No offense but have you searched around. bcuz I'm sure you would get an answer. Otherwise opening new threads and asking redundant questions makes people think you're trolling or being lazy. Just tryna help tho
Try this: https://forum.xda-developers.com/oneplus-5/themes/flasheable-black-notifications-dialer-t3628879
Half way down it talks about native call rec. Search Is your friend, your best friend

It seems like everytime I use a 2.1 ROM, and I keep my phone on for a couple hours, my speakers just stop working. Like I cant hear my music or calls after a while .. help please?
As you can tell Im still new to this haha
I'm pretty sure that's the audio problem lots of people have been having. I'll try to find the thread to the fix and post it up
EDIT: Here's a possible fix for the calls , not sure about the music problem your having
http://link.geekfor.me/fresh20daud

Thanks man, Im gonna give it a try. I really hope it does ..
At least people helped this time instead of referring him to search. But for future problems, use the search button...since you are new. People get VERY angry. I mean it is the Internet so people get tough from behind their computer screens. Enjoy. Welcome to XDA.

Yea, sorry about that, I guess was just too lazy too, wont happen again tho.
And thanks!
I thought it was working for a second, but it happened again.
I noticed tho, it only happens when I get a missed call, thats seems to be the problems with most of the 2.1 ROMS that I tried, any idea on whats going on?

Numerous apologies, English is my initial language so I don’t articulate it very well. In fact I can speak it enhanced but when I craft forum posts it all goes erroneous. Commonly my level of comprehensibility is proportional to the usefulness of the original post!
to be fair, this forum is a mess

To be honest....not that much clearer then your first post. Grouping a few big words together usually makes people sound smart but when used wrong it has the opposite effect. Cheers for the effort though....

Like I said in my second post I was trying to make it incomprehensible, due to the fact this is a pointless thread. Obviously I succeeded as you seem to have missed that
Anyway I will stop posting now and let this thread die the death it deserves.

@thatruth132 try contributing instead of pointing out the obvious to people. yes even though it's "truth" it's not your job to be telling everyone what and how to do it. As you have found out some people don't login to xda to see you post to tell them they're english is bad or you're gonna get flamed.
@OP please try the android build that fit you the best..

[Q] Louder volume hack?

Anyone know if one exists for Tab?
Search a little, Amigo.
For the time it took you to type out for him to search, you probably could've just answered.

Searched for half an hour, 'AMIGO.'
Honestly, it's guys like you- bent on trolling and pointing out the search function- that litter these forums up even more than those who don't search at all. I'm aware of the search function. I didn't post out of laziness. Clearly I couldn't find what I was looking for or I wouldn't have posted.
Do something USEFUL with your time, troll.

Thanks again for the direction, unfortunately I have a T-Mobile US Tab so I have no dialer to enter this settings menu through. Any other suggestions? Also, the low volume I'm looking to fix is in the media player- when I watch movies, other media, the volume seems incredibly low...
Install euro firmware to get the dialer and then the modem switcher to get call/3g data functionality.

I had the same issue(s) with volume. This solves the problem, with changing sound volumes in speakers and headset. Flash as stated above, your problem will be solved.
Search function doesn't work.

In fact the Search function doesn't work,at least on my Galaxy tab. Hen I clidk on Search this forum, a window pops open and when I click in it to bring up the keyboard,it disappears! So I go to advance search, where at least I can type something but it always says no results found!
I've been avoiding flashing my sgt, not that I don't have the ability but more-so because I don't want to have to set everything back up again.
However, after reading this thread, it's another reason to flash me thinks

I just reminded you of a forum rule, you probably didn't read. I said search in a friendly way, and did not use any insult.
I posted a volume fix for the tab, so I know if you searched, you could find it. What litters the threads are the same questions repeatedly asked by people who don't do their work, and the people who argue and insult.
If you disagree with someone, you should say so, and stay away from insults.

I agree with you. The search process is pathetic. I always go to the pc when I look for something on xda, because its so slow or non-existant on the tab.

Can someone on 7.0 N know how to get rid of YouTube commercials please pm me. Thanks
Your thread title is misleading, makes it look like you're providing a method.
And why PM? Surely a reply would be better here where everyone has the option of choosing any method offered.

Thanks. I actually laughed to he's reply, the fact he didn't bother to even look, looks to me like lazy typing.
It wasn't like you missed one letter or even two, the whole word was wrong. I'm not on Facebook. The fact that what I said bothered you so much that you wrote quite a lengthy response about me was quite telling and immature.

While I understand anyone can ask politely to correct misspelling. Its utter nonsense to response without actually answering the question.
And as far as I can see, there is one sensible human being who actually answered. Nice and simple none of this .... nonsense to put it.
Just as u did not.. I'm not interested to hear your opinions or anybody else in matters of others than asked . I would like to hear the answer for the question. If you don't have it why don't you just go elsewhere where you may actually help others...
I do not have an intend or interest to continue this discussion. Thx
