But VoLTE is not there... can we run VoLTE on any custom ROM

Any developer requires Sources from OEM's to develop a custom rom or kernel. MediaTEK did not and wont release the sources for VoLTE. So, there might be no VoLTE in our custom roms.
i haven't tried this ..but will get back to you guys once i try it.

Hi all is that I have the mobile g531h and wanted to install a rom but only there two-and those the miui not function fails and cyanogenmod you can not install because there you have the core stock of the device and I do not have any developer I can do a rom for this terminal?

There are currently no fully functional custom roms available for the G531H.
only there two the miui cyanogenmod but fails to flash it and cyanogenmod can not install because I have the custom kernel

Cyanogenmod is not complete, it does not make calls, WiFi does not work, as cards do not mount.
The SM-G531H does not have any fully functional custom roms available at this time

i meant does cm13 have VoLTE patches like cm14. 1??
i am. on latest h2os beta... i know it works on cm14. 1, but i need xposed, nd we don't have xposed for nougat yet so i aksed.

I understood your question, and told you to search on CM 13 thread.
I am in need of a Rom that supports camera 2 api. I have flash a few and instead of going through each one, does anyone know one that works. I have tried CRDroid, Lineage, and AOKP so far.

Yes,they need to update oxygen os to nougat and then they have to release the sources for that !

Try to fix/add VoLTE yourself, if u can.
