I have Verizon Note 3, with Jasmine Rom and TWRP recovery.
Everything was smooth till i install IMDB from Play store and signed in with facebook. After that i m continuously receiving a pop-up msg that unfortunately facebook has stopped working. I tried to open fb and again the same msg, i reinstalled fb, uninstalled IMDB, rebooted it, cleared fb cashe, nothing worked. I dont want to do a reset cz i have so much installed and working.
Help!
P.S: facebook lite is working okay but its shame to run that on note 3.

Uninstall FB, boot into recovery, clear cache, reboot, reinstall FB.

Did this already, no luck! I think there is some kind of app working in background which is stopping fb, or not letting enough space for fb to run.
I started getting the same issue. Also Jasmine, also within the last couple weeks. But I lost mobile network as well. I'm only on wifi now. Troubleshooting has come up empty thus far. Wish I had an answer for both of us....
ROM issue? I have no idea but I as gonna try a different one to see what I could get accomplished. Letus know if you get it workin.

I'm gonna flash again with same or some other Rom, cz I've been looking for a logical reason behind this and i came up with this answer, this rom is using too much of resources leaving no space for other background process resulting in hanging Mobile Apps and services.
Same thing here

Same rom and recovery on Verizon note 3 here, same Facebook issue too
mine is working jasmine rom v6.1 and TWRP no imdb though... however everytime i open fb i get the white "f" logo with the blue background and the little white loading bar. sometimes the loading bar fills up but it just sits there clearing cache fixes the stuck loading bar.

First I have to say I like the "similar threads" function, even though it did not help me this time.
Here is my issue:
My nook had CM7 with nightly 118. I had not used it in a while, so I tried to install 7.1 (which failed prob with a bad md5). I also downloaded nightly 153 which also failed...
I booted BACK and downloaded both again, but 7.1 still failed. nightly 153 went through though, but when I rebooted i got a black screen instead of the CM7 spinning logo.
I went back into recovery and installed my old nightly 118 and was able to get back to normal...or so I thought.
I tried to open G+ and it failed to connect, tried to open Market and it told me I needed a google account. I clicked on the yes button to add one and it took me nowhere. I looked under accounts and both my google account were missing. I tried to add them back, but I only had Corporate, Yahoo, and Facebook in the list.
Anyone have any idea what I can do to fix this? I assume I will just have to wipe it all and start from scratch, but I would prefer not to have to do that...
Thanks for any suggestions.

Are you running CM7 off the eMMC or a SD card?
Did you install the gapps?

This used to happen to me a lot, and the only reliable fix that I've found is to reflash gapps.
I don't know why it started, and I don't know why it doesn't happen to me anymore. Sometimes it happened when I reflashed CM7, sometimes it happened in the middle of routine use. It doesn't appear to happen to most people at all, but that might just be under-reporting because the symptoms seem totally random until you realize that anything needing access to your Google account fails.
Reflash just gapps. You'll have to sign in, and probably add your second Google account manually, but your data will be intact.
CM7 off the emmc, gapps already flashed, and I will try that! thanks for the replies!

Reflashing gapps worked like a charm! Thanks for the help!

Any time! If you come up with a better fix, please post it!
I had the same problem after ungrading to 177. Resintalling Gapps with only deleting cache did not work I had to reinstall Gapps deleting Data and Cache.
I don't understand what happened, but it all works fine now, so far.
Ouch, I've never had to wipe data to fix this, just reflash gapps.

com.google.process.gapps keeps saying it has stopped. I flashed some gapps from goo manager because the play store kept crashing whenever I opened it and I thought it would fix the problem. Ive tried everything from clearing all the cash, clearing the data from all google apps... Nothing worked. It also seems to be a problem the network connection as the wifi bars are gray but not blue. I am able to load pages in chrome but for some reason the play store doesn't connect to the Internet. Help please !!!

I presume you use a custom rom, the best thing to do a full wipe and reflash the rom and gapps.

I figured out that GooManager gave me gapps for 4.2.1 so the process issue was fixed when I manually flashed and found gapps for 4.2.2 . Google play still continued to crash whenever I opened it so I went into the settings and uninstalled updates, that seems to also be fixed now but sadly I cannot use the nicer play store

Start over man.. just that simple and flash the right stuff... Also all you had to do was clear cache and data from Google Play...
I downloaded and flashed 'cm-11-20140922-NIGHTLY-jflte' (which I know is not as stable as a snapshot but the snapshot was stuck in a reboot loop when I installed it so I had to revert to the nightly) onto my previously stock phone and everything is fine, I can't believe I haven't had a custom rom sooner. However, the ONE app I have problems with is Facebook Messenger; it opens, but crashes when it goes to load my details in and force closes from that point on. It wouldn't be such an issue if I could still interact with people through the Facebook app, but you're forced to use the Messenger app, which seriously will not work at all for some reason.
I've tried reflashing the ROM, clearing the data and cache, cloaking the fact that the device is rooted, installing an earlier version of Messenger and just about everything I could think of. I'm at a complete loss, I don't know what's wrong. I thought maybe something to do with it accessing my contacts or something but I'm really not sure.
Any help will be appreciated, it seems stupid but Messenger is an important part of my phone, I use it daily, so if I can't get this figured out I might have to go back to stock. Thanks in advance guys!
As the title says, my phone wont download any files nor download/install apps through the play store. I tried clearing cache and data from downloads and play store, and from recovery, nothing helps.. Did anyone else have this issue? (works fine on wi-fi, also clean install-flashed the latest image from google, also had this on the last beta preview NRD80M).

I had the same problem. My problem was causes by the app "Block This! 2.1". This is an advertisement-blokker.
After closing this app all went fine.
Do you have an ad-blokker, may-be?

After reading your reply, even though i know i don't have any suspicious apps, i rebooted my phone into safe mode, the issue still persists.. I think it has something to do with me not selecting "Set up as new device" when i first booted my phone after the flash, maybe something from my old backup corrupted the download process, i guess i have to do another factory reset and set it up as a new device... :'(
I am using LG G6 Oreo 8.0 and everything is working fine except Facebook messenger, it keeps crashing after a while without returning an error. I then took log from my phone and attached here. Please if anyone could read it and help me to fix the issue. Facebook version below 189 and lite version are working fine. Only this version is crashing.

Did you try to wipe data and cache of the app? Also you can try messenger lite if it doesn't help, it's better.
