It's a custom ROM.

I am curiois abour that too. I think its to do with certain carriers having it enabled?

Safestrap possible?

I know before marshmallow, safestrap was used to work around locked bootloaders. I was wondering if anyone knows how safestrap does what it does and if it is something that can be modified to use on our devices. @Hashcode

T-mobile GPAD V521 unlocked lte bands!

Was able to unlock band 3,7 on tmobile v521. Just thought you guys would want to know. Band 17 and all others were no go.

By selecting certain bands you can lock it to for example band2 or 4.
