Evening lads!
I could use soem help if possible. I guess im stuck at the Android 7.1.2 beta (NPG47I), i don't recieve anymore updates(security patches) also i cannot reroll from the Android Beta site since they removed N and added O.
Does anyone have a quick solution to bring back the latest 7.1.2 N build
If you are un-enrolled from the beta program, just side-load the full OTA image from Google.
Thank you for the reply, I actually did it another way, updated to 8.0 then de-opted so I downloaded the full 7.1.2

Anyone knows why Google has removed 7.1.1 DP2 from website?
Not 100% sure, but I would assume that it's because they're about to release 7.1 soon.
Mmmhhh yep true, that could be, I heard something this morning
Here's a quick read..

OK so being rooted (systemless) and having FlashFire, should I simply flash as usual the full image from official download page?
Hi,
On many forum I can see people with issue trying to update with beta release , trying to downgrade with no sucess, so, am I alone to wait for Huawei release of Nougat ?
No, you are not alone. But it appears that it is wrong to say so.
Hi, i'm waiting for the official Update. I'm comming from an Google Nexus 5x with Android 7.1.1 and there is no big Reason to update to an Beta Release.
I am still using marshmallow.. waiting for final version of nougat.

Hello
I use b336 + rom revolution.
For me, no problem, but I'm also waiting for the beta version ota.
I want to see the difference.
Like the title says, which one are you using?
Just switched again to O.
N

Currently O but had some bugs
Choppy bluetooth - can live with this
Data connections (both mobile and Wifi) go dead and needs a reboot - half making me want to switch back
Camera wont record videos - Definitely too bad to live with.
Am downloading both N latest factory and O DP2 factory today so will try a full factory clean flash and see how that is with O. If same bad bugs then will revert to N.

After clean flash of factory image video seemed to work fine so have now relocked BL and am reinstalling everything. If still big problems will debate going back to N but lagginess and BT issues i can live with, will see if my data connection issues keep happening now too.
I was trying android O for a few days, I started to get kinda bored of those problems and finally decided to come back to Android N, now, all problems are gone and my phone runs faster than ever, this beta is not for me, last time, the Android N beta used to work really good, I will wait for the final version.
Froyo
Android O - running without problems.
android o it's awesome the only problem so far is the Bluetooth (file sharing only)sound works great
the battery sometimes is stable and sometimes no 2-4 sot time!
Help , please HELP ! I am in troubles.
I am an expat in China and have to use VPN to operate smoothly my Nexus 5X.
Until June 9 , 2017 I was happily using Nougat 7.1.2 , no problems at all. When it was made public Android 8.0.0 DP#3 is in Beta I was strongly tempted to enrole to android.com/beta and download 8.0.0 . All went smooth. The "O' OS worked smoothly .... except my VPN (Psiphon) which was continuously stopping and crashing. I've attributed this to Psiphon not being compatible (yet) with the 8.0.0 . As the whole thing became useless , I decided next day (June 10th , 2017) to go back to Nougat 7.1.2 . However , the "magic" of reversing did not work and I decided to perform Factory Reset. After factory reset and to my complete dismay , I am now left with "stock" Android 8.0.0 Beta on my phone.
I am unable to download the "reverse" protocol to 7.1.2 and unable to download a VPN. I am stuck and desperate. Please help me. Thank you.
I know , it's all my fault but still hope to get some suggestions . :crying:
Please write to my PM ..... [email protected] or [email protected].
Thank you.
Best regards ,
Tom

Do you experience any battery drained?? I search on google about android pie battery drained. Its seem all pie beta experienced that.
If u wondering how am i getting that pie firmware, I joined a project for Beta Tester EMUI 9.
I have a question.. How could you download the update.. I've joined the beta program and the status of my application is "joined" but there is no update came to me, do you know how can i receive the update?

for me, it's very nice! If the updates pops up on you, go ahead! I did not regret!
I've got an opportunity to get a new t380 for free. Can anyone tell me if the OS can still be updated from nougat to pie? Also, considering this is a 2017 build, is it even worth the effort?
Thanks for your thoughts,
dow
Hello, Yes, the device has Android Pie One UI, it is also possable to get twrp and get masigk running, though you will most likey want to stick to Android Nougat beacuse in Android Pie, Masigk is not installing. But this can change. Also there is no custom roms for the 2017 Tab A, but this can change. The tablet will most likey not get android 10, but aleast you will get longer support on Android Pie than on Android Nougat.
