Hi,
Good racing game???
I think majority would say "Raging Thunder 2"
http://www.cyrket.com/p/android/com.polarbit.rthunder2/
But, does it worth the price tag?
I meant, recently I bought some good quality Android games like:
- Jewellust
- Radiant
They are nice and good, well made ... but TOO SHORT.
Jewellust contains only 25 levels and my wife finished it in just couple of hours.
Radiant (the casual mode) is also too short, I finished in couple of hours.
And game like Jewellust does not offer much of "replay value".
For Radiant, I can replay and try using different weapon for example.
So, if you bought RT2, what do you think?
Thanks.
Tried it yesterday, not bad, it even has working multiplayer
Can't tell you to buy it or not, since I really rarely play games on my Desire
Bought it a few days back, and it's worth every penny if you like racing games. Really enjoying playing it. Works better than Asphalt5 for me (smoother, better sensor control).
Bought yesterday ... and it is well worth it.
Graphics is stunning, no lag, super fast and fluids.
Replay value is great.
But a bit difficult to me. I think I need some practice or I am just plain sucks at this kind of control
It takes a bit of getting used to. Best to practise on the Instance Race option and then start the Career Mode. The controls are pretty good; dont forget, the 'free' cars are not spec'd up that well compared to the ones you 'pay' for- these handle and perform far better.
Remember most of these games cost only a few dollars. If you are looking for engaging, great graphics, high amount of gameplay hours, I would suggest XBOX 360, PS3, PSP, NINTENDO DS.
It killed my battery playing it and I found that the only times I would be able to play it properly is when I am at home, where my Xbox360 is lol.. On the train its kind of difficult and I couldn't afford to loose battery for it. Personally, Totemo, Flight Frenzy and Fishin' 2 Go are the best games I have experienced playing. Radiant is good fun as well but my time is really spent on those 3, the occasional game on Scrabble/Buka too. Totemo is my favourite though Graphics on Flight Frenzy are just mind blowing, I am praying more games like that come out. Its perfect for our phone
How do you get the Scrabble game?
I can't find it in the market...

Its not on the marketplace which confused the hell out of me after seeing it in the 100 android video. So I googled it and just installed it outside the marketplace.. Didn't see any alternative =/ Its incredibly simple though
Homerun is a good one too.. beautiful 3d graphics, good gameplay, really longlife game but just think its a bit hard..
RT2 is worth it, gets a lot harder towards the end, customizing cards for different performance types is great and there's lot of shortcuts in levels.
Ashphalt 5 is a piece of **** that gets 10 frames a second.

Just started playing it the other day. Got to admit, its tricky at first, but once you get the hang of it, god its good fun.. Only online though, offline is a bit pointless until your good. Must admit, some people are pretty awesome at it, which annoying at first lol. Deffo work a look though!
So, now that we have our phones legitimately activated and working, one question remains. Do we buy apps knowing the risk that they could be potentially pulled from under our feet?
Another thing to think about is - if we do buy apps, we will be generating MS revenue and they may be less inclined to block us out.
I for one will spend some money on Xbox Live games since I am a two year Xbox Live Gold member, but I would like to know what you guys think.
I have bought a couple of xbox live games, but yeah, ive not been going online with my phone for a while cause im scared of getting banned.

These look like legitimate HD7s from the outside, its only from cross-referencing the phone numbers given to activation staff that the HD2 would be found out. At least, thats what I understand of the situation...
I thought they could see our IMEI numbers, which I also gave on the phone when getting my code. That will tell them we are on HD2s
pick up 10 xbox live games and a few apps loving the games
I just went on a spending spree, bought:
Harvest (skeptical at first, amazing trial)
de Blob (rave reviews)
ilomilo (again - got it on the console lol)
Rocket Riot (great handling + style)
I'm set for a good while now.
The quality of the games is great, the prices seem to get better with time, but they are still rather high. Love the try before you buy ideology that they kept from XBLA, really helps you decide if you want the game.
I would love to buy a few xbox live games, but I have no idea how i can get an american credit card... Guess I'll have to wait until marketplace is available in my country.

Yes, I bought Gem Quest 2 and my son bought some racing game for his HD2 also dual booting WP7.
WOW now that's cool
Just had an issue with Need for Speed Underground, really janky in-game sound was the only thing that stopped me from buying the app.
Another example of why demos on almost everything in the Marketplace is great. Really loving the platform right now.

Quick Question: Is Ilomilo on windows phone 7 exactly the same as the Xbox 360 Version ? I don;t want to buy it again on WP7 if its the same levels ~

They're easier. To be honest I really did that to support the devs, but they are different levels - same overall themes though. Same mechanics, just bitesize.
And that theme song just melts my heart, like seriously.

I'm digging the whole xbox live service on my phone having some 80 xbox live/xbox live games on demand on my 360 this is more of an extension to my gaming needs
and the games are great for the first batch of live games
Agree the games all kick ass.
The Harvest
Need for Speed (play with volume down)
IloMilo (my fiancee loves how "cute" this game is...also an excellent puzzle game)
I have tried a few games, altough they are on par with competitive platforms, the HD2 multitouch is a gamebreaker, you get it? gamebreaker.
Untill the multitouch is fixed, i'll remain to play simple and free games such as solitaire and so on.
I have bought 5 games so far:
Harvest
Bejeweled Live
Hexic Rush
Zombies! (awesome remake of the board game)
Assassin's Creed (liked the ds version)
Love my xbox live, 6+ years.
So, Who is buying apps?
LOL! NOBODY???

Headphones on a game that relies so heavily on the accelerometer? I will try it out though. Really want a good driving game to go with my action and puzzle types.
Waiting on Fable coin golf and Full house poker though.
Hi All,
So I just got an Xperia Play recently for a bargain price!, and Im loving it!
Just looking at it this way with Mario running on it, makes me feel good:
Uploaded with ImageShack.us
By the way, I work at Nokia MEA, showed it to some employees here, and they were impressed! o_o
I got it because few years ago I thought about a similar form factor for a Mobile device, even designed one on my own...
So, as soon as the rumors were confirmed about the Play, I decided I MUST get one.
I wish they included a Dual-Core CPU in it, I know the current is enough for gaming, but more is better, specially for emulation.
Other than that, it is awesome...
Oh yeah, about the speaker sound quality, It is phenomenal!!! It is LOUD and CLEAR, I was amazed when I listened to some songs, they did a great job on the speaker.
One major let down is the built quality, I think its abit cheap, specially for this price tag.
Those were my thoughts about the Xperia Play for 2 days usage, can't wait to play on it more!
BR everyone!
Yea, tis a cool phone. Emulation is second to none on a mobile phone at the moment.
You should take the shipping screen protector off your phone. There is another screen protector fitted underneath.

I must agree with you, before the play my only non HTC smartphone was the Toshiba TG01, i hated it and swore i would never buy another non HTC device, when the play came out it thought **** it, and ive never regreted it, playing games on the play is awesome even compared to my friends SGS2, It's a shame sony decided to include such little ram though, im not too bothered about dual core CPU's to be honest, cause i think the quallcomm scorpion/adreno is a more than capable CPU/GPU combo, but i think with 750mb+ of ram the play would fly
I love my Play but I don't play nearly as many games as I thought I did, so I'm trading mine for an Atrix.
I ship it tomorrow. *sobs*
adb shove iPad2post.apk to /forum/thread
I love the speakers in the Play, best I've heard out of any cell phone. And I love the emulators, I love playing those old games, they really are the only ones I can keep playing over and over again. I honestly don't game a whole lot, but when I do, I absolutely love my phone. It'll be extremely hard to upgrade to a newer but keypadless phone, let me tell you.
yeah, some of the build quality isn't that great, and I really would have appreciated some more internal storage and a bump to 768MB of RAM... but even so...
I can see myself keeping this device long past the point where I have moved to another phone as my mainstay. I'll turn off the radio data, just use WiFi and play all the emulators to play my old NES, SNES, Genesis, GB/GBA, and PS1 games (I still have a couple dozen discs around as I never sold them off. I still also have dozens of cartridges around, and an old GameGear sitting around too). I certainly wouldn't mind replaying FF Tactics a couple times. Let alone Chrono Trigger and the old FFs. Maybe some Contra and such...
So this will be one of those devices that I will keep for emus and other fun long past when it is outdated otherwise.

;-)
I absolutly love my play yea some of the build quality is nt great but nothing else touches it or even comes close to it in terms of mobile gaming .i had to to a 3 hour train jerny so I slapped on resident evil 3 on fpse the next thing I new I was 10 mins from my destination the time flew by love the experia play
I have been noticing it has some amazing battery life to it as well. I played Chrono Trigger on it with the SNES Emulator yesterday while I was at work for about 6 hours straight, it was a dead day at work, and when I was done I still had 45% battery life left.

Game support from Android devs is not that bad either...
Gameloft alone has 17 games that support the Play controls, I'm hoping very soon the 18th game will be Order and Chaos

Wanna know the real kicker???
I sell Verizon Wireless products... Boss sold me this phone because of the higher profit margin she makes on it compared to the other devices. Got it at her cost of like $400 (since I have to provide my own phone when you have a dealer plan.)
Yeah, as you guys mentioned, the battery is damn good.
Many of my friends were impressed with it, specially gamers!! ;-)
this is starting to get absurd.
At first i thought that it was just Expansys who went crazy and lowered the price THAT much, i figured they made a mistake ordering hundreds of the device and couldn't sell them so had to resort to drop to ridiculous prices or whatever the heck can happen when an (non)internet shop make mistakes.
But now it's like 3-4 other internet shops are going for more or less that price, never heard before of a 500 euro smartphone sold by so many shops at less than half price like this.
Nothing just happen without a reason, there's always at last 1 reason why this phone got his price slashed like this, and thinking about it, ok it didn't sold THAT much but it had some kind of a cult following... and being honest, this handset has practically the same hardware as the Arc, beside the exmor-whatever camera, but not only that, just check at whatever other android phone of more or less 200 euros, the Play clearly is way, way better than them...
Again, i wonder what's the meaning behind this insane price cut.
I'm currently an X10 user and i love it, but being a huge retro-gaming geek, i'm selling it for 180 euros (and friends of mine says it's cheap) and bought a 240 euro Xperia play waiting for it to arrive (damned expansys delayed shipping to next week).
Hope i did the right thing and this SEXplay will not crumble and turn into dust in the first 5 days of usage or sad things like that.
i don't know but i bought my phone May this year for 5000HKD (around 650USD) and now that it is released in my country they sell it for around 450USD at Sony Ericsson concept shops. i don't know the reason for the very low price but heck isn't that great?
i still go for the reason that it didn't sell well that's why they're selling it for a very low price.. besides, they need consumers to buy it fast because of the imminent release of the PlayStation Suite which will further increase their sales..
Well, most of the good games are just boring Gameloft ports.
The SexPlay is a great phone, with basically zero exclusive software support for it.
If you buy this phone for anything else other than emulation, you are basically wasting your time imho.

I didnt buy it for anything else other than emulation whilst being bored at work. (I use it as my main phone too ofc).
The free EA games are boring imo. As are most Gameloft games. The only other game i REALLY enjoy is the online texas poker.
The DPad is really nice to use whilst browsing the internet. The analog joysticks are not for me, i personally dont enjoy using them.
The reason why im mostly disapointed with the SexPlay is because there is no MAME emulator that has working save states. Without save states, mame is useless to me at work.
So yea, i have had a good time with the SexPlay, but im now of the opinion that i wont be buying another game phone. Especially not now that i have just bought a brand new laptop and can play proper mame at work on a nice big 17.5 inch screen with my xbox control pad.
I do wish the SexPlay continued success though, its just that it has outlived my pocket and i am eagerly awaiting my next phone upgrade. Glad that i only got an 18 month contract because it runs out in less than a year now.
Ive also had lots of prpoblems with my SexPlay -
1) Poor signal
2) No data signal
3) Volume button fell out
4) Back button doesnt work properly
5) Right shoulder button gone loose
6) Touchscreen goes dowhaddle whack crazy at times
7) Accelerometer doesnt work properly, steers to the left all the time
8) Compass doesnt work properly
And above all........I found out here in Britain we have a network called GiffGaff that runs off the O2 network, and for £10 / month on a PAYG deal you get TRULY unlimited data at "H" speeds.
I bought this simcard to see how it performs, and lets just say i have used close to 50gig this month leaving torrents downloading on my phone...............(wished id never even bought a contract, GiffGaff prices are probably the best in the World).
For me, poor signal and dead signal were cured in 2.3.4 update.
I agree with you xplay is limited, but it was my first smartphone and my expectations were dead low.
I used the XDA App to post this, what did you use?
Apparently there is going to be a Playstation store available for all ps certified devices. And they decided to drop the price so they could make a killing on apps i'm guessing

You mean until the Playstation Suite launches. I'm quite excited about how that's going to change things. Main reason I decided to go for the XPlay. That and the promise of more PS1 and possibly PSP titles on the way. But the future is looking good for the Xplay if the PS Suite does what Sony says it will.
There's also plenty of good non-gameloft games on the market that have been optimised for the XPlay already.
Am I the only one who likes Xperia PLAY for Xperia PLAY games?
I love my classics, and like to be a nostalgia drunken at times... but for the most part, playing something that actually takes advantage of the hardware (especially that big, beautiful 854x480 screen) is much more appealing than some game I've already played that will either be dis-proportioned, or letterboxed.
i dont know but i dont enjoy emulation at all..

I am thinking of getting this as an early upgrade for one of my lines.
If it comes with 2.3.4 installed allready, will I be able to root it?
I just got a DInc II and rooted it the Friday before the 2.3.4 update was forcefeeding around.
LUCKY.
This looks like a great emulator unit.
I hope this price sticks....
These price cuts make me a bit sad like.
I mean, I knew it would come...but it is kinda soon.
I paid £280 for my XPlay, now I can get it for between £180-£200 from very reputable dealers.
Sad.
That being said...yeah, the phone isn't perfect but I do love it.
I like the occasional 'new' game but most are really shallow (looking at you GameLoft), so I stick with what I got the phone for...the thousands of game available emulated.
Emulation has always been and always be my favourite thing, that's why this phone is perfect for me despite the obvious flaws.
agree with the bulk of you.
The only reason i'm getting this phone is because of emulation.
Hell i never ever even took a look at the gameloft or any other android game out there... i think i just played angry birds twice in my life.
I currently have an X10 and i absolutely love it, don't give a crap about dual core or stuff like that, my x10 goes fast and does everything i need it for; except for one thing, that is emulation.
I'd be the happiest person alive to have everything i had with my X10 plus a solid pad and the chance to pop it up any time and delight myself with some good-ol' super mario world
Right now there's another thing that concernes me about the play, dsswoosh was talking about buttons blowing in pieces or malfunctioning... that would suck. One thing i loved about my X10 are the marvelous hardware buttons (hate the softouch ones), that after almost a year of abuse they still work like new..

That this phone's strength lies in how well it can emulate anything below Dreamcast is undeniable. I bought it for 400 euro five months ago, now I could buy it for 220 or so... But the loads and loads of games that I've been able to revive and enjoy, and the fun of tinkering around with a new piece of kit (I've been lucky to have been helpful for some devs here), are just priceless.

1) The volume button fell out, but i fixed it with a dab of solvent cement. Other people have reported it falling out aswell.
2) The back button has a fault where when you press it, sometimes it activates, 2 or 3 or even 4 times. This can be highly annoying. If you have 4 tabs opened in a browser and it activates 4 times, they all shut down and the browser exits
The O button can be used as back, so its not a gamebreaker, jut annoying.
3) My right shoulder button has lost springiness and sags a bit. Again, not a gamebreaker, just annoying.
The actual game buttons all work great and are solid after months of use.

Yup! I hardly play any retro games on my Play, too busy with modern xperia play optimized games!
For me, its all about emulation. Look at the options before the play : wiz gp2x / canoo : the linex devices that had piecemeal developer support and were a touch complicated to configure/set up. OpenPandora, great if you can wait 1.5 years for delivery, but a bit bulky. <-- I actually received mine about 1 week before the play arrived, now it sits collection dust as I have everything running better on the Xplay.
i traded in my xperia neo for a play,2months ago, been happy so far with the device although i must also admit that the signal handover is total crap..if it goes from 3g to edge it does have 2 seconds of "no service",when you are in a call, the call is dropped..other devices have a much smoother handover, but that was the same with xperia neo..my old iPhone 3g never dropped the signal when it changed the frequencies..
and the price cut i think its just because the play is a niche product, there are far too many people that would love to have a xperia play but consider themself "too old" or too "serious" to carry around a phone with handheld controls( or even the girlfriend says:lol what do you want with this toyphone.-) i hope that this playstation suite has something to offer because all this gameloft clone games and the rest, meh, nothing for me personally with two exceptions:hyperlight is great and reckless getaway
as far as it comes to gaming,i`m a retro gamer,i play only the oldschool games, mainly NEO GEO,i do love the CAVE vertical shooters but theres the problem there are too small on the play because when you switch it to TATE mode, you cant control with the gamepad, when you leave it landscape its too small,so thats a pity..but thats the reason i still keep an old CRT monitor.-)
when i was 12 years old, everyone got a SNES.a friend called me,he was some real anime and manga addict and got a NEO GEO out of an import store,he called me:hey come over,i got a new gaming system etc..i was blasted by the detailed sprites, the huge characters but i thought:"hey thats cool but i`ll stick to my SNES" but after that afternoon seeing the neo geo in action by a friend,i came home playing my loved SNES and thought:**** that, that`s just horrible graphics,i need that NEO GEO thing,it was literally no fun anymore to play SNES.so i traded in my snes with 40games for a neo geo with two games -robo army and sengoku2 .-) later i traded in the neo geo with 6 games for a japanese ps1,14days after it was released in japan..
..and everything that comes after ps1 isn`t exciting to me,in my opinion we are now in the worst decade of gaming ever:arcade is dead-touch gaming took it over, tiny dumb games with "accelerated controls" "movements" or even whole consoles like the Wii,xbox kinect,ps move, all this garbage..and it`s all about the "story" nowadays(who cares, these games are like a book, once you played it theres no point in playing them again, that`s why these ridiculous trophies and gamescore was invented..)or graphics(never liked 3d so much as 2d only exception was the ps1 because it was fresh but i felt after getting a ps2 years later that 3d is just not the way i love games).
and for playing these old games which need a console,a tv and a huge ass controller(neo geo arcade stick anyone?) on a phone in my pocket, everywhere, everytime is just priceless for me,the phone aspect is "soso" but when it comes to gaming, the play just rocks for retro lovers
i think with the price cut many people will buy it as a handheld only..basically its a steal and a no brainer for everyone who is into retro gaming, sure i can hookup a controller to my laptop but theres no way i would do that in spare 30minutes of time or in a train .-) with the xperia play its just slide open, press play, much faster and it`s so great to see all this games on a smaller display they look right, they feel right and they play right even 15-20years later..
Seriously, since I've started working, I have had no time to play my console games. At night, I come home and I can't be asked to switch on my PS3, especially when I'm dying to go to sleep. So in the end I've decided to sell my PS3 as it is really gathering dust and that practically puts an end for the fun time I had with console gaming.
Now, I have had the xperia play for many months. At night, before I sleep, I have a quick game since it doesn't take too long to set up and that I can quickly turn the phone off and doze to sleep (a guy has to have some form of entertainment in a day right?) This has been going on for a while now, been playing these 'mobile' games not entirely in excitement, but just to appreciate why I have bought this phone. HOWEVER, everything has changed since the last week. I liked my phone a week ago but now, I completely LOVE IT!
Ever since the Onlive service has come out, I can play CONSOLE games on my phone and in quick succession. People may think I'm strange for playing console games on my phone. But in my situation, this is the best thing that has ever happened to me. Seriously, I can't live without my phone and despite whether the rumours are true that the sales of the phone is down the dumps, this is perhaps the most underrated phone OF ALL TIME! I even get thoughts to buy a second xperia play incase Sony decide to stop producing these phones and I hate buying second hand phones!
So overall what I'm trying to say is. If the Xperia Play does stop in production, I can only hope to get a phone, which has a gamepad and the onlive system is released on it! I can't believe that I can play console games, mobile games, watch movies, read books, make phone calls on one device. I really do hope the xperia play does well, if it fails.....and I lose or break my phone. I've really had it lol.
cheers man!
Just think about me, i love this phone as much as you, AND i can't access onlive 'cause it's not effin working in my region (wake the ef up italy!).
Still, i'm in your exact same position. Get back home, everyone's asleep, i just dive in my bed, earphones, and pop in some good old Link to the past, some secret of mana, some Fire emblem and that's all i need for my gaming life
I used to have emulators on my pc, but then i got an arrow to the... sorry, i mean, i had a whole bunch of emulators on my laptop but i just uploaded them on my xplay for me to enjoy!
I have to totally agree aswell, iv had a tmobile pulse then a wildfire then a blade then a desire, im not really a gamer but i really liked this phone, 4inch screen, 1ghz processor, and to make it even better i got one of ebay for £130, £20 less than what i paid for my desire, and i love this phone so much, games are excellent, dont really care about flaws cause they dont bother, i even like the SE home launcher lol, nice to see a positive thread rather than a negative one.
damn i'd love stock SE launcher IF it had panorama view. One of the occasions in which i use the phone the most is when it's hooked up in my car, and have to navigate in portrait is hellish, but it's even worse when i need to send an sms and i use google's voice recognition, the window pop up in portrait making correcting and typing while driving practically worse than doing it without speech recognition
driving and typing is unsafe and illegal here ...unfortunately people dont care and it makes driving much more risky for everyone

yeah it's illegal here too, illegal and stupid, that's why i don't use stock SE launcher From the first time that google voice recognition got his italian translation i've been using it like crazy. That's another thing that's way implemented in android and most of the times goes almost unnoticed (at last, here)

I'm in Italy too, I confirm it's not working. I mean, I can play demos and stuff fine using an apk got here on xda, and translations aren't a problem of course. The problem is I can't purchase anything. The only way to do that is to make someone else do the purchase on our accounts and then refund them.

U.S. first, second and third I guess...
I agree with you jajabinx.
I love this phone as well. If anything did happen to it as you mentioned I don't know what i'd do.
But still there's games coming out for it as well like Virtua Tennis and Sonic 4 which works with the gamepad so hope not lost just yet...
And I love the 4.0'' screen. It's gorgeous and It's huge !
I think 2012 will be a very good year for the Xperia Play

You mean, landscape view? 2.3.3 only supported a landscape lockscreen and you had to trick it into showing even that but 2.3.4 does support landscape. It only does it with the slider extended, but it does do it.
Nope, it does it when its in the dock. Its triggered by the magnet that's in the dock so you could fix a small magnet to your carholder to trick it into working.

I think it's the best phone of all time too, and I quickly came to realise, it's the device I've always wanted. Tekken 3 in my pocket! And of course I can customise the phone any way I want, play music and video, put my social life on it, go on the internet etc.
If the Play didn't exist, I'd just have whatever inexpensive to own Android that can browse the web smoothly and can run video at its own screen resolution. I didn't upgrade my previous iPhone 3G to an iPhone 4/whatever because I realised the only game I was playing with a touchscreen for longer than a day was Scrabble / Words with Friends.
I think the law of diminishing returns has set in with the newer phones... Given the need to have a small screen to fit in your pocket, (honest question) what is the purpose of future phones with more processing power for that small screen, if not for games, and physical controls are what makes games fun. 5 minutes on Sonic CD with and without the gamepad proves that... At least, what is a purpose worth tying yourself to a more expensive contract for? (£150 handset price + £10 a month giffgaff sim for a phone this capable was so cheap!)
Im agree. This phone not the best for it specs, but this really the best for all off it purposes, it fit for our daily life.
We can do all thing for convenience with only 1 device, the XPlay.
- Clear screen
- High quality stereo speaker
- Good music quality
- Great camera
- Very good 720p camcorder
- Fast Internet
- Best mobile gaming experience.
etc, etc... so much good stuff in this 1 device, i will never regret buying these phones, will never change to other phone again except Play successors.
the only lacking stuff is a HDMI out port.
This phone is awesome. I came from the Motorola atrix and that is a powerful phone. I still like it. But i realized that i actually don't need that much processing power. I make calls, txt, music, surf the the net, light youtubing... and games... i almost never touch. And i am a gamer.
So what's wrong? Touchscreens just suck! I cant stand playing on it. And i don't like a lot of these new mobile touchscreen games. I got the play for a really good price and I'm so glad i did! I have more fun on gameboy advance games then anything on the android market. Plus the play with its "subpar" specs does everything the atrix can do at roughly the same speed. Dual core is unfortunately such a waste on phones right now. They aren't truly optimized yet.
I would love to see a successor to the play. But who knows if that will happen...
Yeah I agree. Touchscreen does suck! It's like your thumbs cover half of the screen and to be honest there's just no enjoyment playing on a touchscreen.
It just feels so nice playing with physical buttons.
You have that extra space between your hands and the screen.
Oh, and I love my Xperia Play, my first Android Smartphone it's just got everything I need.
I don't know why but the screen is a beast. Okay, it may not use the Bravia Engine but still it's so crisp, clear and HUGE! bigger than an iphone screen
Best purchase eva !
