Hi, I have this issue, and I'm trying this method, but when I do the phone has no signal, then to fix it I have to select the "none" option in the "Nao carrier" menu, the phone reboots and to get signal I have to go dial 5689#*993#, Field test - Modem Settings - RAT selection - GSM/WCDMA, and only in this way I manage to have signal and mobile data, but the upload data is still failing, any idea would be appreciated.

Hi. I tried your solution but it doesn't work for me, this way I can't even download data. I have an unlocked sprint model but I'm in other carrier (Cubacel from Cuba). I also have the APN well configured. Before your solution I'm able of download data but the upload speed is to slow. Any ideas?

You need to go to Settings>Wireless & networks>Mobile networks>Access Point Names. If you do not see your carriers network you will have to enter your carriers network information. To do this while you are in Access Point Names you press the windows hard button and select New APN and then enter your carriers APN information. You have three fields you need to enter the information in mainly the Name, the APN, and the Server. The APN and Server are usually the same.

Ok I did some searching for you. Now if the settings I have below do not work for you. Just Google something like" APN settings for Claro", "Data settings for Claro", or something simaliar to that.
Name=Claro Web or just CLARO
APN=internet.ideasclaro.com.jm I am pretty positive about this one and I would put this under server too
Proxy=10.50.38.3
Port=8799 or 8080 or 9701 You might have to try all of these one by one until you find the one that works.
I could not find any other settings so if these work for you bit you can not get MMS then you can either try contacting Claro or do some more googling online

The Dual Sim GSM/CDMA from China Telecom Model Number SM-N9009 is Simlock. Only Slot 2 Works as GSM(Edge), the slot 1 is Locked only to China Telecom Simcard ( CDMA ). Anybody already have the solution for this ? I'm pretty sure we can come out with a solution , just like the HTC 802D. Any help is appreciated.

No sim lock, but the phone uses a specific version of the ruim card. Please, who knows, tell me, what's it! May be someone know where I can find the "right" ruim card, may be link..
I found the answer how to unlock: need change the MNC and MCC of your carrier to China Telecom`s - 46003 and write it to ruim card. voice and 3G data works perfect:good:

I just bought a dual sim card Note3. I just knew that it is an exclusive product for China.
Besides the data connection didn't work, it also having different apps. Some applications are written in Chinese, and I can't read it. Even, I can't find "Play Store".

I guess you are using a rom without Gapps ... to solve this problem you can use a custom rom like Tomato roms which is besed on touchwize (Samsung official rom) just google it ( tomato rom) the latest version is 5.0 if i'm not mistaken ... you have to make sure to choose rom+gapps during the installation steps (its in chinese language ) ...

it became like verizon note 3 with root & recovery.
the big problem that never solved was CDMA slot1 tried everything ...
1- connect it as diag by this code *#0808# and with DFS tried to change MCC/MNC...... but noway
2- with root explorer try to edit CSC file called CUSTOMER.XML to change MCC/MNC .....also no way
you know what these note working very good both sims (slot 1+slot 2)without anything in Russian
now any other ideas to apply

My friend brought samsung galaxy s5 (sm g900f) from paris(France). Actually what happened is I have updated the OS 4.4.2 to 5.0 with out unlocking the mobile. So now when i insert a new(India) sim, it is not asking any unlock code. Is there any way to resolve this problem. I am not able to unlock my phone. I had the same problem, tried rebuilding IMEI's even from my other phones etc. After rebuilding IMEI, appliying qcn with QFIL (after changing to diagnostic mode)... IMEI was available, but network won't work.
But I repeated with .qcn found for C103 on internet .... and it works like a charm! Connects to network!

I move to the system from JUI to EUI but the didnt turn on. I uploaded stock system rom via coolpad assistance Lineageos 14.1, potem [Oreo] [8.1.0] Havoc OS. Everything is ok but is not working sim network.

I changed Blanc.gcn to my EMEI and I uploaded to my phone( I tested of different systems)
I also tested:
1. name.gcn z LeRee Le3 no sim network

a Blanc.gcn but is not working sim network
b. test FBIK8 it is working sim 2 network but but it is working just messages. I cant call for this phone and nobody cant call me. SIM 1 Not working. When I change the sim card for mobile data transmision from Card sim 2 to sim 1, Signal from sim 2 disappears, sim not working
3. File which I found in trhe internet Coolpad_C103.qcn there is not sim network but only mesages works. I cant call and get trought. When I change the sim card for mobile data transmision from Card sim 2 to sim 1, Signal from sim 2 disappears, sim not working
