[Q] Cant install stock email apk

Hi everybody.
Im customizing my Note 3 N9005 rooted with the latest firmware I7.
I made a mistake using ROM Toolbox Pro and i stopped the service Exchange. That made my email application not function so i lost both services.
I made a backup of both before i touch anything but when i try to reinstall them with the same ROM Toolbox Pro, the program says it cant do it. Also with Roote Explorer into that application (very usefull with lots of options).
I also made a copy of all the APK into my Exsdcard and put the two APK with and without the ODEX files and nothing. In security i disable the setting that will allow to install them but nothing works. I even restart the phone with various settings and nothing changes.
So weird that original stocks APK cant be installed back.
Their name are SecEmail_Japk and SecExchange.apk. I reasure that i have both safely backed up but i cant install them again.
I tried K-9 but im acustom to this email apk. I also read something about flashing them but i dont even know how to do that (and make it worst).
Any help with this??
Thank you

Broke settings.

So i installed the samsung s5 lockscreen, or at least attempted to, I never realized you needed to flash in recovery. First I backed my files up. Then with the zip all I did was copy the files down to system in EZ Explorer, when I found out that my settings.apk went missing and the home button didnt work(or the lockscreen) I tried to restore my files, I restart my phone but no change still no settings and home button doesnt interact at all. (Stock S4 with Root)
(Also I cannot install apps anymore) Any help greatly appreciated!
I think you can solve this by Android development bridge (adb). In a few words, this is a way you can modify your internal memory from your ?. So, you have to push all backup.
If you don't know how to use it, in this page there are a lot of helpful post.

Sorry the app creates a backup, or do I need to have a previously installed backup?
Messed up even further!
Guys I tried to factory reset hoping to fix the problem, but as the config window opens up, I'm flooded with errors. My question is should I just install a ROM and hope that fixes it, or just go to my provider and go by the warranty?(Root I used is towelroot, so it should be gone after FR, so the warranty should still be good.)
Found a fix!
I did what it says here, works perfect except for wifi(Other then that its great)

tab 4 security agent notifications on rooted rom

I have a t330nu with android 5.1.1 installed, and rooted. When I install ANY custom rom I get the stupid "security Notification" pop up over and over... now I know I USED to be able to use Package Disabled Pro to take care of this problem but unfortunately it doesn't work with rooted & custom roms. when I try to load the program after installing the new rom, it won't activate thus leaving me with no package disabler. Is there any work around for this yet, or some other way to remove/disable the "security log agent" package? All help appreciatedl
Install "link2SD" and freeze "SecurityLogAgent".
if you rooted, then go to system\app and delete the folder called SecurityLogAgent, and then reboot....

Q: Bloatware on boost mobile E4. I need help removing them.

I have tried uninstalling them through multiple apps in the playstore and it always says failed. I am rooted and I want to use the stock rom for now until the data issues are patched. I have disabled the apps I just don't want the on my phone. The facebook apps you can't disable the update. I don't trust facebook and I don't want anything to do with it on my phone so if anyone know's how to remove them please let me know. Thank you.

BEFORE READING, MAKE A BACKUP PRIOR TO THIS ANSWER:
I'm sorry to say, but it would need to be done using the file manager via TWRP. It is a lil tricky because it lacks concise deletion. So it is best to use a rooted file explorer (es file explorer is beneficial for this) and look around these locations:
/system/app
/system/priv-app
/oem/app
/oem/priv-app
Each folder holding the apk must be deleted individually in TWRP's file manager, or you WILL face a possible soft-brick.
Good luck.
(The reason why is, because the oem section is more secure to avoid a break of the phone itself, so it will freeze everytime while the actual OS is in use. Doing it via TWRP ensures deletion and avoiding a freeze bc the recovery OS is different from stock OS)

Seemingly unable to install from within apps (Titanium, Vanced, Magisk)

I am on my second V20, H990DS this time and I am running Superv20 which I have been using the past few days and is a dream, bar these issues I have run into which seem to be related to each other.
I have been unable to get youtube vanced to install on this V20, and it returns with
'Installation failed for unkown reasons'
then in advanced
'java.io.FileNotFoundException: No such file or directory'
I was also restoring a backup with Titanium Backup from my other phone to get around snapchats root detection as magisk hide did not work. On restoring the app+data I am hit with a generic 'App not installed.' message, and then titanium hangs on the screen indefinitely until rebooting the phone (did manage to restore just Data after installing stock snapchat).
Then I remembered the first few times I attempted to setup the phone and update magisk and magisk manager. After updating magisk, the next time the phone was booted I got a simple grey background and small white writing filling half the screen with the first line stating something similar to
'Crash on the LK!' (might not be exact, didn't have my other phone to take a photo) and I had to reinstall the rom. I did this twice to test just in case it was a random issue.
My assumption is that it is related to storage somehow and I did manage to find one thread with a similar issue so I checked if internal was not the default install location, but pm get-install-location returns with
1[internal]
but also I have tried setting the storage to auto and external and neither worked (for vanced at least)
Unsure what to try next as my troubleshooting and searching for similar issues has run dry.
Help much appreciated and thanks in advance <3
