Note 3 top microphone issue (mixer_paths.xml) - Galaxy Note 3 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hello all.
I've searched the forums far and wide and have not been able to find an answer to my burning question:
How can I identify and disable the top microphone (the one next to the handset's ear speaker)?
I've been using the Resurrection Remix custom ROM and so far, everyone I talk with hears themselves echoing, while I hear everything crystal clear - this has led me to believe that the secondary microphone located next to the ear speaker remains active during calls.
Can anyone help me identify and disable it please?
Thanks in advance.

[Solved] Handsfree and waiting through Loud Speaker!

Ok XDA, i have one big/huge/enormous problem,
Scenario:
Talking on the phone, using the Wired Handsfree (which came with the phone), when i get another call (call waiting) the notification of the other call is going through the loud speaker! not only that, the ongoing is immediately routed the loud speaker, anyone near me can hear the conversation clearly!!!!!!
does anyone face this?
i checked it on 2 X1s, 1 black & 1 silver and it's there.
anyway to solve this
same problem for me
I have a similar problem with a Parrok CK3100. The phone can't ever seem to decide for sure what speakers it's supposed to be using.
Sometimes I'll press the Voice Command button on the bluetooth device and the phone speaks out, sometimes the car speakers speak out.
I just don't know.
Annoying that the much, much cheaper E71-2 handles all of this with great aplomb, as did my Q9h.
any one else facing this problem people?
i started searching in order to get a clue,
the main thing i'm thinking is that it's caused the same way VOIP (including skype) used to behave using speaker phone!
what do you think?
I have the same problem with a german x1. ROM R2A.
Is there any solution for this problem
thx
walk
Fixed
Bugs Fixes (Registry):
Sound is routed to the Loud Speaker when having a phone call and get a waiting call while using Handsfree
change the key HKCU\ControlPanel\SoundCategories\Ring\Speaker to 0 (default value = 1).
added to the wiki of X1
Thanks. I've changed that setting to see if it solves my problem, too.

Sound bug during calls

Hello, I have a problem with my OnePlus 2 under Resurrection Remix 5.8.5. During calls my contacts complain several times to get along and when I put calls on speakers they get very louder (for example, when a contact puts a pen on a table, the noise is repeated 10 louder and makes a big "clack"). I don't understand this bug because I have get it on my 3 previously ROMs (clean flash of each time of course) ...
I didn't find someone with the same problem as me so if someone have the solution please tell me...
Thank you.

[X00TD] Mic not working in loudspeaker

Hi guys,
My phone got into water recently, but luckily after going to local repair guy it works.
Only issue is, my secondary mic hardware is gone. So when I am on call and turn on loudspeaker, Other person can't hear a thing.
I tried to do some changes in build.prop so that always my primary mic is used but was unsuccessful.
Anybody knows how this can be achieved ?
Or if someone can give me reliable link of mic part online that will also help.
Thanks
