Use Odin3_v3.12_PrinceComsy to flash:
G930UUEU4BQD2_G930UOYM4BQD2_TMB.zip
I definitely flashed this and Rooted it and it is way smoother than the official T-mobile Nougat. I tried to downgrade back to MM but, it wouldn't work so, this solved my problems with performance. Also, root breaks fingerprint reader.
What's this from? The latest T-Mobile is QC1. Thanks.

It works as long as you make sure you download the USC version so that you can get the metro pcs apn by default
I just purchased the S7 T version.
Do I need to flash the Tmobile modem afterward to have 4x4mimo,256qam, radio,VOLTE, etc working just like other post mentioned when they flashed the MM version or just by flashing all the files provided will do the trick.
If I do need to reflash modem files, Do I use the same MM version modem files for this also.. Where can I get it if not. Thanks all.

Can I install any Snapdragon ROM on my G935T?
I don't think that will work for us on Tmobile because of the boot loader not being released issue.
It has been screamed that the S7 Edge will not be able to use any kernels or TWRP because of the Bootloaders not being released by T-mobile like that with AT&T or Verizon.
You may flash a rom, but there may be lag issues because the rom will not function correctly as intended with it's accompanying released kernel.
You may not be able to tweak the prop build either.
If I am incorrect, please chime in anyone . . .
Good Question because I am too waiting for an update & a tweaked rom to flash.

Yes - on a rooted 935T you can install an Echoe MM ROM below:
https://forum.xda-developers.com/ve...g930-echoerom-multicarrierusa-t3458535/page44
That is basically it.

That is the only one for S7E. There is also an earlier mod that was applied to the rooted stock MM ROM.
What I am curious about is whether we could get an exynos MM ROM to run on it after it is rooted. It would have to be based on a signed Samsung TW based ROM.
The bootloader and modem would stay as is on TMobile, so the question is would it run with its exynos kernel, and if not, would it work with the eng snapdragon kernel ODIN'd if it will not boot up?
I have used international ROMs for years on my S4, but it was rooted the traditional way and the bootloader was never locked.
I have an AT&T S7 running the unlocked 'G930UUEU4API3' firmware. I was wondering if there would be any complications with flashing the AT&T 'G930AUCS4APK1' firmware over this.
Thanks.

I haven't done a ton of research about the bootloader for these phones, but i think you can flash that without issues.. If i'm wrong make sure you have an ODIN flashable backup of G930UUEU4API3 tho!! (my A is on a U firmware so i'd see this working fine..)
you are good
thank you for help.
I bought it today due to previous phone failure, it had LL5.0, I updated it to MM6.01 updating the bootloader before and then the rom, now I loaded Nougat by twrp.. all is fine except no network signal. I think the problem is with baseband, my version is G900PVPS3CPK1. What can I install to have it working?
I'm without phone, I pray someone to help me quickly, thank you
the baseband works ony in LL 5.0 actually on stock ROM G900PVPU3BOK4_G900PSPT3BOK4_G900PVPU3BOK4_HOME.tar but it boring asking to update to MM, if I update no network connection.
I was on 7.1.2 Resurrection, it works great extept baseband, guys said me it is projected for G900F.. but while I tried I had the MM bootload where baseband doesn't work. I dubt I can use the bootloader of LL that works..
You need to flash a baseband that was intended for nougat. I have. G900p (sprint s5) running on a att network. Im running crdroid 7.1.2 my sim works great ... You need to reflash stock rom and either leave it alone or do some reading before you just start flashing stuff you dont understand ....
thank you for help, mya you kindly suggest me a stock rom that worked for you?
I've solved the problem, but not really happy how.. https://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=3698397
Found Resurrection remix that works great on G900P, and used Lollipop AO (they said last of LL 5.0) as boot loader. When I used the MM bootloader the baseband wasn't working, as well when I left the stock AO 5.0 update itself by internet to MM.. several updates insluding baseband to the most recent releases and network was off..
THe problem is intriguing, why this happens?

Hi mate, kindly read the message above, thanks
solved with some pain, needed to pit the phone and flash the stock MM, then boot to check the baseband, then flash twrp and RR+gapps. All info here:

Hi, I know this isn't the right forum but I can't publish in another one.
I have a SM-G935F (Exynos), and I don't like Nougat's battery life. So I wanna downgrade to marshmallow. But when I was looking how do that sometimes I had read I need to delete all Google accounts, restore the device, turn off the device, and then do wipe data/factory reset and wipe data cache and turn off again the device, to finally go to the download mode. But I too had read I only turn off the device and put the download mode.
Do I have to do all those things or do the second one?
I don't want to brick my phone.
Downgrading to a previous version might corrupt your IMEI stopping your phone from making and receiving calls, I've learned that the hard way..So better do a thorough research before taking any action.
I too don't like Nougat which makes me go back again and again to a Marshmallow build. I haven't experienced any problem going back to MM from Nougat. I just have to factory reset every time to boot up normally after flashing the MM Rom via Odin. I currently have this build on my phone with Xposed:
i have downgraded my grand 2, s7 edge W8 model multiple times. all i do is shut off the phone put it in download mode, open odin select proper files n then simply flash. note i never changed any odin settings just simply choose the right files.
i have done this with both stock n custom rom installed. never had any issues
also y not try a custom 7.0 rom. batman rom is quite good, well so is ambasadii one. haven't tried any other rom so can't say anything about others.
I Also prefer MM to N by far in terms of battery life. Never had any issues downgrading to MM from N using Odin, no special things to do other than going into download mode and flashing the MM firmware.
Only reason i had to go back to Nougat is that the carrier will cut LTE for MM starting from today (due to signal improvement processes that are not compatible with 6.0.1).
I may consider Flashing back MM and keeping the Modem from Nougat if that works.
I downgraded to Marshmallow and athough it does't seems, the battery life is a lot better in 6.0.1.
I do not like the old Emojis, but i can handle it
Howhever, the performance increases too. I'm so happy with Marshmallow.

DRA9 BASEBAND FIRmware?
I have SM-G930A, I think with a locked bootloader.
Currently I'm on Marshmallow and when I try to update using system update it says your device is up to date. So If I flash Nougat using Odin will I be able to downgrade back to Marshmallow If I don't like Nougat ?
Thanks

Hello everyone. I'm new here. I wanted to know if I can change my S7 edge (exynos) sm-g935fd firmware from UAE to India. I am currently on Oreo G935FXXS8ETCA Xsg which has bootloader 8 if I'm not wrong, but I want to install ins firmware G935FODD7ETA1 also Oreo which has bootloader 7 . Is this switch possible?
P.s. I want to change firmware bcoz I am not getting volte on my phone. I've tried a few things without any luck. And the only solution seems to be to change my CSC. Any help will be appreciated.

As far as I know you can't downgrade due to antirollback protection. I don't imagine switching firmwares would work very well at all

It not a rollback technically it's more of a sideways move but I might be wrong. Is it because of the older bootloader on the firmware I want to switch to?
Thanks for the reply.

If you attempt to switch your bootloader to an older version it can cause a hard brick putting the device into EDL mode but I do believe you can switch the system a bit
So there is no way to change the firmware? Is there any way I can get volte

You should be able to swap the system partition and CSC to something else as long as your not in any kind of Android Verified Boot
I don't know what that is. But I've only been using stock ROMs from ota updates. My phone isn't rooted either. I just want to activate volte on my phone. I would really appreciate if you could help me.
Btw thanks for the prompt replies.

You're absolutely welcome! I'll have a search around Google and maybe point you into the right direction. I'm sure there is a flashable firmware for Odin (combo-firmware) that enables this
EDIT:
Because your on an International chipset (Exynos) you can actually flash a custom OS which supports the Volte. Just ensure you've taken the steps to unlock the bootloader through the developer options in settings (enable OEM unlock)
Don't unlock your bootloader and dont root your phone
if something goes wrong the EFS patition will corrupt and you are on U8
U7 combination firmware is not available and we dont know when will it will be available
you have to download U8 rom and flash home csc from U7 INS (latest software available for India)
it will enable Volte on your phone
make sure to tick nand erase when flashing Autoboot and f.reset time

Unlocking and root have nothing to do with the EFS partition. Sounds like you may have did something like modifying it and caused data to be corrupt and you never kept a backup.

My phone is running smooth but efs is corrupted that makes S/N No. none and no network
Phone is dead from march
Lets hope for U7 and U8 combination firmware
Thanks for the help. Really
Volte used to work before the Oreo update. And won't a custom ROM trip my Knox? (I use secure folder). I recently tried to flash a stock ROM with modified CSC file to get volte working on my S6 g920f. But it didn't work. It tripped my Knox and now my short codes don't work and CSC shows blank. Calls work though. But no volte.

You can wait for the INDIAN U8 STock and then flash it on your device with Home CSC which will surely enable volte
Remember With Nanderase f.reset time and auto reboot
Don't trip your knox i regret it!!
I would wait too if you trip Knox with a warranty then your SOL. If your lucky you won't be it's best to wait for the firmware
Well I am waiting till there is a stock firmware. But I don't think there will be an official update seeing as it's an old model phone and the official software support is only 2 or 3 years from the company. So fingers crossed. I might flash the ins version and try to make it work if I get a new phone and my S7 will become a spare.
And thanks for the help guys ?.
