i just bought it today
my computer never read it i tried too much but it never read it just recharging
but i want root it but i cant becouse cant read it to install adb drivers
sory for my english

i tried flash another firmware but still the same

most probably your computer does not have the device drivers.
install Hisuite:

then check the box "Unknown Sources"
Then below go to Development
check boxes "USB debugging" and "Allow Mock Loactions"
See if it works then

[Q] N4 & Lollipop & MTP

Hello,
Since the update of my Nexus4 to lollipop , it is no longer recognized by my PC running Windows 7.
ADB can view the phone when USB debugging is switched on.
When it is off, nothing.
Device manager displays : Android Device/Android Composite ADB Interface in USB debugging.
When it is off, nothing.
Any help ?

Thats normal. ADB requires usb debugging to be turned on.

Seems not quite normal to me. Because besides a ADB connection, there should be an MTP connection and Game connection.

Assuming you have the android drivers on you PC. and USB debugging ON
Go to settings -> Storage -> Hit the three dots in to top right -> USB Computer Connection -> and check MTP box.
So MTP is hidden and disabled by default. Why is unclear. Seems a small bug to me.

Yu Yureka USB Connection Problem

Since many guys are not able to connect their yureka phone to PC so for them this thread might be helpful. I was also facing the same problem, even USB computer connection setting was not popping up. So following are the steps to resolve that problem.
1. Go to Settings -> About Phone -> Tap several times on Build Number to enable developer Options if you haven't enabled it yet.
2. Now You can see one setting titled "{ } Developer options" under Settings Menu. Tap on developer options and enable "Android Debugging".
3. Now connect your phone to PC via USB cable. Now You will see that your phone is successfully connected for debugging. Now without disconnection your phone from PC, go to settings->Storage->Menu (Three vertical Dots at top right corner of the screen). Now click on "USB computer connection", now the usb setting pop up will come. Now enable Media Device (MTP) checkbox.
4. Now you are ready to access your internal and external sd cards of your phone. Enjoy

well i have tried that but it wont even detect my yureka. IT DOESNT EvEN SHOW A UN RECOGNIZED DEVICE. HOW TO RESOLVe

1. Proceed as Above.
2. Reboot your Phone.
3. Now click on "USB computer connection", now the usb setting pop up will come. Now enable Media Device (MTP) checkbox.

The problem is not in the phone, or can't be solved by it
Actually you have to do this via pc.
1)search update drivers and find the update device drivers option
2)in other devices find Android and double click
3)click the driver tab
4)click update driver

I have followed all above steps, but not shows USB connection.

My yureka AO 5510 hardbricked and i used emmc image and enter into fastboot mode ( by only pressing power button it can switch on and work) but to flash this is not shown in device manager. I tried with usb driver, adb driver, nothing happend.... and gave to shop and changed its usb port.... but no use....
i can power on it with this memory card or go to fastboot mode.... can not connect to PC.... Please help me....

i am using yu yereka lolipop os and windows 10 x64 pro and tried all method to install drivers but even when i connect my yu yureka ao5510 then it shows me (device disciptor request fail)error code 43.i did all thing from disable driver enforcement and various adb drivers but not success yet..
and when normally connet phone to pc it also not showing the adb option and mtp driver.i aslo tried with different pc but same problem....
plz guy help me!!!!

Got ot developer tools and enable the android debugging.. reboot the mobile
After reboot a pop up window will be opening and asks for disable the android debugging .. disable it in developer tools and then connect the usb cable again . then the pop up will be coming as usual ...and problem got solved

Yureka not connect to any pc
Pc shows popup that the device is malfunctioned.
In device manager it says device dicriptor request failed.

[Q] [P3000S] debugger wouldn't attach

Hi,
I develop application on eclipse IDE.
When i try to debug it in the phone, I get a problem with the debugger who can't to attach.
I had tried on others devices with no problems.
The application is just one empty project.
My device :
Elephone P3000S
Android 4.4.2
Build P3000S_20150120

Try to Disable and Enable again the "USB Debugging" mode from the Settings of the phone.
Also as mentioned here, some devices need the permission
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.SET_DEBUG_APP" /> (inside AndroidManifest.xml)
If this does not help, try restarting your phone.
If still having problem, press the pause button in the Eclipse Debugger, and play again to continue.

Done, no change

Remove your USB and close the Eclipse.
Open "Task Manager" (on Windows) and kill (terminate) the adb.exe.
On your phone check USB Debugging is on
and Open the Eclipse.
After eclipse has opened,
plug-in again your phone. Wait for a confirmation dialog to appear on your phone and accept it.
If confirmation dialog has not appeared and accepted it, you may not be able to connect.
Also type on a cmd.exe Terminal

Is it saying that your device is UNAUTHORIZED?
Is your logcat displaying any errors during the debugging attachment process?

This may be your problem.
Are you in Windows? If yes, to be sure, open the command prompt (cmd.exe) and while your phone is connected type:
adb devices
If it says UNAUTHORIZED near your device then this may be the problem.
In your "More" Settings is your USB Internet option ON? If yes, turn it off, it may interfere.
I don't know what else the problem may be. The normal should be for a dialog to appear to confirm. So now you may be UNAUTHORIZED

I forget, I'm on Wondows Seven and I have tried to use the MTP mode without succes.

Your device seems to recognized. So no problem with that.
I see you have also an emulator opened. Try closing it before running on device. Perhaps it interferes.
I can't think anything else that is causing problem, as you mentioned, it runs ok on other devices, so I don't think that it is Eclipse's issue

One last try
Go to your phone's settings -> Developer options -> find something that says Select Debug App (or something like that) and make sure it is selected "None".

Yes i did but nothing is working for me...
PTP options works,but it only transfer photos.
Enabling MTP option do nothing on pc...

When you connect to the there will be an 'N' on the left side of the status bar, there you have to pull it down and select 'Transfer files' and you can see your phone in explorer,

First you have to connect your device to pc and select the MTP option.
Then on your pc go to device manager and you will see unknown device option.
So right click on it and select update from the computer and select the directory
C:/program file (×86)/realtek/NICDRV_8169/
and down choose let me pick from a list ...
Option and select android then click on MTP usb driver and install.
That's it...

are you running windows 10? i have a realtek thing on my laptop and im having issues with it detecting my Mi Mix

To solve mtp issue
Just make sure u are in none windows N version or ltsb
If u are in N version of Windows install Windows Media player
Package to add mtp protocol to windows

Maybe the media server service on your device is disabled

You don't need one
Your realtek driver in programfile 86 directory will do the job...

Just to clarify this is what worked for me - I pieced the info together from this thread...

Several people hinted at the solution in the thread, but didn't specify exactly how to do it. Here is what worked for me - but this is Android and Windows so it could be some other random setting somewhere in your phone or PC.
I enabled developer options and debugging mode with the usual magic incantation.
I connected my phone and told Windows to open folder when it connects,
On the phone I pulled down the notification screen you will see at the bottom "Android System - USB charging device". You have to use your psychic powers to know that you need to tap this notification.
When you tap it you see "Tap for more options". so...tap for more options.
A new and magic dialogue box opens up that gives a bunch of options. Top of the list, and the default option is "Charge this device". But the second option - which was a winner for me - is "Transfer files". Tap that radio button (while whispering the word "abracadabra" under your breath) and there you go!!! The folder magically appears on my File Manager.
If you think of it like one of those 1980s text adventure games it's actually rather fun.
If you think of it any other way it's a freaking pain in the arse!!!
By the way, if it doesn't work you probably thought I was joking about whispering abracadabra...I wasn't!!
I assume this is a bug that you can't just tell the phone to default to file transfer???

MIA1 and Windows 10 and MTP
first adb Setup-14.3.exe from MI - Supoort download and install on windows .
On Androif 8.MIA1 developer tools- there USB Debugging ON.
There is also a entry for using USB - as Loader MTP or .. , but by pull in USB-Cable, ist is not recognized when is standing on MTP.
