys,
I bought a Navigation System M779 (androidautoplayer.com) for Suzuki Grand Vitara from AliExpress one month ago.
At first, everything was fine and I was very happy about it. Nothing to conplain about.
Then I went on Holidays for about 14 days, in which the car wasn't used in any way.
Yesterday I started the car for the first time after Holiday, the battery still was fine but the radio did not boot. The screen stayed black and the Buttons did not light up.
After checking the Plugs on the back, the screen showed a Bootlogo, but got stuck.
I did not modify anything and everything was fine until Holiday.
Can you please help me?
Pressing reset did not change anything. Sometimes, selecting reverse does activate the rear cam. That's it.
I don't know how to enter Recovery or how to install the Firmware.
It is an Android 9 PX5 System. This is everything I know.
Kind regards
Robin
May be able to reflash firmware using this method - https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=79144579&postcount=2 assuming that the manufacturer posts firmwares on their site, or can provide it to you via download, email, etc.
Thank you for your reply.
I tried some Firmware-files, just to see If the head unit enters Recovery. This failed.
The manufacturer also replied to a Mail, telling me that they will hand me out a possible solution next week.
I will wait eagerly.
Hallo again,
unfortunately the manufacturer did not provide a solution to recovery my Head Unit.
I managed to get into the Recovery Menu and tried to wipe data, but this had no effect at all. Still stucking in bootloop.
The information given in Rcovery Mode are:
rockchip/rk3368/rk3368
9/PQ2A.190305.002/hct204281503
userdebug/test-keys
Recovery V9.0.5.
Supported API: 3
Can anyone please help me restore the Head Unit?
Kind regards

Did you try to disconnect the main connector from the unit and leave it that way for a few minutes ?
And then reconnect it again.
Thanks for your reply... But I think I did very stupid today and bricked the device.
Reagrding to this topic "forum.xda-developers.com/android-auto/android-head-units/head-units-rockchip-px5-mcu-csn2-t3912413" I flashed my device with "Fake Android 10 - July 6th 202007061156".
The flash ran smooth without any errors. But the screen seems dead now.
The buttonlights still turn on and do blink if I press the powerbutton for about 10s, but there is no bootlogo or anything at all.
I cannot enter recovery anymore.
**** happens?!?
Kind regards
Fisatec

contact seller of your device and ask him for update, or if you can find a suitable software on this forum, look for your model of device
You're best bet is to go to the market and ask them to do it, it wont cost too much considering you have a chinese multimedia system.
Apart from this, on the front of the screen, above the touch buttons, their is a hole with the word "RST" written next to it. Take a pin and press it in the hole so that he swtich is pressed for about 60 seconds while the car is on, that might be able to reset the system and remove the launcher allowing you to use the system again normally.
If that doesn't work, try following a guide like in this video, then factory reset the system from recovery. I know its not the exact same system, but most chinese multimedia units are quite similar (you can find more tutorials like this one, by searching "How to enter recovery mode on chinese headunit", try all of them, one of them should work for you):
If you bought it online, ask the manufacturer to send you the firmware, then look for a tutorial on how to flash firmware to a chinese headunit.

Recovery Mode 12.3" Mercedes Headunit

Dear users,
this is my first post since years here and I really need your advice. I recently acquired this headunit here:
Loading…
de.aliexpress.com
Its called H30 Plus and its an Android 12 12.3" inch head-unit for my W176 A-Class Mercedes.
In the beginning it worked fine, but after a while (and a reset) the screen stayed black - even the boot logo didn't appear (also after a power-disconnect). But the system itself is working, because if I press the "return" key on the original car's command wheel, or if I activate the backup camera the system shows my NTG 4.5 original system on the screen.
--> It just doesn't switch back to android.
On the side of the radio, there is a RST button, but it simply restarts the headunit. The seller ignores and doesn't want to understand my messages, so maybe I can get some help here:
1) Does anybody know, where I can get the firmware for this device?
2) Is there any commonly known methods how to re-flash these units (especially this one)?
Please help me out, because in working mode it is a really nice system and I want to try as much as possible to recover it!
