Bosion Android 6.0.1 and igo sound problem - Android Head-Units

Hello folks.
I have got a double din chinese radio for my car. So far I am verry happy with it, except one thing that bothers me to hell...lol
When the radio app is running, or any other source of music like media file, and then I start iGO I get the following problem: the music from the radio app/media stops completely for few seconds and I can hear just the voice from iGO, or if I just click somewhere inside the iGO screen then the music from the radio app/media also completely stops for 3, 4 seconds.
When I set in the options GPS mixed to ON, then I do not get any sound from iGO. The music from the radio app or any other media file gets a little bit quieter for 3, 4 seconds but no sound at all from iGO.
Here is a video that shows the problem, and 2 pictures with the specs from my radio:
vimeo. com/228634869
imgur. com/c1ALVpp
imgur. com/TEeGx4M
Note: I had to edit the links since I am a new member, sorry if it is not allowed, but the problem can be seen in the video too. There is 1 empty space before "com".
EDIT:
I forgot to mention that the radio had android 4.4.2 on it and an older MCU.bin, but I got the files from the seller to update it, and I still have the same problem. Here are 2 pictures that shows the old OS data:
imgur. com/EFJ0Jo3
imgur. com/KZ8MhRZ
I have tried many other iGO version but nothing worked for me. I also tried everything in the sys.txt from iGO but nothing helped too...I have the same iGO version on my phone (Samsung Galaxy S5 mini) and it works greeat like I want it: both radio app or any other media file and the iGO sounds working together, like I hear the song and the iGO voice at same level.
Can anyone help me here with the problem? Is there any other Android version? Firmware version or MCU that could fix the problem?
Here is also the info about the radio from Droid Info:

What MCU are you using? I have the same issue..... For the time being I'm using Waze

Hi an you browse to the igo folder and post the contents for [ sound ] of the sys.txt i had a simalar issue that had to do with this section in the sys.txt

Hi.
Sorry for the late reply, I was away from home for 3 months.
First I had this MCU Version:
1.12.2.00-20160910-77867719T8001
Then I got an update from the seller, and since then I have this MCU Version:
1.15.11.0-20170505-77867719T
I still have the same problem...
And here is the content from my sys.txt:
[sound]
ding=0
pause_mp3_sooner=1
queue_length=200
mute_os_key=1
maneuver_chimes=0
sound_muted=1
voice_muted=0
wheelsound=1
dynamic_volume_type=0
I have tried many other changes and options in the sys.txt but nothing helped...
If anybody has a solution for the problem, I will gladly try it out.

CASKA Android Pro

I have a CASKA android Pro head unit. This uses RK3066. Android version 4.4.2
Do we have a ROM development for this?
My problems are,
1. The device loads Radio as soon as it boots. I want it to load home screen with Launcher.
2. The RADIO app doesn't auto search and store the stations. So, I need a better radio app.
3. The steering wheel control works only with native music app. I want to make it work with PlayerPro. (Can this be done using Xposed? Does it need rooting?)
NOTE:
I have an update.img file located in root of internal memory. Will this help?
Thanks in advance!

Firmware upgrade and new custom scheme to: MCUVER: RL78c_NCHHWY_F070P

Hi, I'm new here and I'm writing via translator so I apologize in advance.
I recently bought a radio for a Mitsubishi Lancer X and according to the videos I should change the look, boot logo but I can't.
I have a password for the settings, even there is no such option.
I would just like the look that is here in the video.
- video was blocked (schema is KD Red)
My setup:
MCUVER: RL78c_NCHHWY_F070P
FrameworkVer: px6-userdebug 9 P12A.190305.002 eng.work2.20200520.1112957 test-keys

RAM: 3G/4G
BTVer: SD_carplay_I2S_20200306_sdk 1.7
Barcode: ZF_1259X02020065131
I wrote to phoenix automotive but they can't help me. The radio is not from them. They only recommended an app to change the look, but I don't want it, it will slow down the system.
So:
I have a logo change application but I can't change the boot logo or change the template. The radio does not have such a setting.
The radio does not have root.
Is there any way to solve my problem?
thank you for your time
Sup man, i guess your looking for my theme video [emoji16]. The theme is from a custom firmware, you will need to change from the default one to it.
The problem is the developer charge for the firmware.

Hi, I also have a Mitsubishi Lancer and recently bought a PX6 (model ZF-1259S branded by ZhiFang). I was able to change both the boot logo and car image from the home screen through the "Boot image" and "Advanced settings" in the system menu. If it asks for a password try 8861, that worked for me.
I don't know if you saw this, but this video from Phoenix Auto also shows how to change the car image manually copying the file:
Hope it works for you. Cheers from Brazil.

Hey there,
I was wondering if you ever found the factory firmware file for your head unit?
I have the Zhi Fang (This is the manufacturer of almost all of the tesla style head units.)
ZF1116s it has the same specs as your head unit exactly. As a side note I have already tried custom firmware from another fellow on here. It is good firmware, and adds a lot to the unit, but it does not restore functionality that the unit originally shipped with.
So yeah, if you have a file, or a link to it, I would be most grateful.
Thanks, Rick

So I have the RL78c head unit (for a slightly different model), and I did get mine from Phoenix. I asked them about the password for the 'system info' screen and they said that this unit doesn't have that, it's locked by the manufacturer. The only settings you have access to is the install set menu (the 8861 one). I'm not sure if those other settings exist and are just hidden elsewhere, or they just don't exist in this model of head unit.
rigattoni said:
Well... you don´t tell us which MCU and firmware is used.
BTW: That sounds like an issue in the CAN settings, that has nothing to do with the head unit itself.
Are you sure that you got the right unit for your car?

Yes is the right unit for my car, everything else works perfect.
It seems like every time the car is off that emergency light button is out of power, so when I start the car the lights will start flashing and have to press the button again to stop it.
I have talk with the manufacturer and have no solution.

Telefunken Tices-719BTS Android Head Unit Update

Hi Everyone
I have a telefunken tices-719btgps Double Din Android Head Unit for my truck. I am pretty sure this is a generic rebranded unit and currently running Android 5.1.1. As seen in the pictures below is all the info i have about this head unit and want to try and upgrade it to a later version of Android or a more stable version with better functionality. However when checking / googling the MCU version i cant seem to find anything online. I have had my fair share of experience with Android Tablets and Devices but never tried to upgrade a head unit. Can anyone give me advice on how to get the correct image or where to find it by the information below.
There is absolutely no support for this unit online or from Telefunken. Any help would be appreciated.
Ok forum does not want me to post images so ill list the info below:
Android Version - 5.1.1
CPU Info - Intel Atom 4QuadCore, GPU4D: Mali-450 MP4
System Info - APP 1024x600 2016-11-01 14:51:40
MCU Version - 2016-11-23 15:55:14 WK_(NOR)_90_C9_R76_V1.00719TA
BT Version - 5.1.1-eng.gogo.20161025.100433-22
CAN Version - Unkown
From The system updates screen:
MCU Version - 20161123155514
OS Version - 40041
APP Version - 201611011451
CAN Version - 2131298980 Latest Version
Hi, not an MTCx unit, so unlikely anyone reading here know your unit. Requesting mod moves to Android Head units section.
Suggest taking a little more time to search for your headunit, try searching for text portions of your MCU type and you might find discussion/posts for your unit.

Hi try with this software from JUNSUN it helped my device, we have simialr ones.
Download firmware from comment area in video and update device.
Then , when updated , go to factory menu with pin code 8888 and adjust settings for device (RADIO MENU , OTHER, DISPLAY and TOUCH STUDY/CANBUS - these two menus - if you must make steering wheel command s to work.).
FOR RADIO MENU :
- if radio.app is stalling or freezes - set OSCILACION to 9,20, FM and AM sense to 21-27, RDS ON, IC TYPE is your chip of radio (do not change that as these if wrong will freeze radio and commands), SORT is RADIO FREQ
- if radio freezes after bootup and wont response at all - try this app :
(just download file and transfer to device, then get in APK installer and install radio from this apk file)

There is no need to extract anything, firmware is somewhere on this forum or somewhere on clouds services , we just have to find it on net.
Look there for upgrades : https://disk.yandex.ru/d/umCvHqCDzHccr/RockChip PX5 Android 8.0/XRC
From and by this pic inaside this folder your device has maybe XRC not CHS type of firmware, now just we can try to find software that matches UI4 dated year 2019 or early 2020 on the net.

F8227L issues

Hello everyone, first of all, I use a Google translation because I'm a little bad in English, sorry for the mistakes.
I bought an Android headunit last year and I'm going absolutely crazy :
- I have bluetooth problems. Sometimes on startup it just won't turn on so I have to restart the machine
- Can't have app shortcut with radio so with custom launchers I can't have radio in one interaction (Or just with the widget which is really ugly...)
- Sometimes the settings go back to original, which forces me to set everything up again
I of course asked the seller several times if there was a more recent update and never got a response.
Here are the technical specifications:
HMI : TSKJ.D.Q.F.3.C04.2021.04.01.08.30
MCU : AF907.191114(H)
MEDIA : HC_v2.0.0_200416_0930(v1.84)
Android version : 10
API Level : 29
Security Patch Level : 2019-10-05
Build ID : FF_8227L_10
Model : FF-5000
Manufacturer : alps
Hardware : ac8227l
RAM : 2go
Internal Storage : 12go
Processor : ARM Cortex-A7 @1.12ghz 4 cores
After some research here, I feel like I got ripped off on the headunit.
Does anyone have a version with a more recent update of this headunit ?
Is it possible to upgrade this headunit by changing its motherboard for example ?
Thanks in advance.
