I have a Verizon LG V20, I have the 15A update. I was wondering how I could restore my LG V20 to stock (like if I booted the phone for the first time). I was wondering about the KDZ file. How do I restore my LG V20 on Verizon to bone stock? I have force closes and reboots and I tried factory reset and nothing. I need help. And what's the success rate of restoring a Verizon LG V20 to stock? Thanks

I have a rooted LG G2 VS98012B with TWRP recovery and Cyanogenmod 11. I have tried this (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2432476) method, but I always get a "page error" at 49%. It doesn't brick my phone or anything, I just need it to work, since I'm returning the device to Best Buy in 2 days.
Follow this method instead...

I've done it myself quite a few times without issue.

If you want stay full stock you need to flash your original JB KDZ with Flasher Tool 2014. make a factory resert and update to KK by OTA.
If you want root, custom recovery don't need to flash nothing, just follow this threats.

I have a d801 g2. When i flashed twrp i used d803 autorec because that is the only way to flash it on this model. So i installed cloudy g3 rom. Now i want to unroot back to stock lg d801. G2. First thing i did was i went into download mode and used lg mobile support tool to install stock rom. The phone recogized it as a d801. But when it went to the install it stopped at 49% and canceled the install. So how would i root it back to the d801 model. Im afraid if i install a d801 rom, it might brick my phone. Can someone help me?
Hello guys so i bought my LG G2 verizon on 5.0.2 from a "friend" i noticed the battery life sucks so i downgraded it to 4.2.2 and i was not satisfied either so i went back to 5.0.2 rooted my phone and tried to install CM 13 but when i tried toreboot into recovery mode i saw a dead droid with a red sign and now i reflashed the 5.0.2 unrooted.i still want to get CM 13 help me please
PS: i use LG Flash tool 2014 to flash the 5.0.2 &
i root with LG one clik root.
Did you flash TWRP Recovery? When you flash kdz via LG Flash Tool, you lost custom recovery (TWRP). Try LG G2 Autorec-Lollipop for your Verizone version from Google Play..
I'm on the most recent NotSoStock ROM, but want to flash back to stock to trade device in so I'm doing the LGUP KDZ restore method.. However, my phone says I'm on VS99515A in the About section of my device, yet LGUP recognizes my device as VS99511A, so which vs995 kdz should I flash? I don't even see an 11A in the LG KDZ files page, so should I be ok flashing the 15A KDZ file..??
Thanks!
It doesn't matter what the current firmware is on your phone, when you flash a KDZ it gets replaced. You can flash whatever version you want since you are probably on 15A with an 11A bootloader. Either way, you are definitely fine flashing 15A, and that will get your phone back to stock so you can sell it.
