hello. find that playing any media - video or audio - on any player will be interrupted several times while the buffer is reloaded from scratch. Very irritating problem. Any solution?

I'm having problems with this media player trying to watch AVI flims on my Vario II. The video seems to freeze often but the sound contines OK. I've tried changing the video driver to different settings but to no avail.
Any ideas.
So I have been spending several hours trying to figure out how to stream videos from my Windows 7 PC to my nexus 7
Currently I stream videos to my PS3 using WMP and everything works perfect no issues at all.
I have been trying to find the perfect app to do this.

While it connects to my PC and plays the video perfectly fine no audio is ever played, these are mpg files. I tried about 5 differnt ones and all the same.
So then I tried BubbleUPnP, along with an external player like BS Player or Dice and it works I can get audio and it plays video, but for some odd reason the audio is super low out of the speakers even at max, you can barely hear it. If I plug in headphones audio seems to be fine.
I also tried Plex Media Center/Server and I get the same thing.
Now if I play a video that is stored locally on my sdcard in any player the video is perfect out of the speakers.
I am really confused and wondering what do you guys do and do you have audio problems?
If i try to stream videos online, I usually stream at 640x360 because the 320x180 option has bad audio. When I do, the video lags behind audio so much that the audio sometimes stops playing whilw the video trys to catch up. However, when I play the exact same video downloaded on my sd card, I can choose h/w decoder which solves all my problems and my video and audio never go out of sync. Is there any solution to this? On stock rom with no mods. Tried all s/w decoder options in mx player, still no better results.

Since the marshmallow update i have had a few issues when casting YouTube to the NP. At first it just wouldn't show up at all. Now the audio is out of sync when I do. Yet, if I use the YouTube app it is fine.
Anyone else having this issue?

Not sure if it is related, but I have audio sync issues when casting WatchESPN. At each commercial, the video plays normally but the audio plays very slowly. After the first commercial audio ends, the speed returns to normal but by then the audio is way behind the video. The only solution is to stop casting and re-cast. Happens every commercial.

Hey guys, had my shield for a while now and it's only just occurred to me i've never tried to listen to audio from spotify whilst watching sports through a different app with the commentary muted.
I've tried almost everything and i just can't seem to get it to work - any help? is it even possible? cheers
