Infrared? - Huawei P10 Plus Questions & Answers

I cannot find the infrared functions in my P10+. Could anybody help?

I believe it's only available for the smart controller app. There is no setting that you can see or access

You need to enable developer settings and it's near the top of there!

Fingerprint to open apps

I seen a setting to assign apps to use pin or fingerprint to open, but I can't find it now. Can someone tell me what setting that's under?

It's in the boost+ app under 'lock apps'. But if you're on a custom ROM, some may have determined it bloatware and removed it.

Bring up game Screen recorder for all other apps

Hello, as the title says I would like to know if there is any possibility to bring up game Screen recorder to record any other applications. Thank you.
Can't you add any app to the game launcher?

Nvidia Shield interface problems

Hello,
I have 2 little questions, it should be stupid questions but I can't find solutions ...
When I used an app (like Youtube or SPMC) and that I change for using another app, the first one become a kind of « bubble » at the right of my screen.
It is a problem for 2 things : first of all, when I'm watching a movie, the bubble stay on the screen, and I can't manage to click on it with the remote controlled !
So how can I make it disappear when I watch movies, and how can I click on it on the desktop with the remote controller ?
The other problem is : how do I do for navigate in open apps with the remote controller or the game controller ?
I'm sure these questions are basics, but I don't find solutions on Nvidia website,
Sorry for my English
Thanks a lot !
Apparently it's linked to ES File Explorer. Do you have that installed?

Many people have reported similar issues and also video payback stopping because of ES File Explorer app. Do yourself a favour and uninstall it (its a malicious app), then eather install an old version (i use v3.2.5.1 in my phone) or another File Explorer app.

This one isn't bad: https://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1523691
Ok I have uninstalled ES explorer and installed another one.
I will also try yours.
For the moment I dont have the bubble anymore, but I will make more tests.
Thanks

Game Tools and Game Launcher

Hello out there,
anyone with an idea how to get rid of these two "functions"?
I already deactivated Game Launcher and also denied Game Tools to write over other apps, to get rid of these two additional buttons on the navigation bar. But once i start a game, it still pops up with "not able to overlay on other apps, please activate in options". And this even as i deactivated notifications for it!!
I don't want this "functions" and their notifications are not relevant for me, not at all.
But, I also do not want to root for this.
Maybe anyone knows a hint.

Did you ever work out how to hide these extra functions? I've recently set my S8 to Game Mode to help with lag I've started getting but when opening apps (non game apps) the two extra functions appear in the nav bar and I cannot find a way to disable these.
I have the same frustration. I have unchecked every option. I'm tired of the stupid notification.

Package disabler pro......does the trick

I use adhell which has a package disabler. Works without root but you have to follow steps to have it installed and working. I've disabled alot of Samsung stuff including the Game tools and launcher you mentioned with no trace of it whatsoever to bother me.
