Please help me. /system count not be mounted - Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge Questions and Answers

I was on my phone, using the project Alice rom, when I deleted Samsung internet app. Things kept force closing so I rebooted phone and it could not start up. I booted into recovery and tried flashing the rom again and it cannot complete, it keeps saying could not mount system. What do i do? How do I fix this?
I've tried everything, I wiped system, I formatted data, nothing

Urgent Help. Somethings

Here I Go
I was on CM11 Snapshot. Then I went to install Lollypop from http://forum.xda-developers.com/nexus-4/development/rom-aosp-build-t2929544. So I go on TWRP and wipe Dalvik Cache, Cache, Internal Storage and System. Then after, I noticed that everything was gone. So I sideload the ROM and my Gaaps. Something went wrong and old system apps like Dialer and Camera were installed and caused problems with the Newer apps and the system. I Wipe again....this time making sure to wipe data. I sideload but....the gaaps did not install. I went into Recover and noticed that TWRP was uninstalled and everytime I installed it VIA Fastboot, it worked but only for the Timebeing. Sideloading was not working and when I tried downloading the GAAPS straight from the browser, it was unsuccessful. Also, everything that I tried to download via browser did not work. Then I connected it to my Computer as an MTP. This was not working either.
Please Help and Thank You

I9505 doesn't boot anymore after removing "disabled" file xposed

Hello,
my s4 doesn't boot anymore and something weird happens all the time. I already tried delete system and caches, then flash rom (aosp) but this doesn't help.
I think my data partition is corrupted, but I don't want to wipe it as it contains all my stuff.
PS: the screenshot shows files that aren't there, I checked in the filemanager and they are there.
filesystem repair gives:
/sbin/fsck.f2fs /dev/block/mmcblk0p29 process ended with error 139
Even backup fails:
createTarFork() process ended with error 255
What if you use the xposed uninstaller zip?
If the zip doesn't help then I'm pretty sure the only solution is to wipe data.
Happened to me too several times, randomly, during reboots. Sometimes my data would get automatically wiped, and other times my phone wouldn't boot unless I wiped the data partition.
I believe it has something to do with F2FS, because, since I changed back to ext4, I haven't had this problem.

I flashed stock and then started over. Somehow my rom zip got corrupted and I got the same problem. So I redownloaded and flashed, everything is good now

Factory Reset Failure

I installed TWRP on my device. It worked nicely and I booted into twrp recovery. I thought of doing a factory reset. So, I selected the format option on TWRP. It showed something like "Formatting Data using make_extfs". I left it there. My brother came and pulled out the battery from the mobile. I booted up the phone thinking the process was over. I was stuck in a bootloop. I then booted into twrp again. I tried to wipe cache, but a error message came up showing something like "Failed to mount /data". I tried recovery option on TWRP. There it is showing, 0 MB internal storage. I think the storage got corrupted. Any solutions to this?
Try wiping your all partitions. All at once

Play store not working properly after restoring stock from twrp

I have noticed recently that when I restore my stock ROM from twrp that some apps don't update and some can't be downloaded, they get stuck at the download pending or downloading screen and never download. Had anyone ever encountered this problem? The stock ROM is not rooted or modified in any way.
So I am encountering this issue as well. Very odd behavior after restoring the stock build after coming from Lineage. What I getting is an Error Code 0 when trying to update some apps. While uninstalling the error coded app does not allow a re-installation. Again with an Error Code 0 (which turns up nothing when trying to search Google for the error). I've tried all the basic stuff, like clearing the Playstore's data, clearing the trouble apps data, rebooting, etc. They just simply fail to update/install. It's not happening with every app, just some. Dropbox being a notable one. I simply cannot install it. Infact I side loaded it and it immediately force closes upon trying to open. This has to be some odd permission issue.
Wipe cache and dalvik cache?
I seemed to have the found the solution. Before I restore I had to wipe everything except my microSD card where my backups are saved. That includes wiping internal storage. So wipe system, dalvik, cache and internal storage, then restore from SD card and everything worked fine after that

Accidentaly deleted my 'system' in TWRP.

Hello, this is first time on the forums and im pretty nooby to most the things here. Due to some problem, i was going to factory reset my phone with twrp. I went into the 'advanced wipe' and selected system (along with cache, dalvik cache and data). Now I don't have an operating system and upon starting up, my phone gets stuck on the 1+ Logo. I can still access the recovery and fastboot mode. Can anyone help me in the most nooby-friendly way possible? I've still got some important data on the phone so i hope i don't have to lose it. I can delete them if it comes to that.
Mtp works in recovery. Go to recovery & connect to a pc. You should be able to access internal storage. Copy the files you need & Flash a new rom.
