Will this work?
It appears to support all the necessary radios/bands.
I would love the droid turbo (camera/screen) vs. the nexus 6.
Would be cool if the droid turbo (bought full retail) could be used on T-Mobile.
Any thoughts/comments?

I believe the Turbo will be launched for other carriers (T-Mobile/AT&T) as the "Moto X Play", from what I've read. This was based on FCC filings, but I forget where I saw it.

Seems like a better phone than the nexus 6.
I'm going to buy the 6 at launch but feel the 6" screen will be too big for me,.

I'm curious if the Moto X Play will be like the "pure" edition and will work on Verizon. It seems like the Nexus 6 will support all bands for all carriers, so there is only one SKU for that device in the USA, and a second SKU for international use.
If the Moto X Play is literally a carbon copy of the Droid Turbo but supports the additional bands, I'll buy it from Moto instead of VZW.
Only 6 days and 20 hours left...
Edit: I said pure edition, which is a Moto X thing, but really meant the N6 idea of having all bands on one device. Having the Turbo and Moto X Play is to get around the exclusivity of the Droid name, which is now locked up with Moto and Verizon only.
I think GSM version that visited the FCC might be called the Moto Maxx instead of the Moto X Play

Thanks! I was hot on the Verizon Droid Turbo but now I will wait to see if Motorola will come out with a Pure Edition model of it! Not sure they will however! Motorola seem to be giving out the high ends to exclusive tied U.S. carriers. Hope I am wrong! Love to buy a U.S. version Moto Maxx or Moto X Play unlocked 5.2" with the specs of the Nexus 6 inside!

I don't think there is a Pure version of the Moto G 2nd gen, there only was of the 1st gen, either way it would have specified and stated that it was a Pure edition, if it didn't then it won't be.
So, I have an ATT Moto X that I can't root, or unlock the bootloader. And that's why I am leaving the device, I loved it, but it's a must for me to be able to tinker with my android phones, ATT's foolishness lost themselves a customer.

I was just wondering since I have a Verizon DT 2 and I've been seeing all these posts on get CM on the Moto X Force.
No, the Moto X force is the unlocked international version. The Droid Turbo 2 is the Verizon locked variant.

That's quite a shame, thanks!
I'm thinking about getting a Moto X Style just for use everywhere I have wifi coverage (I'd have no cellular service/carrier at all). Does anyone know if I will still get all of the security/OS updates or can they only come from a carrier?
