Can't uninstall firmware apps - Sony Xperia X Compact Questions & Answers

hello, I would like to unistall Spotify and other apps included on my X compact Nougat firmware. (have root device)
I tried with Titanium Backup, but after some second the app reappears.
There is an option with TB that force the unistall by recovery, but if I do that recovery does not boot.
(I can boot in recovery manually only)...
Any Help?

[Q] Why is restoring apps from update.zip using TiBu Pro causing FC

Hello
I am using TiBu Pro to backup all my applications to an update.zip. I boot into recovery after a factory reset, flash my rom, and flash my update.zip.
The phone boots and all my applications are restored, but all of them force close.
Any ideas?
Did you include any system apps?
You probably had system apps backed up.
Sent from my Nexus 4 using xda premium
I just selected backup all user apps + data. There was 19 of them.
In recovery I see it install all 19 and then reboot, but everything in fresh installed rom force closes

Frozen system apps by Titanium backup

I accidentally froze all apps (even the launcher) by Titanium backup and now my Samsung Galaxy Grand prime G530H cannot boot up. It stops at Samsung animation logo. I can only access the TWRP recovery. Can somebody show me how to defrost all apps in TWRP recovery and likewise?
Thank you so much!
If you don't have a backup of your system partition, your going to have to reflash a rom via Odin I think, you shouldn't loose any personal data like contacts and photos, but you will need to reflash twrp and root again.

S7 Edge Root Question.

So I want to root my phone and install the superman rom or batman rom, I haven't decided yet which one yet, But can I root my phone without wiping data, backup my current apps fully (I.E Google Auth as is with how ever many 2FA I have added on it) and retain it and apps after restoring app backups? to the new rom once I install that?
i do not recommend that.
Flash TWRP > Format Data > Flash no-verify-opt.zip reboot to recovery.
Flash then any rom you want, in aroma you have root options. BUT!
When you setup your rom, install Titanium backup and backup all apps. Then next time when you will change rom you will not have to install all apps again.
So it's best to start fresh on a rom and once apps are installed make a backup basically.

com.android.phone crashing and restarting phone

moving to android 10, but installed update 9.0.17 with the settings app and magisk messed up something since the device after a twrp install boots with everything working other than the crashing.
I've wiped the cache for the install, tried out installing via twrp (with backups this time) and wipeing the phone cache (the phone boots fine just have to tap close and only have a few presses before a restart) but cant confirm the storage clear menu due to the crashing.
I'm currently trying to move over a magisk uninstaller but is there a way to remove the storage or uninstall and continue with an android 10 installation?
yep magisk uninstall and reinstall worked

Bootloop/downgrade to Android 8 Oreo

Hello everybody
I solved a boot loop caused by a Magisk update with the Motorola Rescue and Smart Assistant sw (link).
Now I have Android 9 in the device (I had Oreo before and I was fine)
But now I have the problem that there is no Xposed for Pie, and the alternatives I tried (Riru EdXposed, Riru LsPosed) cause the device to bootloop.
Question: so far to restore the Moto G6 Plus I go to recovery and performed the factory reset; is there the possibility to restore the device while keeping the configurations and apps installed?
Or alternatively, is it possible to downgrade to Android 8 Oreo?
Ps
Sorry for my english, I use Google translate...
Use titanium backup to save apps from restoring. first backup, then save the files on computer, then Put them back and use titanium backup to restore.
Titanium backup needs root.
As for downgrading... You just have to flash it like any other stock rom, but you have the chance of something not working...
