Hi guys, I bought a keyone phone. I forgot screen pin and then I autoloaded, but I didnt remember google id Please show me the way to bypass if you know.
I tried some ways for nexus P6, pixel... but unsuccessful.
Thanks you!
It sounds to me like you stole this device or found it. You should really consider locating the original owner. If you bought it with a PIN on it, you need to contact the seller.
There isn't no frp removal exploit yet, I've tried most tricks and still can't bypass it on the device I own. I'll report back it I find a method.
the best way is to go to the store, where you buy your phone. and if the device is yours, the send it to blackberry and they reset the phine.. it costs a bit.. here in germany, in the store i work, its usualy round about 30 - 50 €
Sent from my BlackBerry KEYone using XDA Labs

Hi guys!
I've been reading (and searching) around the android device forums (dream, magic, hero) and I still can't find a helpful entry on where to unlock ng Smart Telecom locked (Philippines) Magic A6161 unit. I've tried 2 sites but both issued non working system / network unlock codes. This is really depressing.
I read within the Hero forums regarding the unlock method using a modified serial - mini usb cable. will this work for the magic? Or better yet, can anyone help me unlock the unit? Thanks so much
shoktong
your thoughts on this, guys?
im also encountering the same problem i have a htc magic phone locked to smart and also tried 3 different sites and all of them have a wrong code.
if you find a site that can give the correct code, can you share it?
the phone is with me for over a month now and i still can't find a website that can supply the right code.
Look for member Olipro (Legend!) he may be able to help
same problem
I also encountered the same problem.
unlock code purchased online didn't work for my Smart communication's HTC Magic. Really need alternate solution for this.
i want to use Globe sim card on my Magic, and switch my Smart sim card to other phone.
Smart don't have unlimited surfing plan, using Smart sim card on HTC magic really killing me.
Last month billing cost me PHP 26,000 (around 550 USD).
they charged PHP 10 (0.2 USD) for each internet connection. Imagine if you have more than 30 mails per day. Push a mail cost you PHP 10, and cost you another PHP 10 to read and reply. This will cost me total of PHP 20 just read and reply a mail.
Although Smart Communication provide PHP 10 / 30 min internet connection charge, but this doesn't work with push mail and using some application required internet connection.
WOW $550! That's insane!
Sorry I can't help but I have a bit of an OT question.
I'm planning to go to the Philipines this comming June and I was wondering what would be the best company for me to deal with during my visit. Since my HTC Magic is from Canada i believe the 3G bands are incompatible so really I'm looking at basic texting, airtime minutes for about a month long stay.
Any update if you have successfully unlocked your HTC Magic A6161 from Smart?
Please help us
i found a solution... you dont need to unlock the phone.
when i went to greenhills to have my phone unlocked for the 5th time and still no code available. One of the technicians offered me to use an ex sim. It looks like a generic sim card thats transparent that you put under the sim card of any brand. For me i use Globe. Try it. it costs P1200 much less compared to the price they were offering me when they said that it takes P2500 to unlock the phone.
Hope this will help!

Where I can buy it?
I write to Smart, and there say:
Dear Sir Victor,
Thank you for constantly communicating with us.
We understand your sentiments regarding your request to provide you with the network code. However as previously discussed, unlocking your handset is not encouraged so as not for you to encounter handset problems in the future.
In case you would still want to unlock your phone, any Service Centers in your location can assist you with this matter.
Sir Victor, we hope this information helps.
If you have other concerns or queries, please feel free to email us again.
Sincerely,
Cathy Santos / cgc

when i called smart they told me that they dont offer any unlocking service for the unit so i just went to greenhills shopping center. theres a place there where people sell and repair celphones. Tell them your phone is locked to smart and you have tried codes on the internet and it doesnt work. Ask for an ex sim. and try it on your phone.
Dear friends I live in Russia
we don't have "greenhills"
may be another solutions?
I'd take a look on Dealextreme
It's a China based technology shop where you can find the "smart sim", which is a generic phone unlocking card. You put it between the sim connector on your phone and the sim card you want to use, and it's supposed to unlock the phone. If you take it out, the phone remains locked, but as long as you keep it inside, the phone will act as unlocked.
The "smart sim" cards are supposed to work on several brands, and are quite inexpensive. If it works on your phone, it's a good, and very cheap, solution to the unlocking problems. There are several models, and the latest ones should be working with your phone.
Good luck.
I guess its confirmed then. You can't network unlock an HTC Magic from Smart. I just bought a code and it does not work at all. They said that they checked and double checked and the code they gave me is correct. Oh well, probably gonna sell this unit and Greenhills as a downpayment on an openline unit.
A friend of mine has an x10 by vodafone. He recently bought it from their store. He also bought a unlockcode by vodafone (legal). So good, so far!
BUT - when he entered another simcard in the phone to start the unlockprocedure - he put in the pincode instead of the unlockcode. (he is not that technical). After 5 times of trying the phone is now locked for unlocking. One says the phone has now to be unlocked by software meyhod and can not be unlocked by code anymore.
Softwaremethod is not available. Can someone give me any advise how to handle to get the option back to put in the unlockcode again?!
flashing? anything else?
Take it back to the store and get them to do it, if they can't use a simple unlock code then I can't see them being any good with a software method.
sounds like its been accidentally locked you need a PUK key to unlock it ....(if its not stolen..not saying it is!) then the service provider should supply this PUK override code to allow you to change it to a more easiky remembered code

It sucks to see people having problems with unlocking their phones...but wait! here's you're lucky day Follow this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=731240&page=4 and go to post #38 and you'll find the answer. I was one of them who got the phone for a week, tried almost all of the online remote unlocking services and didn't work, bought the manufacturer's code and entered it too many times that the phone counter-blocked itself. Anyway...long story short, I was able to unlock my phone with HTCCode.com. I don't have anything to do with their website, but they were the only place that could unlock my phone, and trust me I had three other buddies from this forum that had the same problem but unlocked the phone with them. If you have any problems, pm and I'll try to help. You should read the thread I sent you first and you'll understand, but if you can't wait, click on the link on post #38 and talk to HTCCode directly. They are friendly and very helpful. Good luck buddy, give me feedback too
hey,
just got the Samsung Focus using Windows Phone 7 in my hands,
unfortunately it's locked by AT & T ,
and I need the PIN for UNLocking it, to use it with my SIM card...
I don't have the active AT&T SIM ,
so I stuck
Thanks a lot !
I was in the same problem until I contacted Nimda at NCKZONE and they did unlock it to me very simply.
You can check their website to buy the unlock code at:
wwwDOTnckzoneDOTcom
It really worked for me.
I think you can buy using paypal and Moneybookers accounts.
I'm sorry I will not be here for the following month to reply on this thread.
Please don't ask me anything after my reply to not waste your time
There is a thread discussing this here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=834068
hey,
I've already read that thread,
tried calling AT & T , they said they can't give me the code until May 2011
the thread suggests buying the code from Ebay for ~ $ 30
any other option ?
I'm was hoping for something like Ultrasn0w coming on Windows Phone 7,
which was able to unlock the carrier for iPhones
is anything like Ultrasn0w for WP7 being developed ?
we desperately need a Universal SIM UNlock solution for WP7 Phones...
I understand WP7 is very new, but I certainly hope it gets atleast 10 % of the community that iPhone has
no one knows when ultrasn0w like tech will come on wp7 but if you want a fully functional focus then buy the unlock code from nckzone.
Hi: I have unlock mine with Fast GSM. look for fastgsm with google
It worked perfect, it's permanent. I did a hard reset after the unlocking and it's working fine. Keep in mind to add your APN to get data access. It was the cheapest service I found and you don't need to wait. You make it directly
+1 for fastgsm. you will download their windows app and put your Focus in USB diagnostics mode to unlock. price is $20 cheaper than those sold in eBay
Hi All,
I have a nexus 6p in retail mode. I would like to know how to remove the retail mode. It doesnt allow me to access developer options to make changes to allow me to flash a standard rom. It has an option to enter the code to unlock retail but the huawei rep dont want to give the code as they want it to only be a demo.
Any help would be great.
Just a hunch... Did you happen to steal this phone in a retail store by any chance or bought it off from a sketchy person on craigslist? If you actually bought the phone from huawei online then you should ask for a replacement because of the software you were given with.
I bought it online now the person is uncontactable. Just my luck I guess. I tried flashing rom but need access to developer options. Huawei are no help.

Either you stole it or you've bought a stolen device. Either way the thing is probably useless anyway because the IMEI will have been reported and blacklisted.
What's weird I can still make phone calls on it. Just has a demo mode on it. If IMEI was blocked I wouldn't make phone calls?

Demo mode is in the System UI Tuner.
I tried that but it's disabled. It's some other huawei overlay
Just a reminder. These "too good to be true" prices for the NP6 is as always too good to be true to buy for a cheap price. You should know that these phones can be purchased free online on the Google Play store, otherwise there's no logical explanation that you would buy the phone from that person.
I recently bought a p9 lite (model vns-l23) from a guy on offerup, and he turned out to be full of ****. First off, when I got the phone, it was google-locked, meaning it wanted a previously-used google account to get past the setup screen. I found a way around that, but he also told me it was unlocked, which, as I found out today, was a lie. The phone is locked to a carrier called "tigo" that I think is in bolivia. I've tried everything short of paying someone online to get me the unlock code. This is sort of a hail-mary. If anyone knows a way to unlock this phone without spending ~$50, I would really appreciate it!
If you can be online for a session of TeamViewer i can put you in a contact with a guy which can make your phone free oh network in a few minutes...
For that you have to pay a small amount via paypal (~10 euro) and after than he connect remote to your computer (you have some indications in what to do to prepare your phone) and unlock your phone...
The guy probably stole the phone that's why it's locked you should go to the police and get it checked out also give them the guys details so you could get your money back.
