Hey guys, i need some info. My build number is stated in the title and here is my problem. There is no nougat info about my device, can someone help my?
I can't find any source for my device, when I check OTA it says there is no new updates available.
It's an EE device (same as mine) newest software is B160.
What is EE?

Same my model is b150 still didnt get the update
if you mean to say you can't find the update to nougat, it should rollout in the first quarter of 2017, so there's still about 2 weeks left

I saw some comments on gsmarena saying they got the update but for the vns l21 model

that's possible, it is being rolled out, not everyone gets it at the same time, just wait till the end of march, you should get it by then

You could try an update.zip, but if you've got the American model, you should be able to OTA update via the system settings.

This is version that's in it now
It is UK version I think (single sim?) - I am facing same problem - can't update it in any way ;-(

Yeah it appears to be u.k model I thought online it said was an USA model thanks for letting me know. Phone is actually quiet good besides being on mm.
There is a way to update apparently you have to flash a Spanish version than a Russian version of noughat 7.1

Link to thread I found out about the nougat work around have not time to try yet. If you do and it successful will you let me know. Go to page 4 and one chap has the solution

EDIT: I can't find Spanish V1.0.0B12 firmware - so I can't follow the instructions ;-( ZTE site provides only B2017GV1.2.0B12 version (7.1 I guess), which I will try as well.
EIT2: Phone can't find system update with B2017GV1.2.0B12.

Ah crap that a shame was hoping it would work so we can update to nougat. I am going keep searching myself to see and test if I upgrade will let u know

I did it! I am at work now, but later (in ~9-10 hours) I will write the instructions with the links to specific update files. I have updated the UK (carphone) 6.0 version to global (russian?) 7.1.1 .

Hi, from the picture I can see that this version has already been the latest version, and English version can not flash American version. Hope this help you.

2BQK5 the 2 stands for bootloader each # or letter has a meaning. And once you take this update there is no going back.

You can download BQK5 to ZQKO on samsung.firmware.science and you will be on the latest oreo beta, oreo beta 4

Can you post a link?? The only thing that pops up under what you you just posted is for the note 8???? And is what you are telling me is that for at&t or just generic s8+???

It's not att specific because it just updates from the specified baseband as verizon and tmobile i think has BQK5

You're fine just download the ota update
You can flash any firmware you want it doesn't matter which carrier.
Same thing applies to ota updates it just requires a source version/baseband of BQK5

Haha I'm lost now!! This new **** is so screwed up!! If I flash this Oreo beta will I not be able to use my at&t things like video calling and my art apps??? I would assume no??

From settings go down to software updates. The update file is posted in the looking for beave people to try oreo post. But doing it with file it wipes the phone clean.

Hello my friend, I`m new with that kind of Update, how could I install in my device? is a 955USQS3CRE2 and carrier ATT, but I`m from Costa Rica
1. Install samsung+ app from play store and register your note 8 device. You should then see a Galaxy Note 8 device in your account or homepage of the app
2. Go to play store again and on the Samsung + app page scroll down to join beta program for the app
3. Update the app to beta version (11.5.0.1)
4. Restart phone or clear app data and open the Samsung + app again. This time the app will look visually different because it's the beta version of the app
5. The banner should appear just on the homepage below the your note8 model info. Register using that link.
6. After about 5 mins or so. Go to settings- software update and check for updates. You should have the one ui beta update pushed to your device. About 1.5 gigs.
No issues with samsung gear, spay, or Netflix. Confirmed that night mode and Dolby are present
Just to add you need to be on unlocked us firmware n950u

In the google play store look for Samsung plus. Scroll down the in the app description and sign up to become a beta tester of the samsung plus app. It will then you give you the option to download the updated version of samsung +. Once down you should have access. That or you can do a search for the apk 11.5.0.1
It's still only giving me the 10.21.2.0 from Sept 2018 to download, anyone else experience this after joining beta?

you have to download the 10.0 version first, then register for beta. in about 5 minutes it will you the option to update to 11.5

Possible but not sure.. I was not on any of earlier leaked builds. I was on December patch level for unlocked.
I am on a TMobile note 8 and I haven't gotten the banner for the beta

I had the same issue until I flashed the csc file in Odin (not mome_csc). That's if you flashed the unlocked firmware to try to get the beta. After that I unregistered then re-registered for the beta and the download appeared.

Hello and thank you for this nugget of information. I have a 950U purchased from Samsung and on T-Mobile. To confirm, if I was to reflash CRK1 via Odin, for the CSC field, I would need to select the CSC_OYN_N950UOYN5CRK1 file correct and not the 'HOME_CSC_OYN....' file?

I think its just for the unlock model 950u1 not the 950u
edit: we can flash 950u1 firmware on our 950u done and running last update. also got rid of that annoying tmobile boot screen
I ended up reverting to CRK1 and it shows me the updated version of Samsung+ available now so I suspected this was the issue. Running through the steps now to get the beta installed.

Let me know if you get through. I think they said they had 10,000 spots and that might have been reached.

The banner isn't showing up but I'm going to try using the ota file that someone uploaded, but it's from CRL2 to ZSAB, downloading now.
EDIT: No luck as I suspected since I'd have to be on CRL2 for it to work, I'm just going to do a fresh install of the DRL7 for now.

No. Flash unlocked firmware. But yes, that csc. Or follow the link in the post above.
