I want to try to create a small custom rom from a stock ROM.
I would like to remove a maximum application from the stock ROM, but I'm afraid to remove applications that should not be.
So my question is:
Does anyone have to list a maximum of bloatware to remove?

Does anyone know what HTC put into the extended ROM? Are there any applications of interest or can I get rid of extended ROM to preserve some resources?
hi there. i've been testing out all of these roms... from touch-it. pdaviet. and onetouch. and they all have their little flaws in there. is there... ANY possible way that i can obtain a CLEAN rom. without all the 3rd party apps and WITHOUT the CUBE?? thanks guys!

ok mate thx for help but could i install new rom without sense and give to this rom( when i install this it install my programs) for example go launcher and other used programs. What should i do to have that effect?
You will need a Custom Recovery (Clockworkmod) to install a ROM without Sense. (Or any Custom ROM, for that matter)

I was just wondering if it was possible to edit sony's originals themes to create one with custom colors/wallpaper/lockscreen
in fact, since we can chang all the wallpapers, my question is: is there a way to use a custom color WITHOUT root?

Not on the current firmware, but it looks like it's easy enough to modify the custom downloadable themes for the 4.3 fw (whenever that comes) so you'll be able to mod those (apktool) and install them like regular apps without rooting/flashing anything
