[Q] How to add more language to ROM ?

Hi. I just wonder how I can add additional languages to custom rom ? whether there is a possibility of swapping an language files from one rom to other ?
For example, I'm trying Huawei Honor ICS port for U8800 (http://pan.baidu.com/share/link?uk=3607224915&shareid=752&fr=3962152547&fa=3962152547) Its looks OK, but it only have Chinese and English language. So can I take some language files (or something like that) from B927 U8000+ port (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1803746) and swap it with files in these Honor Port ?

You can download language pack from internet, what ROM are u using and what language do you want?

have someone any information about this software? I was blind and just buyied, but its not working anymore - cant download engine, page is offline. Or have someone any similar software?
I tryed instal china version, but it always redirect me to microsoft "EU" store...

Need BLADE A2 original rom

i have both a ZTE BLADE A2 from internet it was with android 5.1 and multi languages i have updated it with android 6.0 from myzte.com.cn but it's only in chines and english
now i want to return to first rom because it has french and arabic language but don't find it in any place
please help me

Chinese version

Hi there!
I have a Chinese Honor 8 Lite (model PRA-AL00) and I would like to have it all in my own language (Swedish). The thing is that I can get most of it in Swedish when I go into Settings/Advanced settings/Language...
But in the setting below Huawei Swype I have some Chinese signs and it says Chinese/China. It's impossible för me to know what too do there.
I would prefer not to flash it. Maybe I can't change it and so be it. But it would be very nice to fix it.
Any help from someone more savvy than me?

I'm french and I want to buy a xiaomi redmi note 7 but I heard that you have to pay attention to the version because it was possible that it don't integrated French, I don't know which version is the right one and how to know his version because it is rarely specified on the sites of purchase (cdiscount, darty, amazon...)
I could use some help understanding

I'm using the Redmi Note 7 Global version, and I can confirm that it does have Français option in Language & Input.
Note: Even though it has French language support, you may find that some of the MI apps may not have French, or that the localization/translation may be a weird or wrong (well, it's mostly Google translated or something.)
