Hello
I find the screen of the S8 + very sensitive.
Is there a way to adjust the sensitivity?

I think it's like previous galaxy phones.

I tried the S Pen and it doesn't work. However, it does sense it in the lock screen (i think air view) but won't open it. Anyone know if it's possible to get it to work?
Have you tried it on high sensitivity.

The Note 2 has a 'digitizer' screen designed for the S-Pen.
The Galaxy S4 does not have a digitizer screen.
You can work out the rest.

Indeed. But it doesn't rule out it working on high sensitivity mode purely as an object touching the screen.

High sensitivity on and didn't work.

Is there mod or anyway to enable on screen buttons on galaxy note 3 ?
I search on it in note 3 fourms but I didn't find anything..
Or developers are not interested on adding it ?

Just curious, why would you want onscreen buttons. Wouldn't this just take up real estate in the screen, when there are already dedicated buttons?

I would like to know as well.
I got them through the X-Note Rom. They appear after enable them through X-Transformer.

simply i like it in my Xperia arc , before i use it i was just like you , but after tring it i love it
i dont care about size of screen ,
another thing , i really get annoying when using dedicated buttons more far down and not comfortable.
and at the end it is somthing favourable , if i like it dosen't mean all is liking it.
i hope i saturated your curiosity
So I noticed that when I set a photo to use as my lockscreen wallpaper that it looks super dull and washed out. I use the fingerprint lock, so I went into settings and set it to swipe. Well the picture looks perfectly vivid and bright on the lockscreen now. But when I switch back to fingerprint it gets dull.
Can anyone else replicate this bug? If so, what is the cause of this?!

I'm not using stock either. You won't notice it with stock image, just custom. It's a slight dullness when using the fingerprint unlock.

Yep. It is like this on the s6 as well but not as noticeable bc of the smaller screen size. That's really annoying now bc i want more security my picture quality goes down the drain! Thanks for confirming.

Hi all,
first post here.
I recently purchased the Galaxy S8 - love it!
A friend told me that using the power button regularly will damage the button. Is this true?
the friend also recommended using a Screen Lock/ Off app to use this (similar to the iOS quick ball)
Any thoughts?
How would regular use damage it? If you're skeptical, use the fingerprint unlock feature.

Thanks for the reply. Exactly my point. Samsung would make these buttons with a very good usability time span right?

And to lock? the power button?
It's a little finicky compared to the iPhones... The buttons are bigger and more clicky on the iPhones. Can't really fault the galaxy though since that edge screen use up half of the side bezel.
The power button is there for a reason. Use it.
Don't be silly, no it won't break...
Thanks all for the help

30 seconds for timeout is the setting I use....no power button push to lock required!

or just search and install Softkey Edge from Galaxy App and use it from edge side.
