I was using the Allegro ROM for the A1000G and it was running fine and dandy without any problems. Last night I tried installing a game and after I restarted it, it didn't turn on. I thought that maybe the device had low battery or something. So I plugged it in and let it charge for an hour and it still didn't turn on. Than I let it charge overnight and in the morning, it still doesn't turn on. So I tried to flash the Stock ROM for Lenovo a1000g and I got an error saying the storage was different or something - Error 3182 Message: BROM ERROR: S_STORAGE_NOT_MATCH (3182) [Edit - Tried to find the error, this is the one]
It was probably because the Allegro ROM was installed before it stopped working. So after that failed attempt at Flashing the Stock ROM - I don't get the battery indicator anymore and no matter what I try inside SP Flash Tool, it doesn't detect the device and the flashing process doesn't work. I tried installing and uninstalling all the MTK and Mediatek drivers but still not working. It shows up as MediaTek DA USB VCOM (Android) but it doesn't disappear, unless I remove the usb cable.
Before when I flashed the Allegro ROM and as seen across other youtube tutorials and guide, the device would show up for 2-4 seconds before disappearing and the SP Flash Tool would start working. Now it is just blank and the MediaTek DA USB VCOM (Android) doesn't go, no matter what.
Please, I would appreciate help. Since I don't have much knowledge regarding this. What must I do? I am depending on you guys.

Hello,so here's what happened with my device,I've tried to flash a new rom on it everything was just fine until I've clicked the "Download" button in sp flash tool. All drivers were installed correctly but when I wanted flash the rom the phone was surprisingly disconnected from my pc. Now it won't boot,I can't access recovery,the only thing is doing is that when i plug it in only the led is on, the screen is always black,I've tried to re-flash different roms but nothing to do,the tool gives me this error every time "s_dl_get_dram_setting_fail (5054) and sometimes this one s_ft_enable_dram_fail (4032)". I did a lot of forums searching,tried almost everything,but always I'm stuck with this. If anybody can help it wold be so nice!
I've forgot to mention it's a 7040A model.

I got to step 11, but didn't check fc well, and didn't have TWRP installed! Any hope?
I get a Battery ? on battery out. It makes a device driver connection and loads drivers, but doesn't seem to get into download or recovery. No connection on ADB, or Fastboot with my drivers that I've tried. The LGMobile Support Tool gives a battery or download error, and I've used another Leon to check it's 100% charged. I made the backups as stated in the howto above, but can't connect to do a restore. I've got pretty far with the disconnect after 5 seconds to bypass the battery check, but still nothing flashed. I may have tried more options to flash and nothing has worked, please ask to check if I've tried it already. My main reason for this attempt was to free up size for apps, and to utilize the SD card memory more effectively. I have not seen a menu or screen image except what I've mentioned.

No Shut down animation or anything. Just black screen. Tried turning it on via Power Button and then Power And Volume Buttons but nothing works. Connected it to PC and see it's Detected as Qualcomm USB Bulk (9008) in Coms and Ports. Did some research and found out I have to flash via QFIL. And this is where I am stuck. I tried several versions, but it doesn't flash/gives Shara error. I tried reinstalling driver. I also read a guide here. But the Firmware link is dead and it says to flash via MiFlash, something I can't even try since the Link in the OP is dead. I tried some different versions of QFIL but all of them give a Sahara Communication error. Now I'm pretty much at a loss on what to do. I'd really like to fix my 6P. And I would appreciate anyone taking the time to point me in the right direction, or help me fix it. Thanks in Advance.

Same thing happened to me in the same ROM (Weird) .. but i managed to flash the qfil successfully .. but still phone doesnt boot up .. here's what you should do ... try to hard reset the phone until you hear the disconnecting sound from pc . Ready all the necessary flash in the qfil and as soon as u hear the device connected hit the download button .. it will flash without the sahara protocol error . Be quick ! tell me if that fixed ur problem . Peace

Thanks. Can you share the files you used please? I can't for the life of me, find the correct download files. There was a Nexus6P_Unbrick by TenFar but all the links are down.

I have a similar situation where I am unable to power on the phone in any way, and I am only able to communicate with the qualcom USB 9008 driver.
I am following your instructions using the firmware files you provided (thank you!) and I can see an attempt is being made to download the files before sahara error occurs.
I don't think I enabled developer options when my Nexus 6P was working and wondered if sahara error is due to that.
I was wondering if you had previously enabled developer options by tapping on the build number several times, once the operating system booted and if that is a critical step in being able to recover the Nexus 6p from this hard bricked state where I am stuck in EDL 9008 mode, and unable to access bootloader, and volume+power keys do not do anything...I feel like I'm screwed (and already moved on) but using time these days to learn about android devices!

I tried to update twrp on my phone and it got bricked, ADB was not seeing the device but Mi FlashTool was with a code but not COM, tried changing the phone drivers brom 900E to QL8000 and it got registered by MiFlashtool as COM and another code, the phone was still showing there even if I could not make the phone go to fastboot mode, just blackscreen; I tried to reinstall stock rom with it but got stuck at "flashing", disconnected the phone, the phone was still bricked in a black screen, when trying to reconnect the phone again to the pc, Win10 now displays an error

, I already tried uninstalling the device, deleting and reinstalling the drivers (unable because for some reason they won't appear now, but already tried installing the from their 1st party and prom MiFlashTool), so the phone won't turn on, display anything, go into recovery/fastboot, and I don't know what to do now, is the phone lost? I hope you can help me with this issue.
Hello Bro. Try install latest Mi Flash Tool latest version and then install the drivers. For my it's works in windows 10.
