XT1581 China Stock and sideloading + Google Play Services? - Droid Turbo 2 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I have a XT1581 (China) that has been rooted and has TWRP, but I want to be able to play games that won't run on rooted phones (like Pokemon GO). I really don't care about the Google Play Store (seeing how you can sideload pretty much everything, and I don't buy things in Google Play).
I'm a bit fuzzy on what it really means if the phone has no "Google Apps" from a Google Account perspective. Some games rely on a Google Account, so will they simply not work on the stock China 5.11?
If I revert back to China 5.11 stock and lock the bootloader (assuming that's possible), can the stock 5.11 sideload apps, and if required, sideload Google Play Services?
Thanks.

Problem with google apps

I rooted my GT-I9505 lollipop 5.0.1 last week. After that I installed lucky patcher and modded google play store. Everything was fine, then I decided to uninstall the modded play store and installed the original one. After I did this my phone updates 5 apps on every boot. I guess these are the google apps, because after the installation of the original play store my google apps crashing even I dont use them. Many times youtube keep crashing, maps also and earth.
Someone has a solution for this?
edit: also my phone crashes sometimes when it's on around 10%
Reinstall the stock ROM. You may also need to factory reset your S4.

Google play services isn't compatible with your device?

Hi,
I have Note 3 SM-N9005 International Qualcomm.
Long ago my phone has updated to Android Lolipop 5.0 (from KitKat 4.4) - OTA update with stock
Used my phone for year and a half, and few weeks ago phone gets lag from time to time.
I decide to go to FACTORY RESET (firstly try backup and reset). All go well. Phone goes like new. No lag. Good performance
BUT: one thing, one little error broke my all google apps
When android goes to automatically update google apps like GMAIL, Google Now(google), hangouts, maps and many others, system says that first have to update google play services and then this ERROR :
Google play services isn't compatible with your device
I try to reset phone without backup. Same thing
Then I go very angry and decide to read more about custom ROMS and how they install
I installed TWRP 2.8.4 first. Then I download AryaMod V8.3 TW Lollipop Official BOJ6 and follow all steps to intallation (A) : Coming from any official TW 5.0
All installation goes well and the ROM work perfect.
There is no hangouts app(I know that is old and bla bla), gmail work properly, but google(now) and other software (like STRAVA) wants to update and still wants google play services to update first. AND SAME ERROR :
Google play services isn't compatible with your device
Tried to go application manager> google play store> uninstall updates
application manager>google play services> clear cache
remove google account and re-login
same error !!!
PLEASE HELP
and sorry for my ENGLISH

Hi !
I have the same problem as OP. I was on AryMod MM 6.0 v6 but GPS was a little problematic so I decided to go back to a stock rom. After a successful restore I couldn't access my google apps after update. I tried another stock firmware but got the same results. Older apks with .438 install correctly but the problem persists. I tried installing the latest apk from apkmirror but I get an error.

Where do you download all the apks that are needed to run google store?

I reset the phone, now i cant find the one that works on this Lee Pro 3 phone.
Sometimes google play service just crashed, and google play store keep on starting at the beginning.
It looks like google play service isnt working at all, crashed, so google play store wont work either.
What are all the apks I need to download for this phone to run play store?
thanks

If you are running stock software, just reset the phone. If you are running a modified version of EUI, you will still need to reset and reinstall. But you may be able to flash Gapps in Twrp Recovery.
Get Gapps : https://opengapps.org/
Another option is to clear the data and cache on Play services, and Play store, if its stock this will probably fix your issue.

Downgrade the Google Play Store on a Rooted Pixel 3a - Systemlessly

Is it possible to downgrade the Google Play Store on a rooted Pixel 3a? I noticed I can update it to anything newer, but it will not allow me to install a lower version. Fortunately, I was finally able to remove the Play Store entirely by using the Debloater by Veez21 in Magisk. It removed it systemlessly, but then it introduced a new problem I didn't plan for. I installed the Play Store (many versions, including old and current one), but because the Pixel 3a is systemless, I was only able to install them as a user app. Each Play Store installed successfully that I tried, but then they would constantly error out and close every few seconds which was very annoying. Clearing the Play Store cache/data and even Play Services did not resolve it, so I ended up restoring the original system Play Store back using Debloater's restore feature.
So if the Debloater script can remove the Play Store during boot, systemlessly, then theoretically, shouldn't I be able to replace the current system Play Store app with an older version during boot. Of course I have no idea how to do that. Any suggestions?

[SOLVED] Can't re-install google play services and play store

Hi,
I have the EU version with latest stock firmware and root. Magisk modules ExOS and microg. I wanted to try the "google-free" experience with microg but many apps did not work properly because of course there is no signature spoofing.
So, I removed the microg package and now I am stuck with microg services. I tried to install the google play services but it gets installed as user app and not getting recognized as proper by the apps. Play store is also getting installed as user app and constantly crashing.
How can I reinstall the google play services and play store? I could not find any guide about it.
Thanks
I reinstalled the whole firmware but Play Store and Google Play Services are not installed. What is happening? Isn't a reinstall supposed to install everything again?
UPDATE: At some point I booted safe mode and then again normal boot and now it is back. Works as before.
