I know this way but I don't want this...
Do you know any custom rom with this feature?
Any Answer?
Try Norma Rom. By default, mobile data doesn't work unless you flash datafix.zip.

I believe it's just a bookmark, I don't find an app for it in my original stock ROM. The url for it was pre-set in my favorites:
www.gogoinflight.com/htchd2
Thanks! The only problem is that if you have a different ROM it tells you that you have to be using a valid T-mobile service with HTC HD2. Any way around that?

It's possible that it has to be run on a ROM based on a T-Mobile stock ROM instead of one based on a Euro verision ROM, but that's just a guess. It's obviously checking something to verify that anybody trying to get the free trial is eligible for it...but of course they didn't allow for unauthorized changes like custom ROMs
Makes sense. I wonder what it checks against? I'm using the Elegancia V 4.0 ROM.
Hey guys,
Lately the Stock ROM is annoying me, I'm planning on flashing it to a custom ROM - I don't see gingerbread anywhere so I thought why not !
Also, my tab was rooted until something happened and I had to reset it to factory settings, most of the apps (that need root access) work, but titanium backup claims it fails to achieve root.
So Should I re root my tab before flashing a custom ROM?
and of course the question I asked in the title - what would you'll recommend for a custom rom on a GSM tab (I was thinkin overcome)
Cheers
Jackie
Go for overcome rom, works like a charm for me

I'd also reccomend Overcome. Best rom out there IMHO. Until we get data on honeycomb anyway
Sent from inside a whale.
I also recommend Overcome. It's been brilliant so far.

Sweet, thanks a lot guys.
But can anyome tell me a sure **** way of know if it still has root, because some apps like screen density and market enabler work but titanium backup says "could not gain root" :/

Probably because you mis-pressed the allow button in superuser when first launching titanium.
launch superuser and remove teh titanium entry and next time you load it will ask for su rights again.
Definetly overcome!

I second that. Alterbridge is a first class developer.
And I really miss Rotohammer too.
Thank you very much everyone, I'm thinking I'll get rid of unwanted stuff on my internal SD before I start it - as I found out that conversion to ext4 takes a while - so I'll save time that way also - hopefully if time permits, I'll be flashing my tab soon
Also does anyone know if i could some how get the gingerbread framework to work with the galaxy tab on overcome?

I think its better you hold out at the moment till someone ports it over to the WiFi version
Well its a good idea. Am empty SD card conversion takes 2 minutes. Full one can take upto 20 LOL. Not that I encourage everyone to wipe their cards. I flashed overcome when my tab was fairly new so I had no problems wiping it.
sweet, thanks for the info, also when the ext4 is being converted, is there a progress bar or status? I get paranoid at times when I don't see any progress
I'm trying to get this phone but im not sure what languages its support and how to add more languages if its not support the language im looking for?
I did it on Samsung gs4 AT&T this way and its worked great.. just root it and navigate to /system/csc
Delete or rename “language.xml” reboot it.. and all the list of the languages showed up.. does it work with LG G2 the same way ?
thanks everyone..
Only samsung phones use csc files so that trick won't help. Also you could flash any aosp rom but I'm guessing you'd like to stick to the stock rom :/ You could also just tell what language you are looking for so someone on stock verizon could check it.

I just installed the S4 Super ROM (TW)(Acheron), and I am loving it. The only thing I miss from the stock TW is the ability to add numbers to an Auto-reject list. That feature was apparently stripped from the ROM. Can someone identify which .apk does Auto Call-reject so I can find and reload it? I'd post to the dev's thread but due to less than 10 posts am blocked from doing so.
Thanks!

That is what I would like to be able to do. However, the "call rejection" option is missing. "setup call rejection messages" is at the top of the list. Is it just me? I assumed that all SuperS4 users are missing this option.
If I were to copy and replace sec.contacts.apk and or sec.phone.apk from another S4 TW rom, perhaps a stock version, would I potentially blow things up, or is that pretty safe?

I am on the deodexed but have used both versions. I have flashed both versions from my internal so can't answer that one about flashing from external. I suggest using what the op says 6.0.4.4 and kt twrp are recommended and are linked in the op.

If you keep failing to find such options to call reject you can always download a new dialer (phone) app in the playstore

Ok, so I wiped it all out and reinstalled with KT TWRP. Still no go. Can someone running 1.4 odexed check their call settings for the "call rejection" option? Thanks!
Hello Everyone,,,
I this some of you guys are aware about hike getting stuck on the sync screen in some custom roms like, RR,LOs...
So has anyone found any workaround of this issue like use of custom kernal or something like that.
Please provide some suggestions on this...

There's one way. But the timeline and some other features won't work.
use titanium backup to backup hike working on the stock rom or any custom rom
And then restore it on the rom you wanna use it on.
