BEWARE!!!!! that link leads to the touch HD page but with a touch diamond already added to the cart. are you hoping people will blindly check out and have a free touch diamond shipped to you? or do you just want to get a kick out of people spending extra money on a phone they didn't intend to buy???
I logged onto the site and when I went to the checkout, it was the HTC HD unit!
Not sure why you got a HTC Diamond ????

No - that is when they asserted copyright. I can vouch for inkino (having visited their stores and purchased from them several times). They offer great and reliable service.

I am curious about some statistics of our Xoom 3G userbase and how many have actually received the 4G LTE update. Verizon reps claims they are actively being made. Many including myself have yet to see or hear of a single instance. I have personally been lied to by verizon reps in store and through direct customer service.
Please take this quick survey and pass the link on to everyone you know through facebook, twitter,G+, and any other means to get results. Hoping for enough to expose Verizon and Moto for their poor customer service and devious tactics.

haha hell no. It's actually a guy I used to work with. He set that and a bunch of other wacky profile pictures of himself like that on Facebook
relatively unimportant, but the 3G xoom launched in February 2011. Makes it seem that much worse than March...
Hi guys I saw this page on Google plus called Australian Droid. They are a new page that are going to give away a HTC one(I'm assuming they'll preorder for the winner or something) its an international giveaway and I thought I should share. It is a very new page so I think better chance of winning. I think its trustworthy because theyused to have a page on Facebook and I won a case from there.
It was stated that they will cancel the giveaway if less than 10 people enter so I think we should try give this a shot so it doesn't get cancelled?

Hey guys this is my first post so I apologize if this is in the wrong section. I just wanted to share some information that may be beneficial to those that bought a Developer Edition phone prior to the recent price drop ($649 to $549). Anyhow, I contacted Motorola to see if I could be reimbursed for the price difference and was told that I because I had purchased my phone more than 14 days ago that they would not be able to make up the difference. While this was completely understandable, I was surprised to hear the customer service agent say that although they could not make up the difference via Google Play or Motorola credit, that they would send a pair of Sol Republic Jax earbuds free of charge. This phone call occurred yesterday and I'm happy to say that I received an email confirming the complimentary earbuds had been shipped. I was not expecting this sort of customer service but I am very pleased with the way that Motorola handled the situation when they really did not have to do anything. I just felt like sharing this story and I hope that others will have similar success!
They had a glitch with my X order. Have gone above and beyond to correct it. Impressive customer service. Nice that they can tell you have an open ticket when you call and direct you to the department you need. Google needs to do thier CSR departments like this.

Yeah, I had a few issues with my order too. Eventually got cleared up. Got an unexpected call the next afternoon, it was Moto customer support, personally calling me to make sure everything was cleared up!

My X and the ducks are finally on thier way. Will have the X tomorrow and the docks Friday. Moto really came through. Can't wait for my new toy.

Hi All,
Is anybody aware that Clove offers a pre-shipping testing service for brand new smartphones for £20.00? I came across this page few days ago and it looks like a good idea to buy it before the Z2 ships out in May, at least it saves me from worrying about receiving a defective unit!
What do you guys think? do you recommend getting it specially for us importers! :good:

Whilst I am in the UK, that seems like a really good idea.
I decided to get it! I just emailed them to add the service to my Z2 pre-order. I think it's worth it. If I received the phone from them with any defect I'm gonna end up paying more than $40 to ship it back, better be safe than sorry when it comes to international orders...

I think they check the phone over and since they are
unsealed anyway I am hoping to get a Z3 Compact IF they check the Camera for clarity, no pink sppt,
AND get me a loud speaker set-some Z3s are loudee than others.
