When it goes to the samsung screen, quickly hold either the top or bottom volume button and the home button until the screens goes into a blue screen that says recovery mode, and then flash stock firmware. If you have twrp installed, try wipe dalvik, cache and do a dirty wipe of the current rom you have. hmu if you need anymore help.

I have the same problem but it did not fix.
Also when i tried to charge it, the charge icon appeared, dissapeared and shut down with the same timing that logo Samsung appear and dissapear when i try to turn on. But after different tries the charge icon dissapeared replacing it with the Samsung logo, keeping the problem.

You can't flash stock firmware in recovery

Can you recover it with smart switch to stock? If not do it via odin

[Q] S4 stuck on boot, How to install Jellybean

My samsung galaxy s4 (GT-I9500) does not go past the samsong logo with the i9500 and the samsong name.
I put a new simcard in my phone, and after my phone started it asked me to update the phone to a new release. I obviusly clicked OK.
my phone started updating, just like it normally updates, but this time the screen goes black in the middle of the update. I turn on my phone, and it starts installing, then suddenly it turns off again.
when i turn it on it loads the first boot logo, then i get a black screen like the phone was never on.
i tried everything:
- battery of and on
- wipe data/factory reset (from - volume up, home button, and power button)
- wipe cache partition
- and apply update from cache has an empty recovery folder.
- i tried to boot in safe mode.
and nothing worked
I want to reinstall jellybean(or any os that works) on the phone, but since i can go to settings and allow usb debbuging, my computer does not recognize it even when it is on doenloading mode (volume down, home, and power button) from my ubuntu turmenal.
I am willing to root my phone or anything to get it working without paying money.
How do i fix this? please help!

You might want to try the S4 forums as this is for Android Wear(watches).

S5 screen doesn't work after ROM flash, not even recovery/boot logo

My Friend gave me an S5 to fix. When you turned it on it would give some message about not loading the OS. I downloaded Odin and what I believe is the correct stock ROM SM-G900F O2 UK.
I managed to install the ROM fine however the screen has totally died. The phone wasn't dropped or anything. I can boot into Recovery and into the OS. Pressing the home button 3 times gives me audio description of the OS.
The screen does not even turn on to show the boot logo. I tried reinstalling the ROM (I had to get into recovery blind) but no joy. It's like a hardware issue however that seems too much of a co-incidence to have had it happen at the same time as flashing the ROM. The colour LED lights up and the side buttons light and vibrate.
Any ideas how to fix? All the blank screen stuff I've found via google the boot logo still shows.
side button lights? are you sure you have an s5 g900x

im betting he's referring to the capacitive buttons flanking the home button
Yeah I'm sure on the the phone is a G900F, I'm referring the side buttons. Any ideas? Can a ROM flash kill the screen totally?

NOTE 4 N910F Bootlooop, Shuts down, Blue Light

Hi
I am stuck with Pulsing blue LED and the "Powered by Android" screen,
have access to both the recovery and the Odin Mode,
I also have Odin (version 3.13) on my computer along with TWRP (3.1.1 trlte and 3.2.1 version)
My device is a Samsung Galaxy Note 4 N910F bought in shop, no special carrier. It was bought in Belgium.
I have tried everything that I have read. The furthest that I can go is the Second Samsung Logo with the Flashing Light
Whenever I try to Flash the stock Firmware for my N910F, everything goes well in Odin but then when the phone reboots, it (sometimes) install the system update until 30% then shows erasing then either crashes right there and then or load the system update bar, completes it then shuts down.
In between I do perform a wipe of the cache and factory reset of course. (in both normal and TWRP recovery)
Whatever I do, at some point, my phone either gets stuck in a bootloop, freezes with the LED light or shuts down.
Oh and I can transfer files directly to the internal storage with no issue
Please help a brother out lol. I have spent the last 4 days looking for a way to fix this. To no avail.
And I have also proceeded to use different batteries.
I have the exact same problem. Doesn't anyone have an idea?

Stuck on "Starting Android..."

Hi Guys
I used Odin to reflash my Galaxy S10+ dual sim (duos) as it was experiencing some slowness. I used the Singapore firmware as it uses the same "G975FXXU1ASBA" model name.
The process completed successfully but when the phone boots, it gets past the Samsung logo screen and then gets stuck on a blank black screen with "Starting Android..." showing in the middle. I can swipe down from the top to show the toolbar, but it is limited in what I can select from it and the phone doesn't get to the point where the home screen boots.
I'm guessing this could be an app optimization process but after 4 hours, it was still on this screen.
I've tried re-flashing (redownloading the firmware files), clearing the cache and rebooting the phone.
Does anyone have any ideas?
In case you do want to start clean anyway, have you tried doing a reset in the recovery menu (where you are wiping the cache)? This will wipe all data.
I may have to try the full wipe, which is something I wanted to avoid but seems I have no choice.
Hopefully that at least solves the problem.
I have the same problem but I cannot get it to boot into recovery or download mode. I was flashing Magisk at the time. Odin said it worked but now it wont pass the initial stating android... Odin detects the phone but can talk to it. ADB does not even detect the phone. Phone power and reset come on. if i hold both volume the assistant comes on and if i hold bixby the safemode tag appears in the bottom corner but it still wont boot past Starting Android or boot into download mode

S8 not booting, Help!

I installed a theme using substratum and synergy and when I went to apply the theme on galaxy themes my phone suddenly showed the Samsung logo and turned off. Now it's not booting. When I press the power button the galaxy s8 logo comes up and next is the installing system updates then Android recovery comes up. I've also tried flashing the stock firmware using the home csc but it didn't solve the issue. Please help me to fix this issue and I don't want to erase the data inside.
I have the same issue. Phone start with installing update and boots to recovery. After a minute or two it hangs up their. I was able to factory reset but still it boots into recovery. Also flash firmware successfully via Odin, it does the normal boot but then hangs on erasing blue screen for the 1st time after Odin flash and upon force restart boots back to recovery. Mine is bootloader locked and full stock rom no modification. Looks me the motherboard issue.i may be wrong.
Hope anyone has work around to this problem.
Thanks

Try flashing substratum uninstaller through twrp recovery, if the above method didn't work try flashing with normal CSC not home CSC your data will wipe
