It's a custom ROM.
I am curiois abour that too. I think its to do with certain carriers having it enabled?
It could be a theme thing, right?

Yeah, that's what I meant. The OP didn't say if they were using a custom ROM.
I know before marshmallow, safestrap was used to work around locked bootloaders. I was wondering if anyone knows how safestrap does what it does and if it is something that can be modified to use on our devices. @Hashcode
