Appears to only be the LRA variant. However I am not sure how this varies from the regular VZW variant. Have you flashed?

anyone flash this yet?
Well couldnt wait. tried it out. Went smoothly, now i have the new update, and the extra screen adjustment settings!! Much thx suzook!! Also the ability to cool down the edges of my screen did in fact help alot with the red tint on the edges. Was the only place i really noticed it, and now its gone. Have to use adaptive display but its all good
Edit: Seems u don't need to use adaptive to use the edge changes. I was able to set the edge color in adaptive then change back to photo without it reverting. At least so far. Will update again later if it changes.

LRA Stand for LTE in Rural America. It is a program that Verizon has. I'm not sure why they would have a different firmware variant for this program.

Newest Odin, and home CSC not the other one.
I live in Eastern Kentucky where Appalachian Wireless is pretty popular, and they are apart of Verizon's LTE in Rural America Program. For example their S7 and S7 Edge were closer to the Unlocked firmware then Verizon. But I have Verizon and flashed the Zip that suzook uploaded and it worked fine! Odin 3.12.3 BL, AP, CP, Home CSC. I am now on G955USQU1AQDE on my Verizon S8 Plus using the LRA firmware. Thanks!

Once it reboots the VZW splash screen will sit for about 5 minutes, for me it did, but went back to my home screen and apps with an Android Upgrading notification.

I have a stock (no root/nothing custom) SM-G935FD (dual sim edge) that I use with a single AT&T postpaid sim in the USA. I never had issues activating android pay unless the phone was rooted using a credit card with a US address. Now anytime I try to add a credit card on android pay, I get the error message that android pay cannot verify the integrity (or maybe compatibility, cannot remember the exact error message) of my current rom and doesn't let me activate. I know I used to get the error message on the rooted phones but all stock (no knox tripped etc) phone shouldn't give this message right? Btw, I tried this with stock UK and Arab Emirates roms (the latter is the original rom that came with it). There is no US based stock rom for this variant.
Seems like there is some sort of root maybe? Not sure but I've only seen that happen when there is root. I have root and Android pay and it works. Of course I set it up before I rooted the device.

no root at all. Stock rom refreshed from smart switch just to make sure it is OK. That's why it is so random.

I don't really use Android Pay now that I have Samsung Pay, but I remember for giggles I tried to setup AP and got the same thing. Took a few days but yeah, wish Sammy would fix that... then again, the display scaling feature is hidden on my device.

Which CSC's? I tried BTU (which is UK) and the original AFG with no luck. I don't think you can combine the AP file from a G935F with a CSC file from a G935T/A/V? Can you?

If you open the phone dialer application and then click the more option in the top right corner and click settings you should have a option for wifi calling if you scroll right to the bottom of the page this is where you will find the wifi calling option.
Hi,
First place I looked and it is not there, spoke to Vodafone and Samsung, but, to no avail.
Thanks for information though.

I'm not sure then I've been reading that Vodafone isn't adding wifi calling to BTU phones they only add wifi calling feature to their own phones which have their firmware. I purchased my s7 edge sim free off contract so it is fully unlocked and has the BTU firmware and when I put my EE sim only contract in the wifi calling feature showed up in the place I directed you to. It probably is just that Vodafone hasn't pushed the wifi calling feature to phones that aren't from them.

You can't do it without root. I am with Vodafone UK and on the BTU firmware and I don't see the WiFi calling option, but changing the CSC to VOD will bring back that option. Some features are controlled by CSC so you won't see them on a different firmware.

putting an EE sim in should make it work and bring the WiFi calling option up but i think it might have to be a pay monthly sim because EE don't support WiFi calling for pay as you go plans.

I believe putting in an EE SIM, turning on WiFi calling and then putting in a Vodafone SIM will make the option disappear. I'm not sure if this is what the OP is trying to do.

Well, I searched for this thread but couldnt find it, if theres a original post, im sorry for making a new one, but I had S9 and always on the top right corner was LTE icon for my cellular network. I bought S10+ and with the same SIM and same cellular, im getting 4G and 4G+ only, no more LTE. I know LTE is basically the same as 4G, but still it looks nicer to me when it says LTE. Maybe its up to the firmware, I dont know. Some advices?

I had the same issue after csc change tht aftr I used *#272*imei# =>>turned my s10+ INS/INS, INS/INS into BTU/BTU/, BTU/INS. It always was LTE in my netwrk tht suddenly became 4G+. I dint worry at 1st but ws shocked whn the phone lost call recording feature, caller ID and spam protection, offers showd in pound in Samsung members app instead of INR. I could never fix ths issue bcz tht csc changing code was unidirectional, it dint work after the phone became a BTU phone. None of the old methods to change csc worked. I got the phone replaced by Samsung aftr few weeks of struggle nd thn all became normal.
Probably have to root your F model phone to get LTE to display. You better off asking this question in the other forum section for a more accurate answer.

Mine has 4G and LTE. I win!
But yes, the icons are dependent on csc.. each carrier can tweak the icons to their liking, if u look through the csc code you will see what i mean.
i dunno if any apps exist (they used to) that let u change the icons but i would just go that route if i were you.

Yeah, i think i will wait. I think in couple of days every one will get it.
So crazy that Sprint drops right away but TMB has been dead last, considering they are merging to 1 company. You'd think they'd merge the updates departments considering it's literally duplicate work for many phones.
Heck, even Verizon and ATT have been beating TMB. On the s9+, s10+ and N10+, I would usually see TMB or Comcast beating everyone, with ATT typically being last.

Also considering how the ROM is essentially exactly the same except for CSC features and how easily we all flash the updates they should actually work on the update teams consolidation. TMB sucks these days and the way devices get updated in US it sucks that one loses the advantage of unlocked device the moment they put in a carrier sim.

Same though I didn't buy from Samsung, I did buy it unlocked. Once you put in your sim then you are dependent on the Carrier to release an update even if you are on an unlocked phone. The best way to go about is to doodled using Frija or the Ota and Non Ota update thread and then flashing using Odin.

I always assumed it was Samsung who did that for their unlocked phones instead of the carriers.
it' up to carriers on unlocked phone.

instead of odin and flashing your phone with cable.
you can just insert a expired ATT simcard or expired Mint simcard and do a manual check for update and it will show up
