How to unroot and uninstall TWRP

How can i unroot and install the original recovery

Nvm, already got it.

Could you explain how to do or provide a link? I want to turn back to stock recovery and unroot my phone

I used fastboot to install the stock recovery which i got form:

And then installed the offical rom through the stockrecovery by putting the dload folder on my micro-SD

For some reason all apps and things were still on my phone afterwards, i hope it will help you.

I have done it, but when i install Ota it stucks at 11%...

Some Updates can't be installed over the b136.
The german b170 (a partial update) needs the b132 or the b133 to upgrade to b170. Directly update from b136 to b170 isn't possible

I have two Ale_21.
One is stock and never modified and went from 136 to 170 without problems.
The problem is with the other "modified phone", in some way I think ota detects
it was modified before and gives error.

You mean you downloaded stockrecovery.img form here

I already regret installing TWRP since I can't even try to install further Updates via dload. So I just don't want to make any more mistakes and/or brick the phone.

Yes that's pretty much what I have done.

You need to have the right version in order to install via update

From where i can get stock recovery for marshmallow b550, because every recovery i try stuck on 90 or 5%. I tried also to extract update.app b550 and it also fail

No you need to extract it with huawei update extractor to get the recovery.img
And you need to install it with fastboot.

You need to extract from update.app and flash via fastboot with this command: fastboot flash recovery recovery.img

[SOLVED] Lots of problems on ASUS ZENFONE 2 LASER (ZE500KL [Z00ED])

hi there it's been a loooong time search on the internet and ... no answers to my problems so yeah hello !
I have a Zenfone 2 laser ZE500KL and a custom recovery (twrp 2.8.7.7) and my phone have no OS installed (i don't know why) i tried many times to install the asus marshmallow update from fastboot, adb push, adb sideload, but nothing work and i have a little word saying "This package is for WW_phone devices; this is a omni_Z00E" followed by "Updater process ended with ERROR: 7" and "Error installing zip finle '/sdcard/UL-ASUS_Z00E-WW-13.10.7.2-user.zip'" i don't know what this mean and i want to know because i am a little lost.

YAY finally it finished after days of "no my phone wil never work again" it's finally over with a big YAY

What are you trying to flash? Custom kernel? Stock boot.img?
Either the .img is corrupt/incompletely downloaded OR you have unlocked boot loader using unofficial method.
1. Download the boot.img and try again
2. If it still gives error, you do not have a proper bootloader unlock. Try flashing twrp that is confirmed working by you, to verify if bootloader is properly unlocked or not.

If you had spent enough time searching on xda, you would have got the solution. I posted a solution to this here http://forum.xda-developers.com/zenfone-2-laser/help/unable-update-to-marshmallow-via-ota-t3389876 And the thread is marked "solved" which means it worked.

i have actually a right bootloader (official) but each time i triying to flash a boot.img it says file corrupted so i don't know how to do it do you have a boot.img correct to do that ?

The problem u must do is find stock recovery of firmware 6.0 then u can sideload stock rom 6.0 ^^

Honor 7 ROM problem

Hello guys,
long time i had no problem (even that i couldnt make photos , use google play and had 4GB max space). I accidentaly erased system and through posts here i got custom chinese ROM with twrp(PLK-C00B618_Kangvip;EMUI 3.1; android 5.1.1). But now i want to make photos and use google play soo...any solutions ? I hope yes.

You need to flash Google Framework and Google Play app, because most Chinese ROM removed those. You can flash a gapps package from Opengapps.
ARM-Android 5.1-Micro/Pico/Nano should do.

First get back to stock and then flash a custom ROM, this might help. Steps are below, follow them.
Download your phone's latest firmware and extract system.img, boot.img, recovery.img, cust.img from UPDATE.APP using Huawei Update Extractor tool.
Boot into bootloader mode by switching off the phone then pressing only the Vol DOWN button, and connecting it to PC simultaneously.
Flash recovery first, using this command.
Code:
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
Flash all other extracted files similarly firing these commands.
Code:
fastboot flash boot boot.img
fastboot flash cust cust.img
fastboot flash system system.img
After doing this put that very UPDATE.APP from which you extracted the files in dload folder of your external SDCARD.
Switch off your phone, and press Vol UP + Vol DOWN + Power button simultaneously.
Your device will now get to the full stock firmware.
NOTE: If the manual flashing doesn't works or you get any errors, then first try only the force update method, i.e Putting the UPDATE.APP from which you extracted the files in dload folder of your external SDCARD and pressing Vol UP + Vol DOWN + Power button simultaneously after switching off your phone.

Dont know why but i have only 4GB allocated storage(before accidental system remove i had 10). Can you help me with that too ?

Usually because partition is corrupted.
Reflash again boot, recovery, cust and system img files.
If still persists go down to B100 ROM and use its img files.

P8 Lite Soft Brick help

Hello
i have bought a P8 lite today and it was on android 5.01 firmware ending ethier on B204 or B210 not sure now.
The problem is that i have used update from this link http://forum.xda-developers.com/p8lite/general/rom-ale-l21-dual-sim-c432b574-t3412466/
to do local update.
now im stuck on the boot logo recovery won't work at least i cant access it now i was successfull once but it picked up the same update (internal memory).
Now i have no idea how to recover it bootloader is locked
Someone can help me with it?

Yes, I have unlocked bootloader, TWRP 3.0.0.2 recovery, and, as I said before, B210 rom. I am searching for a downgrade procedure from my firmware to any other that allow me to do the upgrade to marshmallow. Do you know any?

The link from Mega ask for decrypt key... Do you know the key, please? Or, please, tell me for wich OTA update, same with Mega OTA update, I have to seacrh.

Extract boot,recovery,cust and system from b132 then flash files via fastboot:
fastboot flash boot boot.img
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
fastboot flash cust cust.img
fastboot flash system system.img

With rooted device and TWRP 3.0.0-2, when I try to do a Titanium backup on ext. sd, Titanium says: "This Folder is NOT Writeable"

That because your sd card is in read only mod,but you can make a full.backup using twrp,from my point is better than titanium backup

Bootloop vns-l21

I tried to install revolution twrp for nougat and im now in bootloop please help
I Followed this guide and after i flashed the recovery.img now it starts Installing update and stucks on 5% what to do please help??
HOW TO MOUNT DATA IN NOUGAT'S RECOVERY IN ORDER TO INSTALL ZIP FILES : (Big thanks to @BadWolfYe )
1.flash twrp via fastboot

2.reboot in recovery
3.Go to --> wipe --> advanced wipe---> select data --> change file system --> select f2fs
4.repeat the same instruction like in the 3rd step but SELECT ext4
5.After that recovery CAN mount data
6.flash the zip that you want
7.in recovery go to reboot-> reboot bootloader
8.flash stock nougat's recovery with fastboot

9. reboot to recovery and do a factory reset (if you dont do that your phone will fall in a bootloop)

Put the nougat file in C:/Users/(PC NAME)
Reboot your phone to fastboot
Open CMD and type fastboot flash recovery recovery.img

I don't know how to reboot in fastboot because in adb it just saying waiting for device
Edit: It did flash last time recovery.img but after that i couldnt get into revolution to do factory reset.
I think im screwed

Connect the phone to the PC and hold volume down while the phone is rebooting. Done!

NICE man!!! So now what should I do?? Can you post me a link which I should download to fix the bootloop.

I mean should I install TWRP again or use recovery img?? I searched a lot of threads about those bootloops but nothing seems to help in my case

If i were you, i better go to MM. You will regret your choise when you stay on Nougat. Just downgrade to MM

Oh I would like to do that as well.. but the tutorial is on Spanish and when translate it still things are in Spanish. I downloaded the vns-l21c66b131.. but tutorial is way too long and non-understanable for me to get it back on MM.
So in that way i would just like to fix this nougat in some simpler way, so if u have time to write me some fast way what should i do to boot from nougat recovery android.

To downgrade, you must flash the OEMINFO.IMG and then flash the update.app (MM) using the 3 buttons method

This oeminfo C432oEMINFO-DUALSIM-P9LITE.ZIP from Nougat TWRP? and then it should lock bootloader and i'll be able to flash update.app?? Because with 3 button method it goes into TWRP recovery

Yes. That .zip file. Flash it with TWRP. After that, put the update.app (MM) in the SD CARD in the dload folder. then use the 3 button method.

Edit; my default storage is not SDCARD will it work if i put dload on sdcard??

I was able to downgrade two times without flash oem once from 329 and once from 336 to mm161 wich i had before with 3 butons method .I put the 161 in dload.

Bootloader is locked now, but I can't enter in 3 buttons method (I did put on sdcard/dload/update.app)
it enters only in Huawei eRecovery
