Hello, I am totally lost... I've been trying to solve this problem for 2 weeks... I relocked my bootloader by mistake. Since that day, I can only access : fastboot and DFU mode.
It seems I can flash recovery with fastboot, but the phone never boots into recovery (stuck on ZTE logo).
I've tried to put my device in EDL mode with DeepFlash cable but without success so far... Is there any solution to my problem (without tearing down my device).
Thanks
Which recovery did you flash? tenfar's signed one? Did you try stock recovery?
When stuck in ZTE logo, is 'adb devices' command recognized? What does your phone appear in Windows device manager?
Edit:
Also in fastboot mode, "fastboot devices" command did work I assume?
Maybe in last resort you can try to unlock back: "fastboot oem unlock" ?

Maybe the problem is no-verify? I have no idea how you can flash that since you would do that from TWRP, but it might be the problem. Try to read some guides to see if that's the problem

I tried stock and tenfar. The flashing is ok but it doesnt' boot. When I type "fastboot oem unlock" it says "not allowed".
It is either recognized in DFU mode or QUSB__BULK but Axon7tool is not able to communicate with the device....

Well I don't know what you searched, but there are 2 guides around. Use my DFU unbrick guide. Yes it involves taking the phone apart
May I ask, how did you relock? Was it via axon7toolkit?
No, I just use command fastboot oem lock

Then why are you on the Axon 7 section?? Only use Axon 7 mini guides or you'll brick your phone much more
The Mini may not even have the test point on the same place. I don't know if there are miflash packages for it. I can't help you, ask someone on that section, not here
Edit: I think I might be able to help you though. Find a TWRP made for the axon 7 mini, no idea which is the name. Then use 'fastboot boot' with it. You will have TWRP but a locked bootloader. Ask someone over the axon 7 mini section whether they have aby ideas.

My wife got a P9 Lite L31. I wanted to upgrade to Nougat. I finally succeeded, but after that I messed things up. I tried to do a clean intall with a update that wasn't ment for this.
In the beginning I could still enter the Nougat recovery, but I wasn't able to reinstall the update.zip. The device wouldn't boot, etc.
I tried to do many different things, but at this moment I cant enter TWRP anymore, I can enter fastboot and is says:
PHONE Unlocked
FRP Unlocked
But flashing an other TWRP recovery doesn's work because I get an error:
(Remote: Command not allowed).
Also relocking the bootloader doesn't work because is gives the same error as the one above.
I can't flash a OEM file through fastboot because it gives the same error as the one above.
I can't use HiSuite because it says it does not support the phone.
I don't know what else I can do right now.
I tried the 3 button method, but I can't get in the official recovery. The phone reboots to some kind of recovery where it wants to update the recovery through wifi, but it ends up with an error that it can't fails to get the package info. But there is no option to do a factory reset (I've put the MM update.app file in sdcard/dload folder).
Any ideas what else I can do to recover the phone?

Ok, did not expect to do that again, but I did it.
What's the next step? flash a nougat recovery? flash a oem recovery?
Fastboot now says:
Error!
Func NO: 11 (recovery image)
Error NO: 2 (load failed)
Looks like fastboot isn't recognized by the computer anymore after the re-unlocking of the bootloader.
Windows device management also doesn't see the device. Not even as an unknown device.... Looks like the bootloader unlock completely bricked the device.
Well.
You must change your motherboard.

Try to discharge your battery by leaving it on Fastboot mode.
Charget the batery and let it boot itself.
If it boots in the software, it will be very easy to fix. If no, then changing the motherboard is required

To be honest, nothing.
It can do two things, you can let it boot and then it says it's booting, and that's it (after the warning that the bootloader is unlocked), or I can boot into fastboot but the phone is not detected by the computer. Device manager doesn't see the device at all not even as an unknown device. Nothing. So no way to flash anything using fastboot. KI also can't get into the fastboot&repair.
So yeah, I decided to send it in for repair.
Hello guys. Before you proceed, I'll let you know that I don't own this device. Theoretically these steps should work.
1. Unlock bootloader
Go to settings>about, tap build number 7 times. This enables developer options. Here, select allow OEM unlock and USB debugging. Reboot in fastboot mode (power+vol down). Then go to this site
https://motorola-global-portal.custhelp.com/app/standalone/bootloader/unlock-your-device-a
And follow the instructions. They are pretty straightforward.
2. Install TWRP
Go to
http://lenovo-forums.ru/topic/22535-moto-m-kastomnoe-rekaveri-twrp-otklyuchenie-shifrovaniya/
And download TWRP_Moto_M.img and boot_M_S124.img
In fastboot mode type fastboot flash boot <the name of the latter file image, just drag it into the CMD window from adb and fastboot folder> then type fastboot flash recovery <TWRP file>
Then type fastboot boot <TWRP file> and voila, you are booted in custom recovery.
IMPORTANT: FOR ALL THAT IS GOOD AND FAIR, MAKE A BACKUP OF EVERY FOLDER. IF YOU MESS UP SOMEWHERE, I WON'T BE ABLE TO HELP YOU!!
Now you may proceed to rooting procedures.
Tell me if this works. And before asking any questions in this thread, use the DAMN INTERNET; Google or Bing or Yahoo, whatever floats your boat
Reserved
If you are unsure of any step, and Google does not help, ask it in this thread and wait for my reply

The wrong way to go.
Follow these steps:
In Windows command prompt write adb reboot bootloader. The device will reboot into fastboot.
The following command - fastboot oem unlock. You will be prompted on the phone screen, volume up to confirm, down to refuse. Who decided to change his mind
I waited a few seconds and at the command prompt, I got the answer - OK.
Disconnect the cable from the phone and hold the power button reboot the phone and put aside. He will restart another 2 times, will go to the drain recovery and erase all data from your phone. Therefore, I recommend to make a backup.
You just have to wait to boot the phone. approximately 5-7 minutes.
The bootloader is unlocked.

You need to have adb and fastboot drivers for your phone to correctly get detected.
Here's the LINK FOR QFIL TUTORIAL. You'll need another set of drivers called as the QCOM drivers which are mentioned in the tutorial from the above link.
Hope this helps.
I already have installed the drivers. Still not detected. Even the device manager does not show a device is connected

Lenovo A6000 doesn't come with a locked bootloader B-l
If you can boot into fastboot then you should flash twrp from it depending on the current android version of the device. If it had been on kitkat flash this TWRP v2.8.6.0 or if it has been updated to lollipop then flash the latest TWRP v3.1.0.
For this you need to first have the fastboot drivers installed and also the minimal adb and fastboot tool. Then place the required TWRP in that folder, better rename the file to 'recovery.img' and then in the CMD window which you open by Shift + Right Click first type
Code:
fastboot devices
To check whether your device is detected by the tool and haa got drivers installed correctly.
Later, if successful, type in
Code:
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
Then you'll have TWRP recovery installed.
Then flash any ROM on the device using it.

You can also try

Thank you for all the answers.
Check If camera 2 API Enabled or Not By downloading Manual Camera From Playstore .
If All Right Mean Camera 2 API Enabled .
If Camera 2 API Not present.
Just Remove Your ADB Fastboot Driver And Download latest Version Adb And Install It Manually.
Then install Camera 2 API With Gcame .
It will Lock Your Bootloader Without Any Issue

I solved it myself. As mentioned I had no OS installed so there was no way to activate developer settings. I couldtn enter edl mode via fastboot so I used testpoint to solve my problem. I then flashed it via Miflash and the phone works now fine :good:

When your phone is in testmode you are able to flash stock firmware via Miflash. Download the stock firmware in the internet just google it.
You have to install Miflash. Open it connect phone in fastboot (testpoint). Then select the downloaded firmware in Miflash and flash it.
There are many videos on youtube how to flash with miflash.
