Try flashing philz recovery and see if you can boot in to recovery. If so, then flash TWRP once again and check.

Are you holding power and volume up and home while the phone is off? If not try a different version. I'm using TWRP 3.0.2.2 klte and it works ok

G530H TWRP Recovery Installing issue

Hello.
So I just downloaded the TWRP, and flashed it into my phone using Odin.
What's the problem is, odin flashed twrp successfully into my phone with PASS message. and my phone restarted. Then when i tried to launch it into the recovery mode, using vol up+power+home, there's no changes in the recovery mode. No TWRP recovery, my phone still using the stock recovery.
Tried to flash philz recovery with "Set warranty bit: recovery" error, neither flashed the mohan root and still got the same error.
Any help with the problem? Thank You for any further helps.
Currently using Android 5.0.2 with G530HXCU1BPE4 Firmware (https://samsung-firmware.org/downlo...al Sim)/27O0/SER/G530HXCU1BPE4/G530HSER1BPB1/)
*here's the mohan root method http://www.phonehorn.com/2014/11/root-samsung-galaxy-grand-prime/ (worked before with my past firmware with Android 4.4.4)
Philztouch and that root file may be only for Kitkat.
You can try Kingroot+SuperSume

Did you flashed twrp on Ur device?
for install cfautoroot you must install twrp.tar on your PC (download from here https://dl.twrp.me/klte/twrp-3.0.2-2-klte.img.tar). then you must flash it via odin.
to flash it make sure you installed your device drivers on PC and enabled USB debugging in developer options.
then boot your phone in downloading mode by pressing power+home+volume down button. then connect your phone to the PC. open odin app and choose the recovery.tar you install from the link i gave you. flash it and wait until finish(maybe 2 or 3 min) and then reboot your device to recovery by pressing power+home+volume up button. flash your cfautoroot and enjoy [emoji5] .

I get the same exact thing on a sm-g900t3 (Galaxy S5 - tmobile, north America) Oddly enough I can get https://twrp.me/devices/samsunggalaxys5qualcomm.html installed no problem, but whenever I try to install root, either the supersu.zip via twrp or chainfire's autoroot directly from his site, it just bootloops into recovery.

I actually got it working, by installing a different version of supersu. The one I had was an update-supersu. I then found the full version and it worked. It did reboot itself a couple of times. The cf autoroot did not work for me at all. I opened it up in 7-zip and only saw cache and recovery, nothing related to supersu. I would like to tell anyone that the roms from sammobile did work, but I had to try a couple of them before i found the one which would flash properly.
If you extract the boot.IMG (or recovery.IMG I don't remember but not cach.ext4) and flash it via TWRP it does the trick. That's what worked for me.

Weird Seandroid enforcing problem after root

Hello ;D
I have a weird thing with my N910C with 6.0.1. I read a lot about similar problems but i think mine is little different.
My phone is not bootloped. It's rooted ,working normally but i can't install any custom recovery ; c
When i first try to root it with Odin using TWRP nothing really happend so i use CF-Auto-Root and at least it's rooted now.
Next I install TWRP again using TWRP Manager from Google play ,phone is still rooted and working ,but when i try to get into recovery it fails and display "Recovery is not Seandroid Enforcing"
Any suggestions how can i install TWRP or another custom recovery?
Thanks ;D

I've had this issue from installing TWRP from TWRP official app, Then I updated the firmware from Kies as a solution to the same after watching a few videos. I lost the SuperSU binaries and the root, rooted and flashed TWRP from Odin, by downloading the latest build from the TWRP website.
I got the same error message and still

Did you follow the steps!
1st unitck the auto reboot.
When you flash the custom recovery successfully for your device model go to recovery mode immediately.
if you reboot your device normally the stock recovery will replace the custom recovery so make sure to restart into recovery mode after installing the custom recovery via odin.

When you flashed TWRP through odin what did you get! The logcat?
It will be written like this
(Successful 1/faild 0) that means it's been installed successfully
(Successful 0/faild 1) that mean odin faild to install the recovery
Sent from my SM-N910G using Tapatalk
After you flashing recovery through odin as soon as phone begins rebooting pull your battery for at least 25 seconds. I am not sure why it works but it has worked every time i have run into this issue. Also check that you are using the latest version of odin.

unfortunately still nothing ;c
After a successful install the twrp with odin immediately pull the battery out for 10 sec then put the battery back press the volume up+home button+power button
Try this one and please make sure you are installing the correct version for your device model.

I have the same phone. It took me a long time to get a twrp file that worked. Also I am using a custom rom called Nemisis Refined with the Prime kernel and I love my phone. There is a different kernel you can you use too but I haven't tried it yet its called Spacelemon.

sm-n910s is trelteskt
thanks for the info , it helped me a lot ,
one note i need to mention , for those of you trying to flash it using odin , un-tick the auto reboot option in odin , because this will cause the phone to reboot normally , and this will remove the custom recovery ,
you just need to reboot is manually after flashing it, just remove the battery , then boot immediatelly to recovery mode by pressing power + home + volume up
if you do it correctly , custom recovery will install it self permanently on your phone ,

[HELP] Note 4 boot loop after installing TWRP recovery (possibly soft brick?)

I have Note 4 model N910H firmware 5.1.1 and I rooted it using chainfire method. I checked using root checker and it says my phone was rooted properly. So I install TWRP latest recovery using flashify. The phone rebooted to recovery mode fine but it says that my phone not rooted so I'm confused and I let TWRP rooted it again. After that I reboot to system and I can't enter it instead it was stuck looping samsung and android logo.
So, what can I do? I can enter TWRP recovery and download mode. I know I can flash it to stock 5.1.1 but I dont know what version to use from SamMobile (XID/XSE, I'm from Indonesia) and there's different PDA/CSC version. So if I just pick one of them and flash it to my phone will it be okay? I want to avoid flashing to be honest because the rom size is so big so is there's a way to fix it without flashing?
Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
