MultiRom is a unique Russian project of which the main focus is quality and stability.
MultiRom Team "Quote"
"Our team is a team of IT professionals. We use modern version control systems, assembly, testing, quality control assembly.
••• Main goal of MultiROM •••
MultiRom team uses their new translation system and patching firmware "B.A.R.S"/Methic.
But Xiaomi.EU team uses simple ways apktool and smali/baksmali.
MultiROM way takes more time to compile but the quality of their work is on high level.
All APKs during the translation are subject to optimization. The greater amount of RAM - as a result of optimization.
-And one example of their great work and high quality is how much free RAM is available compared to other MiUi ROMs.
-They use about 40 patches to make the firmware great. In addition to well-known patches and patch T9 paid to those present:
-Patch Anti-spam, calendar, camera, wedge-master, Email, gallery, a compass, a framework, MiUi key guard, weather, SMS, yellow pages, security, videos, contacts, and so on. In general, patches adapted typical Chinese setting and services to European.
-They do not include third party firmware hacked software. Only Open-Source.
••• MultiROM features •••
-Based on China ROMs.
-Great improvement in RAM management. (2.0GB+ Free RAM available.)
-Supports both Developer and Stable ROMs.
-Weekly updates for Developer ROM after MiUi Official Update.
-Enough Google apps installed.
-No problem with Google apps
-Chinese Bloatwares are removed.
-Firmware is less than 1GB. (not always)

Yes. Do not wipe system at any cost before flashing this ROM because you'll mess up the device. Always wipe data, DALVIK and cache before flashing and flash the ROM

True
This ROM is a modified MiUi ROM. You'll just need to wipe data, dalvik and cache before flashing the ROM no matter which ROM you had before wiping.
If you have any battery bugs and issues, switch off the phone and charge it because a battery cycle is required after every ROM flash.

Recently, when looking for a ROM for my Nexus 7 (2013) I found, that those guys actually also build ROMs for our Z3C. Been using them for several months now and I am very satisfied - very stable ROM.
So here you go:
www.exodus-developers.net/exodus-5.1/z3c/
Xposed users:
Wipe Cache + Dalvik after flashing Xposed. Wipe also after recovering apps with Titanium Backup with already installed Xposed.
Exodus Updater - like in CyanDelta you can add additional zips to be flashed with ROM updates (find it in settings), like custom kernel / Xposed /... (M5 kernel is awesome and works great with Exodus)

Well, there is no ROM-thread for Z3C Exodus build... I'm not the creator nor the maintainer of the build, just found it and wanted to share the link, so it's hard for me to say how good the support is, didn't need it yet - everything works fine on my device. Not one single random reboot with Xposed since I use this ROM.
If you need support you probably should watch out on G+ (read pinned post!):
https://plus.google.com/communities/106801227383087889476
Great ROM, been running it for months, Devs are aggressive on bug fixing.
What is the base of the ROM ?
I also installed it today. Wisely many things are not added in this rom, like camera, calendar, music. 9th October build is going into bootloop bcoz of xposed installer, anyone having similar issues

I'm using it with M5 permissive kernel and Slim Zero Gapps. Try this config, works great for me, no bootloops. You should wipe cache and dalvik directly after flashing Xposed, without doing this you will probably run into a bootloop or get a system starting and constantly rebooting after system is up. Use latest version (v75 arm) of Xposed.

You could easily give it a shot with MultiROM. I'm too lazy to list everything here... ;-P
There are quite a few things. Most important ones for me personally are the customizable clear all button in recents, customizable navigation bar height, double tap to sleep on lockscreen (double tap anywhere) and four tiles per row in quick settings. I also like it to be able to deactivate navigation ring as I never use it and it only gets on my nerves when accidentally swiping over the navigation bar.
It is not this rom version but you can say build after 5th October causing this kind of problem. May be some minor bug with latest builds

No problem with bootloops except one case:
1) Factory Reset
2) Flash ROM
3) Flash M5 (permissive) kernel (for V4A)
4) Flash Xposed v75 arm
5) Wipe cache & dalvik
6) Boot up system
7) Restore many (300+) apps with Titanium Backup
In this case ROM will reboot shortly after TB is closed and a few seconds after system is running and up it will reboot and do this again and again until the battery is empty.
Solution: Boot to recovery, wipe cache & dalvik again. Everything should be fine now, no more bootloops.
This behavior also occurs on CM12.1 nightlies for me so seems to have nothing to do with the ROM itself but rather CM base.

Let's figure out!
What is Descendant Rom?Descendant is an Android Custom ROM that aims to add useful tweaks over Google’s Android AOSP 9.
Nothing fancy, straight AOSP plus some tweaks that per-my-idea should be shipped by default in any pure AOSP.
Founded and leaded by Dil3mm4 , Descendant it’s an open-source project that (at the moment) targets Treble enabled devices.
I’m open to any contribution.
You can head to the sources at Descendant
Also, do mind that this project requires a lot of efforts, sleepless nights and strenuous perseverance.
You may have noticed that I’m not monetizing the downloads with ADS services.

Instructions-Download the ROM and GApps of your choice
-Backup each and every partition from TWRP Recovery
-Make a full wipe (system, data, cache, dalvik)
-Flash miui_MI8LiteGlobal_V10.3.2.0.PDTMIXM_617c09d4b9_9.0.zip
http://bigota.d.miui.com/V10.3.2.0.PDTMIXM/miui_MI8LiteGlobal_V10.3.2.0.PDTMIXM_617c09d4b9_9.0.zip
-You only need fw,boot, vendor from this. So I make a backup of boot and vendor from MI8LiteGlobal_V10.3.2.0.PDTMIXM_617c09d4b9_9.0
https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1J9YO6zPz67AwNwwCTBHykgZZOqHvPhWw?usp=sharing
-Download fw from
https://osdn.net/projects/xiaomifirmwareupdater/storage/Stable/V10/platina/fw_platina_miui_MI8LiteGlobal_V10.3.2.0.PDTMIXM_617c09d4b9_9.0.zip
-Flash fw
-Restore boot,vendor
-Flash Descendant GSI System Image
-Flash PermissiverV4 everytime you install GSI rom.
-Flash Magisk
-Install GAPPS package
-Wipe cache!
-And at last Reboot!
[First boot will take a few minutes! Have patience]
Clean Flash is always recommended!
Downloads Descendant Rom according your platform. Our -> GSI ARM A only
https://descendant.me/downloads/
In my opinion, Descnedant Rom is like Samsung's ONEUI Interface.
Only One Bug is DT2W, but you can access device doze feature in PHH Treble Settings,Just hand over your sensor and device will wake up.

Shouldn't you do the wipe first thing then install stable miui, or does it matter? Every ROM flash instructions I've seen has the wipe come first, then the flashing of the small miui firmware zip.
